This is a timeline of pre-SVSSS events. It is the same timeline in my analysis post, but simply copy-pasted into its own post for those who would rather just have a timeline to reference without having to scroll past many paragraphs of analysis.

This timeline operates under the following conditions. For some of these conditions, alternatives are discussed in the post linked above-- if you wish to use any of the alternative calculations, then you're more than welcome to adjust the timeline as applicable for your own use!

"Years" are counted from the first day of the spring festival/Chinese new year, rather than January 1

All character ages are nominal ages, so they were born in the year they are counted as age "1"

Luo Binghe was born after the new year, and so his nominal age is only about one year higher than chronological.

Shang Qinghua met Mobei-jun before the battle of Bai Lu Mountain

The system's time limit for SQH does reference the time of the Qing generation's ascension

The Immortal Alliance Conference takes place roughly in the middle of the year. Based on the fact that it is warm enough for the disciples to dip their feet into a stream and find that pleasant, it would make sense for the IAC to occur in a warmer season (Ch. 4)

If using this timeline, keep in mind that the earliest and latest notes for date rangescan overlap-- do not accidentally have a disciple join the sect before the current peak lords ascend, or have SQH become head disciple after ascension! Dates with ranges are colored green (earliest) and red (latest).

**The birth of Luo Binghe occured a few days after the battle of Bai Lu Mountain. Depending on when LBH was born, it could be at the end of year -13 or the first few days of year -12 (Ch. 21)

***We do not know the earliest a child can join Cang Qiong Mountain, even though the appropriate age for cultivation most likely cuts off somewhere around 15 (due to YQY joining at that age and no comments about him being "too old"). For the purposes of this timeline, I am setting the absolute youngest to age 5, but more realistically a disciple wouldn't join until age 8-10 at the earliest.

****It is unknown whether the only time that disciples can join Cang Qiong Mountain is during the recruitment trials. Therefore, there remains a possibility for Ning Yingying to have joined the sect in the same year as Luo Binghe, but at some point before the recruitment trials due to connections. This can potentially be supported by Shen Jiu joining after the IAC, but at the same time, it is not confirmed that SJ joined CQM immediately, or if he had to wait until the next recruitment trial, so there is no clear canon precedent-- nonetheless, it is still possible. Note that Ning Yingying can only join at this late point if Luo Binghe joins at age 11, and after her. The only hard requirement is that NYY joined at some point before LBH.

*****I have placed this as the absolute latest time SQQ could have formed a golden core because this puts him at having been cultivating for sixteen years. It is a bit of a stretch already , but I don't think that "ten and a few" years could really be any longer than this. It is also worth noting that by the time SQQ reaches core formation, every other peak lord has already done so, with Yue Qingyuan first, Liu Qingge and Qi Qingqi next, and Shang Qinghua most likely last (Ch. 24)

There’s now a festival grounds lot available for download. The base game version of the park is already placed in the world (Panigyri Park-tagged as small park). You’ll need to bulldoze it and place the Seasons version - Panigyri Park (Festival Grounds) in its place.

Agapi Park - a wedding venue that requires Generations and needs to be placed after you’ve changed the tag of the lot from Residential to Community-Small Park.

- cleaned up the global layer;

- the other details (listed in the original post) remain unchanged. Check it out for more info and pictures.

- everything has already been tested, but let me know if you find any issues;

- the world is available now as both sims3pack and world files. I recommend installing the world file.

- the 2 lots come as packages and must be placed in the Library folder. The archives contain pictures with their placement in the world. Also, you’ll find pics of the new lots at the end of this post.

- please, don’t play an old save even though the game will allow it. Start a new game instead.

Story about Weight Loss

Hiro: Anyway, this has no relation (to the acoustic session) whatsoever, but didn’t I get super thin?

Kid’z: You did! Tell us more! You really did lose weight! Nob too!

Hiro: We declared during Hall Tour that we’d lose weight within one month, but we couldn’t do it. We made a promise though, didn’t we? I did my very best, you know?? I seriously gave it all I got!!

Kid’z: I’ve been avoiding carbs for a long time, and even tried diligently apportioning my meals and stuff like that. But before I knew it, I was already eating curry!

Crowd: *laughs*

Fan: How much weight did you lose?

Hiro: I dropped 6 kg.

Crowd: Ohhh! *claps*

Kid’z: That’s a lot!

Hiro: Amazing, right? On the contrary, I’ve always been fat.

