I’m actually so proud of how far my fave, Mark conquers his fear of night swimming, made it as far as it did, but I’m still so sad it lost out to Pee Sauna lol, my mans the Gongoozler deserved better than that 😔

I did have a few people excited for a potential Gongoozler Vs. Heehoo, which would have been fun but unfortunately wasn't meant to be. I am a rather big fan of the silly little characters from Unus Annus, so I am also glad he got as far as he did.

Alright, Fantasy au!

In fantasy au, there’s two Illinois’, two Yancy’s, one Dark, Ivyiplier, and more but I’m going to talk on them first unless people ask on others.

So, my Illinois is a genie! He was born out of a volcano, and is an old, old being by the point @doctordiscord123’s Dark gets him. Dark is a massive black naga with red and blue sheen to his scales, guarding a rather massive god, and didn’t truly mean to get a genie. He just so happened to buy his lamp, which he had sensed being magical, but didn’t know how. He found out when he was cleaning the lamp, and suddenly had a very shimmery pale yellow and gold genie coming out, greeting him. At this point in time, Illinois uses his magic to make a glamor, so that all his scars and I healed injuries are hidden. There’s more to that, but I won’t go into it unless someone asks.

Anyways, Dark doesn’t really want control over a powerful being like Illinois, but doesn’t really know what to do with him. He lives in a mansion on a mountain, after all, near a city. He feels he has everything he needs. However, he does find himself quite enjoying Illinois’ company, and how he loves to explore everything, and sometimes just lay back and strum on sunlight. Eventually, he does make a wish, though it’s on accident and because he forgot he had a genie. It caused the whole mansion and mountain to grow, so as Dark grows, it’ll keep getting larger.

Later, they get Yancy. Illinois found him in the woods while flitting about, likely having been following a bug. This Yancy had finally gotten kicked out of jail, and essentially dumped in the forest. He has no clue what to do, since he wasn’t born a werewolf. He was turned when younger, which had caused him to create the catastrophe with his family and him getting locked up. In prison, he never truly learned more on being a werewolf, navigating the instincts and side effects alone, with silver keeping him in check and branding him…

Now out in the forest, he ends up being comforted by Illinois. He is then brought to the manor, and learns about Dark and the place. He already decided he’s going to make the forest his territory, but it’s a big plus there’s actually a mansion there, seeing as he’s never lived alone or in the woods. He decides they’re his pack, and he’s staying there. It’s learned later his hair isn’t really black, it’s actually a white/silver, the prison just kept dyeing his hair. He also is known to go roll in things while a giant 10 foot wolf to try to darken up his fur. He has both a monstrous werewolf form, the phases in between, and a giant wolf form.

Even later to this, Illinois and Yancy eventually find a satyr, who is @doctordiscord123’s Yancy. For the sake of clarification, my Yancy is called Lawrence when talking about the au, and their’s is called Percy. Lawrence kind of wants to eat Percy, but Illinois won’t let him. Eventually, he just likes to terrorize Percy, while Illinois likes to hang out with him. Dark doesn’t mind whenever he’s around, and offers him room in the manor, as Dark likes having people around. Same happens with a centaur, a golden sleek Arabian horse half, Author lurking in the forest, who makes everyone but Illinois uneasy, until he becomes the Host and is much nicer

At the same time all this is happening, @doctordiscord123’s Illinois is living underground in a cave. Essentially golem-like, possessed by a necklace. He’s wrecked, a dirty gremlin with a nub behind him and very pale, with eyes that are used to the dark. For the sake of clarification, he will be referred to as Finnick, and my Illinois will be called Pennsylvania, or ‘Penny’ for short. Anyways, Finnick ended up finding a pretty green and gold lamp one night while he left the cave to go searching for more shiny things to hoard. He took it, brought it to his cave, and became a hissing mess when Ivy emerged in shimmery greens and red. Ivy got rather tired of him, though, as he wouldn’t really wish things. So he used his own magic against that of the necklace, painfully extracting Finnick’s mind from it every so often to talk to him without him just hissing about needing more stuff but unable to comprehend wishing for it. Finnick never truly saw himself… not until he wished for Ivy to make the cave homier, livable, believes himself to be human… so Ivy does just that. Gives the cave green carpeting, put ornate light fixtures up, made a green bed, enveloped a wall in fire with his magic containing it, and other little areas in the cave for from Finnick’s mind. Finnick breaks down into tears at it, and seeing himself, but does thank Ivy. Says he doesn’t want to waste wishes on things he doesn’t know if the necklace will let him keep, like his memories, or being himself again, or living outside in the cave, in the daylight… which also leaves Ivy incredibly frustrated because he knows his powers are far more powerful then the necklace.

Later, Ivy ends up telling Finnick his soul has ears on it unlike a humans. Narrows it down to a fox, from seeing a previous master hunt. Also tells Finnick he has magic in him, something humans don’t. And that humans don’t have the nub. then starts making fox noises. Finnick claims not to remember any of it… until Ivy makes himself appear like what he’s seeing. Finnick will get a bit of his memory away from the necklace’s influence while seeing this, and says “Kitsune.” He remembers getting one of his tails, of his mischief he liked to cause…

Later, Ivy puts the necklace in a bubble, cutting it off from him. It initially causes a big freak out from Finnick, but he eventually brokenly wishes to be More, be back physically to who he was before the necklace. In turn, Ivy will change him.

Illo's gonna wish to free Ivy, right??

Finnick (Illo) can’t really wish Ivy free. Dark had the same instinct too, about Pennsylvania (Illi). In this universe, genies are forever bound, and there are very few in existence. Their powers are something too ancient, something primordial in nature, and the only things that bind them are four bands and their lamp. Though they absolutely adore their lamps, and often time can feel things through their lamp. It is, in essence, a part of them, and they would never voluntarily leave it.

This creates problems though… as once three wishes are up, and fulfilled, the slightest bump from someone can send the lamp flying off to go hide somewhere for years. Plus, the genies crave being able to fulfill wishes, as it’s the only time they get to fully tap into their beings… they just don’t often like to do it as their master likes, because they can look into their masters beings. In addition, the genies just have their own personalities and preferences.

Not much can harm them, nothing short of a master wishing to be able to, or their lamp being toyed with.
