I already asked someone this buuuuuut, what’re your thoughts on au where Finney and Robin get kidnapped together? I love it personally for how much drama and concept play it presents
ESPECIALLY if Robin and Finney are already dating/have a crush on each other when kidnapped, and Al gets jealous of someone else getting to hug and touch HIS special boy and having eyes for HIS good boy 👀
The obvious answer for the above jealousy would be to kill Robin, but perhaps threatening Robin makes Finney behave or smth lol
Yes, I saw that ask!! I loved it lmao--
Once again this got nsft/w so 'Keep Reading' my dudes!!
Also, CW: This one contains a little bit of stockholm syndrome and/or mind-break in it so if that's not your cup of tea, look away now! (:
Wordcount (Idk I felt like I should include it this time): 1,308
Okay, so my take on it is that if they're already dating before the kidnapping, Al can never get Finney alone and that's why he ends up grabbing the two boys at the same time. (Stay with me here!)
When it all goes down, of course Robin is the one that fights the hardest. Al figured that the boy was the stronger of the two, so he had lured Robin in first to be dealt with easier. Finney, on the other hand, is frozen in fear for a second but soon snaps out of it and tries his hardest to get Al off of his best friend. His boyfriend. Robin would do the same for him. This, of course, doesn't work and they both end up getting knocked out and shoved into the back of Al's van anyway.
Only when Al finally has the boys down in his basement does he realize that they're not just best friends like he had previously assumed. Even in his half delirious state, Robin is yelling and kicking, doing his best to keep The Grabber away from Finney. Al knows that (especially in this state) Robin can't really do too much damage, so he ignores his "tantrum" for now. I like to imagine that the scene when Al reaches out and touches Finney's hair still happens but now Robin is there trying to get in between them to block Finney off with his body.
Robin probably says something along the lines of, "If you even think about touching Finney, I'm going to rip your fucking throat out, old man." Al only chuckles at this. He knows that Finney already belongs to him; what is this snot-nosed brat going to do?
He's angry at his own oversight when one day as he's bringing down two matching trays of scrambled eggs and lemon-lime soda, the Arellano boy is right behind the door waiting with a broken tile piece in one hand. All is not lost, however. That's also the day the man figures out the best way to get what he wants out of his darling Finney.
Finney is weak. Weaker than Robin, at least. Both physically and mentally weaker. Easier to manipulate. Al knows just how to handle this.
As soon as Al is able to regain his footing and restrain Robin in his arms, a slash in his right forearm mirroring the one Finney had given him on the first day, he thinks of the perfect strategy. Use Finney's biggest weakness against him. At that moment, Al takes out the pocketknife that he'd been concealing in the back pocket of his pants and holds it up against Robin's neck. He's staring directly at Finney as he does so.
Finney's chocolate brown eyes are already brimming with tears threatening to pour down his cheeks. Within mere seconds he's begging The Grabber to let his friend go. He's sorry, Robin didn't mean it. They'll be good, he promises!
"Good, huh? You want to be a good boy for me, now?"
When Finney doesn't respond right away, Al starts to dig the blade into Robin's throat, causing a shallow cut to form. At Robin's hiss of pain, Finney's resolve crumbles. He can't just let this man hurt Robin!
"Yes! Please, mister! I-", he doesn't want to say the words, they make him feel gross, but the panicked look in Robin's eyes only spur him into finishing, "I'll be a good boy, please let him go! Please!"
Hearing those words come out of his love's mouth makes Al's grip loosen and allows the other boy in his arms to dart away. Instead of cowering somewhere, however, Robin only runs to Finney's side. He's quick to usher the smaller boy behind him, holding a hand up to his own neck to stop the slow trickle of blood. Al can see how Finney grips at the back of Robin's shirt. It makes his blood boil. That should be him. Only he's worthy enough to protect HIS precious boy.
Without another word, Al leaves shortly after. He'll have to see just how good of a boy Finney is willing to be to protect his little "boyfriend".
This single encounter only spurs on more and more incidents. After a while, Al is able to get Finney to do just about anything for him if it means that he won't harm Robin. Robin, of course, absolutely hates every second of it. It's too bad. He knows that Al is the only one in control here; all the boy can do is sit back and watch.
Robin is forced to watch as this disgusting old man touches Finney in every way that no one other than him is supposed to. He watches at first as The Grabber makes Finney sit in his lap. This then turns into Finney being made to straddle the man's lap and kiss him. The kissing turns into Al grabbing onto Finney's hips and making him grind down against his thighs or even the obvious erection beneath his pants.