Kid’z: No, seriously.

Hiro: I lost weight so that I can get fat again. I want to get fat so I lose weight. When I’ve lost weight, I’ll gain weight again. It’s a never ending cycle.

Kid’z: Don’t leave it as it is!

Hiro: I get told that all the time. I mean, I’m gonna gain weight before METROCK again anyway.

Kid’z: Isn’t METROCK great though?

Hiro: Can I say this? Why do they hold festivals at such a season?

Kid’z: Because (the weather) is cool? I once thought Doraemon was the one singing.

Hiro: Who you calling 123 cm tall?

Kid’z: Nobita-kun.

Hiro: I’m not the blue geezer.

Kid’z: He isn’t a geezer!

Hiro: He’s a geezer, isn’t he?

Crowd: *laughs*

Hiro: Generally, we release a CD around spring or summer. Then we start tour around autumn, right? From the beginning of fall, Hiroki starts losing weight. Little by little. Then, year end starts rolling in. By the end of the year, tour ends, it becomes production season, and eating Hiroki comes out. Hiroki enters hibernation, just like any other large mammal.

Kid’z: You need to stock up, right?

Hiro: Yep, so I can get through winter. Then it becomes spring again. METROCK is waiting for me, but I don’t want stocked-weight-from-hibernation-at-its-max Hiroki to be exposed there! Why do I keep getting told I got fatter or thinner every time?! Leave me alone!!!

Kid’z: But you did your best, right?

Hiro: ...Yep.

Kid’z: Good job.

Crowd: *claps*

Kid’z: How about Nob? How are you doing?

Nob: I lost 5 kg.

Hiro: You lost weight only because you were sick, right?

Kid’z: Because his tonsils were taken out.

Nob: I haven’t gotten my sense of taste back up until now.

Hiro: Don’t let yourself lose one of your most important senses!

Nob: Some time ago I had pickles and it was the best.

Hiro: What an old man.

Story about Poor Kid’z (figuratively and literally)

Kid’z: This story has no relation to anything we’ve talked about so far, but you (Hiro) started an IG account, right? During Hall Tour. Since then, you did a lot of things to me, like that game with the paper cups and the 10,000 yen you put inside one of them, which I played along with having good intentions in mind. I chose the right cup and you gave me the bill, but you revealed that there was 100,000 yen in the other cups.

Hiro: Yep.

Kid’z: ...I tried that with a friend. I was caught. 100,000 yen.

Hiro: Eh?? They made a winning move, huh.

Kid’z: I was like, “Oh no, what should I do?? Should I take it back?” I wanted to be able to fool someone, to get a taste of how it feels! So I started turning the cups around thinking I could do it like you did. When it was time for them to pick, my friend chose a different cup, and in my head I was all, “No no no, not that!!!” and eventually they got it...

Hiro: That person probably saw my IG post and thought you were an idiot.

Thoughts on Marriage

After Love Letter, Hiro and Kid'z talked about being excited yet nervous to play the next song, since it's been a while since they last played it.

Kid’z: Speaking of which, the person beside me seems to be nervous!!

Nob: *rubbing his palms on his pants*

Kid’z: Can I do a hand check? *touches Nob's palm* It's all sticky!

Hiro: Eh? You're scared of making a miss again? Like in Yokoari? Higedan. Ah! Speaking of which, Satoshi-kun got married! Congratulations!

H&K: *congratulate Nob*

Hiro: Eh? Official?

Kid’z: This is Unofficial.

Hiro: Ah, sorry. Unofficial. He got married, huh... There's been a crazy marriage rush recently... 

Kid’z: Yeah, it's been all over LINE NEWS lately.

Hiro: Right. back number, Higedan, Maple Chogokin.

Kid’z: You're mean for putting Maple Chogokin as last!

Kid’z: Ah, sorry we had a little quarrel.

Hiro: *taunting tone* Ha? What the hell are you saying. Who you calling father, come home and I'll kill you.

Kid’z: Ah, sorry. Father, I apologize.

Hiro: to Nob You okay? Dududadududa~ (T/N: the intro of LET IT DIE) The last song for the acoustic session. Please listen, LET IT DIE.

Then, Hiro crouched down from his seat and kneeled, looked at Nob closely, and so did Kid’z. Nob stared back, aced the dududadududa intro and everybody clapped for him! However, Nob made a mistake towards the very end, playing the last string of notes twice. When they were walking back to the main stage, Hiro put his arm around Nob and teased in a mocking tone, "Hey, in LET IT DIE, in LET IT DIE, hey, during the acoustic set, hey, I was satisfied with the beginning, but in the middle of the song, hey, you made a mistake, right? Even if you were doing so well." When they got back to the main stage, Nob bowed down in apology.

Hiro: *emphasizes the difficult enunciation of a line from the song* Unbelievable, I had a hard time remembering it.

Kid’z: The instruments were tough, too. Even Nob was complaining, there were notes he had never seen before.

Hiro: I couldn't match the timing of the lyrics either. I had to enter at an exact time, 3 characters in one second!! If MFS were to do it, we'd go with a lower key.

Kid’z: You say MFS but it's your key, right? Your voice is hella loud you know.

Hiro: It's because if I'm alone, then it's not MFS.

Kid’z: Nah, we were able to match the key, but only you can sing it that high, right? (T/N: They seemed to have raised the key by 2 octaves)

Hiro: You guys thought the cover song was only Weight of my pride, didn't you? You're wrong! We did UVERworld but we received many other requests. There were a lot of PTP songs in the tags. Who else was it... Sheena Ringo, Oral, and King Gnu too.

Kid’z: Weirdly enough, B'z was highly requested too. 

Hiro: It'd be weird if I sang their songs.

Hiro: 萎えぇぇ！萎えぇぇ！萎えぇぇぇぇー (T/N: Nae is Japanese slang that roughly translates to “no” or “ugh” in this context) Wait a minute. Change the song.

Hiro: You're an Ultra Soul Idiot. Do you know any other song apart from Ultra Soul?

Kid’z: Of course I do! Don't you? All of you? I love them more than anyone else, I'm even in the fanclub! こいよ！！

Nob’s Redemption Arc

After their UVERworld cover, Hiro asked the audience what they should do next. The crowd started screaming different songs, to which Hiro said "I'm seriously fine with anything." Nob suddenly played the first three notes of LET IT DIE, to which Hiro said, "Ah, from earlier?" Kid'z said, "He made a mistake a while ago, so let's give him another chance." Then Nob started practicing. The crowd screamed, "You can do it!!!" then Nob walked towards the center stage and did a moonwalk. Hiro was all, "You can't do it, you're not Michael Jackson!" then sang a MJ line and howled his signature "Woo!"

Final MC

Hiro: Today was truly an amazing day, thank you all so much. We had such an intense gathering here at Kobe World Memorial Hall. The first Coming Kobe was also held here. We have so, so, so many memories here in this place. Right now, we're still on our way to reaching our dream. From hereon, we don't know if we could make such a big dream come true. We still have a long way there, but we're doing our best every year, making music for everyone and visiting various places as well. Next year, and the year after that, and even after 10 years, it would be nice if we could all make amazing memories together. Thank you so much! We're definitely coming back, Kobe!!

Musical Mondays: Holiday Edition

Greetings and salutations, 

I know, I know, I’ve been gone. I have a draft for a normal Musical Monday that I am currently working on right now, but in the spirit of the holidays, I had to put that off so I could find some new Christmas songs for you guys (How do you like the festive banner?). That added on to the wait for the next official update, but I had a big move happen recently and I am also catching up on work. My new school did not have an old class of mine, so I had to catch up on all of the notes, classwork, and tests in time for our grades to get put in. I have been pulling my hair out ever since. I do apologize for being gone, though. I don’t like being stressed out and not have the energy to write. Good news, I am back in action and all caught up so that’s fun. I am still working on my upcoming Jimin fic, and I also had a new idea pop up in light of a certain musical that I adore (wink, wink) and am in the process of mapping that out. Sadly, my Yoonmin AU is on a hiatus for the time being. It’s a decision I have made based on the fact that every time I try to write anything for it I absolutely hate it. 

Now back to our semi-regularly scheduled program. Happy holidays! Tis’ the season, my dudes. 2020 is upon us, and for those who celebrate it, Christmas is only a few days away. I myself do love the holidays, and even though I have only had the pleasure of gifts for the last couple of years, it has made its way into my Grinch sized heart. Now, while I was searching far and wide for some Christmas music fitting for our ever-growing playlist, I realized that there’s not enough chilled out holiday music. Of course, we have Lo-Fi, but I’m talking about more than just an instrumental (I love Lo-Fi Christmas tracks, don’t get me wrong). So, I went on a journey to find some mellow holiday music. You have no idea how hard it was for me to compile this list and not include All Time Low- seriously. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done. 

Now, not all of these are centered around Christmas, though I did have a basic criterion for what songs qualified. It had to fit into at least one of the following categories:

Christmas themed

About winter or cold weather

Talk of gifting someone something

A remix of a Christmas beat

Cover of old Christmas song

It was a very broad spectrum, but it was much harder than you would think. I was also limiting myself to 10 songs, I could not use the same artist twice, and none of them could be anywhere close to the original songs that we know and love. For example, Baby It’s Cold Outside, recently covered by Kelly Clarkson and John Lennon was off-limits. Not only did I not really like, the lyrics were different, but it was far too similar to the original to add it to my list. 

Another thing that’s different this time ‘round is the rating system! Usually, the rating system we use on Musical Mondays is based on how upbeat or calming the music is with 5 being the most upbeat and 1 being the most chill. Not this time. For our holiday update, we will be rating them from 1-5, with 5 being the most Christmas-y and 1 being the least. And without further ado, here’s our Musical Monday: Holiday Edition!

Well, JFC crew, we’ve reached the end of another fabulous fic! Thank you so much to everyone who read along and participated in the weekly discussions - you all are the best.

And of course, a huge thank you to @swissmissing for writing The Baker Street Nativity in the first place and for coming along to our Author Q&A to share some insight into her writing process and background to this fic. Questions and answers are below the cut as this got quite long!

1: Why this AU? What got you started on it? @ewebie 

 I saw the movie and with MF in it, of course I immediately started thinking of how it could be a Johnlock AU.  I do that frequently anyway: imagine Johnlock versions of stuff. I just watched a few Netflix Xmas movies recently and I am still thinking of how to turn them into Johnlock AU's. I see the world through Johnlock-coloured glasses. Is that healthy or normal? IDK.

2. Would you ever consider publishing your fanfic? @norburylibrary 

No. First off, the story is obviously cadged from a copyrighted screenplay. To publish it for real, as an original work, I'd have to scrub the names and characters so that they don't interfere with BBC copyright. That part should be feasible, but the story itself is too close to the Nativity screenplay. As for any of my other fics, the non-fusion ones, I don't think I've written anything that could stand on its own without the Sherlock association. One of the huge assets of fan fiction is there is a built-in character background and setting. I'm not up to rewriting to the extent of creating something that could be published as an original work.

3.  What do you enjoy writing most, humor or angst and why? @elwinglyre

I can do both, but I guess I'm more drawn to angst. I think humor is harder to pull off, for me at least. I'm not a naturally funny person. I have to think hard to come up with funny situations and lines. Confession: In some of my fics, there are certain punch lines that were actually written by my beta readers. I think Sherlock and John - in fact all of the Sherlock BBc universe - lends itself more naturally to angst anyway. although there are humorour parts in the eps, I find them more geared towards angst.

4.  Was it confusing at all having seen the movie to then switch the roles?  When writing it. @sherlock-nanowrimo

Yes, totally confusing at first! I started out with the "natural" roles, with John as the teacher and Sherlock as the assistant, but it wasn't working for me so somehow I just got the idea to try it the other way round. Once I started down that path though, it wasn't confusing for me. I was worried throughout that it would be confusing for readers. But everyone who commented and said they had seen the movie, also said the switch wasn't hard for them to deal with.

5.  When you write is it because you get a fic idea or for some other reason? Like stress reliever or for doing something fun? @tildathings 

Good question. I always want to write. I get a great feeling of satisfaction when I write something. Especially when I finish a piece. It's a big shot of dopamine for me. It carries me for a long time, sometimes days. BUT I can't force myself to write. I tried that one year with nanowrimo and it was not a good thing. So I can really only write when "the muse" grabs me. When I get an idea that sticks with me for days and weeks. And with this fic, it really came alive and almost wrote itself, once I was on the right track.

6. How much do you base your writing on the show and how much on your headcanon? @travelingwithoutthedoctor 

This is a problem too, as I haven't gone back and watched the episodes in a really long time. Many of the eps I only saw once in the first place. I have the feeling that the fandom circles you travel in tend to create a fancanon that pretty much replaces the actual canon. So that's something I struggle with. I actually try when I write to imagine and hear the TV characters speaking and acting things out, in the hopes that it makes it closer to how they might actually be in those situations. I suppose that's unavoidable. I'm sure I do have an image of the characters in my mind, and I write from that. I just hope they are pretty aligned with the original characters from the show.

7.  I thought you did an incredible job making Sherlock a teacher for young children credible. That wasn't something we'd think of Sherlock doing, and you made it work. What did you take into consideration when doing this? @elwinglyre

Woo boy, that's a thing! He is so completely unsuited for this position. I had to justify him being in that position, however, so I kind of hand-waved something. Honestly, it wasn't my priority. I was just trying to create Johnlock moments. I mean, I think he's actually quite good with children. We've seen that on the show with Archie. I think it would depend on the kids.

8.  I’m curious about the speed of writing. How quickly do you get a chapter done? @vitruvianwatson

Once I get going, I can usually do about a chapter a week. My chapters tend to be 2-5K. 

9.  The UST, miscommunication and angst of this fic was deliciously frustrating, and a lot of us were yelling at them to just sort themselves out. If that was the hardest part about reading it, I'm wondering about what was difficult to write in this fic?  Were there certain sections or characters that you found challenging? @lediona25

I was honestly following the pacing of the movie, pretty much. I did need to add some scenes. I tried to pace it so that there was a romantic bit about at the halfway point, and another one for the big payoff at the end. One challenging bit was the dog. I wasn't sure whether to include him, but once I did, I kept forgetting about him. I kept having to go back and remember where the dog was and who was taking care of him. I don't have a dog so I was just doing what I've seen other people doing with their dogs. They leave them tied up outside of shops and restaurants all the time so I figured it was okay. Again, it wasn't really a priority. A lot of people commented that they liked the dog in there though, so I'm glad I left him in.

10. It was perfect casting!  We were talking about it during the movie - like with Greg as the headmistress. @sherlock-nanowrimo

That's one of the best parts of doing a fusion, for me anyway, is the casting.  I love discovering how characters map onto each other. Sometimes it's astonishing.  I HAD SO MUCH FUN WITH JIM!!  I didn't want to make him actually evil or a real threat. It always gives me massive anxiety when Moriarty shows up in a fic because often truly awful things happen then. But I wanted to keep this in line with it being a kids' movie. And to be fair, I didn't really need to change all that much from the movie bad guy anyway. That nativity play he put on was insane! And I actually was just teaching one of my classes last year about universal story plots such as the hero's journey.  (Yes, I'm an English teacher.) 11.  One of your ficlets suggests some pretty unpleasant stuff re: Jim's backstory. @bluebellofbakerstreet

Jim's backstory. I kind of imagined he and Sherlock had been rivals at the conservatory and Jim had tried to derail Sherlock with drugs. Perhaps somewhat successfully.

12.  What the hell is the story with Sherlock and whatever he did to Seb Wilkes?! @ewebie

I don't know either! LOL that is actually something I like doing in fics because, again, I like it when fics do that: hint at something but not elaborate and leave it up to you to decide what was actually going on.  I guess maybe that's frustrating to some people but for me, it gives fics depth and realism.  It's like in some fics where you just hear about a case in passing but the details are never fleshed out. I was using it to show that Sherlock had made poor decisions with kids in the past, so this thing he did with taking the kids to the studio wasn't out of character.

13. John... as a classroom assistant. How did you see him ending up there? Our conclusion was that... lost people just sometimes end up places @ewebie

I don't recall if it's explained in the fic or not, but I actually had something in mind for that. He was invalided out of the army and bumming around with nothing to do, feeling useless. His good friend Mike, who was also a teacher, recommended him to Greg as a classroom assistant. No idea if that would be allowed in the UK but here in Switzerland it's frequently done. Usually a retired person will be brought in as a classroom assistant. This keeps them active and engaged, and is a big help to the teachers.

14.  We loved the whole scene with Moriarty at the end when Mycroft pops out and saves the day.  You did a bang-up job with that.  When you're finishing a story, are you one those "I've planned it all out" writers or stream of consciousness writers. Let's go with the flow? @elwinglyre

In this case, the ending was written for me. I just followed the plot of the movie. Usually, though, I do have the ending in mind from the start. It's usually pretty much a sex scene, lol. The whole point of the fic is usually, how do I get these two together? 

15.  Oh! The sex! Is that easy for you to write. I have the hardest time with that. Is something your really get into? @elwinglyre 

True story (which I also told on one of my guest slots on the TPP): I didn't use to be able to write sex scenes. But I wanted to. So I literally would copy sex scenes from fics I liked. Just like, typing them out word for word. This got me used to writing those words and those acts on my screen. Then I tried writing my own. I think I sort of have a reputation for writing awkward-realistic sex scenes. I'm not aiming for that, it's just how they come out. It's a mix of, again, imagining how the characters would appear and act and speak in those situations, and also I guess how I would feel and want things to be.

16. We have a lot of people in this group who are just starting out writing fic or are thinking about writing something, do you have any advice to new writers? @lediona25

I'll just say what we started out talking about: Write for yourself. Write what you want to read. You will always have an appreciative audience. I see so many writers get discouraged because they don't have massive hits and kudos, and they just give up. I think most of the popular writers in fandom have been around for years. This may be their third or fourth fandom. They've been writing in real life. Experience takes a long time to build up.So write for yourself. The rest will come. And... at the moment, it feels a bit like there's less readers than 2 years ago, so really really don't be discouraged.

RBI rate cut: Hope for more rate cuts, passing of benefits to consumers would benefit MF, Real Estate investors

The MPC has also decided to continue with an accommodative stance as long as it is necessary to revive growth, while ensuring that inflation remains within the target.

On the basis of an assessment of the current and evolving macroeconomic situation, the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) at its meeting on Friday decided to reduce the policy repo rate under the liquidity adjustment facility (LAF) by 25 basis points to 5.15 per cent from 5.40 per cent with immediate effect, leading to reductions in the reverse repo rate under the LAF to 4.90 per cent and the marginal standing facility (MSF) rate and the Bank Rate to 5.40 per cent.

However, there may be further rate cuts in the subsequent RBI Policy Meets, as the MPC has also decided to continue with an accommodative stance as long as it is necessary to revive growth, while ensuring that inflation remains within the target.

Regular rate cuts and hope for more cuts would ensure higher return for bond funds as long-term bonds issued as higher rate earlier traded at a higher rate in secondary markets when new bonds are issued at lower rate.

Mahendra Jajoo, Head-Fixed Income, Mirae Asset Global Investments feels the rate cut is in line with expectations and there would be improvement in bond yiels.

“MPC cut key policy rates by 25 bps in line with market expectations. RBI largely retained inflation projections for next year and revised downward growth projections. In view of that, further rates cuts may be expected in forthcoming policy reviews,” said Jajoo.

“While money market rates eased in response, bond yields inched up slightly as traders remain apprehensive of larger than currently scheduled borrowings by government. Market will now look forward to any possible OMO purchase operations to get comfort on absorption of additional supplies if any. We expect over all bond yields to remain range bound with easing bias,” he added.

On the other hand, Dheeraj Singh, Head of Investments & Fund Manager – Fixed Income, Taurus Asset Management Co Ltd feels that there was scope for higher rate cut to benefit mutual fund (MF) investors.

“Both, bond and equity markets may be slightly disappointed with the slightly lower than expected rate cut of 0.25 per cent. However, the dovish statement accompanying the policy resolution which keeps the door open for future rate reductions should act as some sort of a solace. Also, RBI placing importance on quick monetary policy transmission is also an important indication of the possible measures that the central bank may take in the near future,” said Singh.

Harsh Jain, Co-founder, and COO, Groww feels that the rate cut would benefit investors in long term.

“Government has reduced repo rate further by 25 bps which now stands at 5.15 per cent, this is a fifth straight cut in the repo rate by RBI and is a strong positive sign of the commitment of our government to boost economic growth, this move is a welcome opportunity for long term investors,” said Jain.

However, Anuj Kacker, co-founder and coo, MoneyTap feels that the rate cut on the eve of festive session would enhance the demand if banks also make the loans cheaper.

“The RBI’s move will be welcomed by the consumers, especially during the festive season. This could give a serious boost to the retail sector. Subject to banks passing on the rate cut to consumers, they could avail lower interest rates on auto loans and personal loans,” said Kacher.

Rahul Grover, CEO, Sai Estate Consultants’ Chembur Private Limited (SECCPL) feels that the RBI repo rate cut would improve demands for propeties.

“With a continuous effort of reviving the growth of the industry, the recent announcement of the RBI rate cut will enliven the consumer sentiments towards investment and consumption. With the onset of the festive season, the RBI has ensured a much needed brief rest to the stressed real estate sector,” said Grover.

“The new rate cut and as per recent RBI mandate, new home loans will be directly impacted by the new repo rate resulting in a reduction in lending rate. This will help push the demand-side helping it improve the sales and overall economy,” he added.

Anuj Puri, Chairman – ANAROCK Property Consultants, however feels that housing demands would improve only if the rate cut benefit is passed to the stakeholders.

“Importantly, this rate cut comes close on the heels of the recent announcement of setting up a stress fund of Rs 20,000 crore to provide last-mile funding to projects stalled due to lack of capital. This fund needs to get into action soon and demonstrate meaningful results to improve the sentiments of industry stakeholders like FIs, PEs, developers – and most importantly, homebuyers. An announcement regarding the real-time deployment of the stress fund during the festive season can dovetail well with this rate cut and yield a positive consumer response,” said Puri.

“There’s still a dire need to do more for affordable-to-mid housing (units priced less than Rs 80 Lakh) as nearly 68 per cent of unsold inventory lies in this segment. This is where the ‘real’ end-user demand is and affordable housing definitely needs additional measures such as extending the moratorium period on home loans, subsidies, additional tax benefits, and a revision of the definition of affordable housing,” he added.

“On a macro level, the overall stress that Indian real estate is in cannot be remedied merely by reduced lending rates – the sector has been reeling under subdued demand for many years. Even if we ignore the euphoric pre-2010 era, new housing project launches in 2018 across top 7 cities were 64 per cent below the previous peak of 2014. Likewise, sales were down by 28 per cent,” Puri further said.

The sport festival is really so addictive! I would be more surprised if it wasn't fan most favorite part, like everything about it,not just that fight between was amazing! Like it's really a golden part. I see, I wasn't the only one who finished the 2 session in 2days then!^^

Aizawa is just..aizawa. I think it's really rare to meet such amazing character lmao. He's cool and in the same time..yeah right, he's the coolest teacher as well.

Honestly,Katsuki really becoming such close character to me too.definitely not my favourite because his attitude but definitely one of the favourite,and he's growth.. But because the passion he have to become number 1,the ambitious guy is- I mean I admit it, once you understand him he's really not that bad🙄💕

Izuku, he really brings the, best out of everyone and he really don't care if he get hurt in process, he's just too kind..he really is such great protag!!

Whether your musical taste buds take to the experimental sound of Tim Hecker, the eccentric flow of Vince Staples, or something on the harder side of town like Inter Arma, the Adult Swim Festival is the perfect festival for you. Despite the fact that the festival is only in its sophomore year, it did not fail to deliver a superior level of entertainment, authentic laughter, and a lifetime of cherishable moments. Didn't get a chance to catch the festival? We've got you covered. These are five ways the 2019 Adult Swim festival made a huge splash.

The Diversity

From the line-up of artists and comedians to the fans that were in attendance, the Adult Swim Festival was swimming in an assortment of people. The Adult Swim Festival honored the age-old adage, "different strokes for different folks," implementing different aspects of media and entertainment in order to simultaneously appeal to everyone and no one in particular. Staunch comedians took the stage such as Joe Pera and Sarah Squirm, accompanied by artists from a variety of genres like 2 Chainz, Speedy Ortiz, and Negative Gemini. The mash-up of different genres booming through the walls of the stadium made for an interesting experience that constantly kept people on their toes. 

The diversity didn't stop at just the entertainment, however. Walking through the crowd and spotting individuals dressed as Rick, Morty, and a number of other costumes that promoted a variety of personal identity expressions—my personal favorite was the festival-goer dressed as Elsa from Frozen—felt oddly comforting. When a space is so inclusive that a man dressed only in a leather harness can feel perfectly at home as someone in a full fursuit, you cannot help but feel welcomed.

The Performances

We're not sure what was in the air, but it seemed that every single performer, comedy and music alike, gave the crowd 110% of themselves in their own unique ways. Fans of hip-hop were treated to a back-to-back gust of rhythmic flow both from two exceedingly talented rap performers, Freddie Gibbs & Madlib and Rapsody. Leikeli47 kept the crowd hyped by constantly encouraging them to dance and even grabbing a few festival-goers to join her on stage. DETHKLOK gave their fans a night they'll always remember after playing their first show in five years. Helado Negro separated the crowd’s conscious from their body with a transcending performance. There were so many mind-blowing performances that it's almost difficult to recollect my thoughts: did I actually attend this amazing festival or was it all a dream?

Plot Twist!

I remember the moment Flying Lotus announced that he had brought MF Doom out from London to perform the song they share together, "Masquatch." The crowd was on their toes—it's not often that the rapper is seen out in public, let alone performing at a festival. I clutched onto the railing separating me and the security team, gazing at the stage in awe just as much as the crowd was, and then... out comes MF Doom, silver mask clad and all, delivering his electrifying verse. I was juiced, thinking I was witnessing a once-in-a-lifetime performance and began to open Instagram to record the sweet, sweet moment. 

The very second I decided to begin recording, the mask comes off and..oh, MF Doom was actually just popular actor and comedian Hannibal Buress all along. Despite my disappointment in realizing I had been monumentally trolled, I couldn't help but laugh. I mean it is the Adult Swim Festival. The MF Doom plot twist wasn't the only one the festival bore. From Eric Andre bringing out "Jay-Z" and Tierra Whack's surprise guest being a literal potato with eyes and a mouth, Adult Swim did what it does best—instill a roar of laughter in all attendees.

Rick and Morty

Are you a true fan of Adult Swim if you've never seen Rick and Morty? The show, which first aired in December 2013, has become a monumental cult sensation. The show follows members of the Smith family’s wacky adventures through infinite universes, spearheaded by the smartest man in the galaxy. Rick and Morty is arguably one of Adult Swim's most stirring television shows, and it was definitely showcased at the festival. There were tons of Rick and Morty inspired merch and prizes, alongside a gigantic slide in Morty's likeness, which was actually a lot of fun to race to the top of. And did we mention the exclusive premiere of the show’s fourth season? Needless to say, there were plenty of ways fans of the TV show and newcomers alike were able to "get schwifty!"

The Platform

Overall, the Adult Swim festival served as a beautiful platform for all artists, both well-known and up-and-coming, to showcase their music and their artistry in a free and unabashed way. Folks who came to watch 2 Chainz were put on to artists in other genres that they might not have found through conventional means, such as No Joy, Negative Gemini, and clipping. On the other hand, attendees who came to witness the re-emergence of DETHKLOK were treated to artists such as Cooly G, Ladies of LCD Soundsystem, and the illustrious Dawn. This was truly a melting pot of genres and talents, and there is no doubt in my mind that many festival-goers left the venue with a new artist to add to their playlists.

Domestic indices were volatile in the early trade on Thursday.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex was trading at 38,640 level in the first trade. HDFC (up 0.86 per cent), IndusInd Bank (up 0.75 per cent), and YES Bank (up 0.61 per cent) were the top gainers in the early trade. On the downside, Vedanta (down 1.4 per cent), Tata Steel (down 1.2 per cent), and ONGC (down 1 per cent) were the biggest losers. On NSE, Nifty50 was trading at 11,460 level.

Sectorally, indices were trading mixed. Nifty Bank and Financial Services indices were up 0.3 per cent each in the first trade. On the contrary, Nifty Metal index slipped the most, down over 1 per cent.

In the broader market, the S&P BSE mid-cap index was down 0.05 per cent, while the S&P BSE small-cap index was up 0.10 per cent.

RESULTS TODAY Today, as many as 19 companies, including DHFL, PVR, TVS Motor, and Zee Entertainment Enterprises, are scheduled to announce their September quarter results today.

GLOBAL CUES

Wall Street lost ground on Wednesday as weak U.S. economic data and simmering geopolitical tensions spooked buyers away from the equities market. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.08 per cent, the S&P 500 lost 0.2 per cent, and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 0.3 per cent.

Asian stocks barely moved on Thursday while sterling was volatile as negotiations on a Brexit deal continued. Both MSCI's broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan and Japan's Nikkei were little changed in early trade.

Oil prices slid on Thursday after industry data showed a larger-than-expected build-up in stocks in the United States. Global benchmark Brent crude oil futures dipped 40 cents, or 0.7 per cent, to $59.02 a barrel. I have emerged from my two-day hangover solely to write this weeks recap. Guess killing brain cells is one of my hobbies now.

When we left off I wasnt sure if I was Team Kathryn or Team Whitney, and I dont think thats ever going to get resolved tbh. However, I did just notice Kathryns facial expression in the opening sequence more or less sums up her entire personality.