At first, it's obvious that Finney hates it. The poor boy even cries for the first handful of times, struggles against The Grabber's hold, only to settle down once Robin's life gets threatened in a little too much detail. Al tells Finney to be good and do as he's told OR ELSE. The boy doesn't want to know what that means so he continues to comply.
Then, the constant humping and kissing turns into more. Al is demanding more more more from Finney every time he comes down and it makes Robin sick. He hates that he can't do anything about it. He needs to find a way to save Finney from this sick fuck. (Unbeknownst to Finney, Al also threatens Robin with the rather graphic harm that would befall him should he try to interfere with their "little game", as the man calls it.)
After a while, Finney is calling The Grabber "Al" and Robin is fucking livid. Finney doesn't even try to pretend like he hates the man's touch anymore. As the man barges in and banishes Robin to sit in the corner of the cold concrete basement, Finney practically skips right over to him. Al's arms immediately wrap around Finney's waist as he leans down to give the boy a long kiss. Robin's stomach churns in disgust.
Robin is forced then to watch as The Grabber pushes Finney down onto the dirty mattress bolted to the floor. He gropes and kisses Finney, Robin's boyfriend, wherever the hell he wants. Al's hands wander all over Finney's body, his mouth pressed into the crook of the young boy's slender neck. Finney is already moaning; Robin tries his best to block it out. That's not his Finney. Finney would never let someone like that touch him in such a way. Finney would never ACT like this.
But still, the night continues as it always does. Al strips Finney of his clothes, calling him his good boy all the while. Robin can tell that the words only make Finney feel embarrassed, happy even. Not utterly distraught and confused like they did in the beginning. Finney has started smiling at the man recently. The boy smiles as Al kisses him, smiles as the man's large fingers play with his nipples and stroke over his tiny cock. Finney smiles and whines when Al preps him with whatever lube he brought this time and then smiles even more as the man fucks him.
What the hell did this disgusting fucking pervert do to Robin's best friend? WHY is Finney just letting Al do all these things to him? When did the light vanish from his eyes?
Robin can do nothing but hold back tears as he watches and watches and watches the only person he's ever loved moan and writhe underneath a killer.

⚠️My opinion on Mha ships that involve my fave character based on the cannon show⚠️
𝗶 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 Shigahaul and Chronohaul
So let's start; Personally I don't like ShigarakixOverhaul I'm sorry. When it comes to cannon I think that it is one of the most unhealthy things. If I had to think of it, I would say it's an arranged marriage that they had no say in. If Shigaraki DID catch feelings for Overhaul and vice-versa, I don't think they would be expressed well.
For starters Shigaraki's hate and shaping done by AFO would cause him to not actually know what "love" or "romance" actually feels like(at least I think so.) Meanwhile Overhaul might have a somewhat okay grasp on the subject just doesn't give a shit. He doesn't care. He cares mainly about the Yakuza and would rather let the Yakuza absorb his mind rather than "emotion".
If it was after his defeat but before, the forced amputation... it's worse. Much, much, worse.
It would be an extremely manipulative relationship, Overhaul only went with Shigaraki after talking and making a deal, unfortunately they didn't have enough time to cut off his arms before the heroes came. So they just went "Well, we can't take his arms; We'll just take the whole man."
You get where I'm going with this they're going to take his arms. Overhaul is like "wait maybe I can help you-" blah, blah, blah, etc, etc, whatever. So then they ask how Overhaul said stuff abt just wanting to se his dad, and then Shigaraki's like "hell yeah, manipulation point" So then he's like "stay under me and we'll let you see your dad" and overhaul is already desperate at this point so he's just like "fine, fuck it. I have nothing left to lose."
If it did get "romantic" at this point in time, I think Shigaraki wouldn't care or maybe treat overhaul like an actual member of the league(bare minimum like telling him pieces of plans, or going on stand alone missions but otherwise he is still mud on the bottom of someones shoe rank.) So then Overhaul might not even go by "Overhaul" at that point. I'm thinking maybe just resorting to his name. Not his last but maybe just "Kai" or smth like that idk. Kai has an abnormal loyalty to someone he hates, only for the promises of his father. So much so, that Dabi makes jokes about Kai being a gaurd dog. Which Kai scoffs at or rolls his eyes at.
Which doesn't sound too bad until you realize that Kai is here against his own will or want. If he did get romantic feelings towards Shigaraki, I feel like, he would convince himself it's Stockholm syndrome. Which it may be, but I assume it wouldn't be the best from there. Fannon representation is cute though.
Here is my second opinion, with Chronohaul. Personally I think that it's closest to cannon. However Overhauls neglectful personality is a bit of trouble. The reason he makes everyone wear a mask is due to the fact he thinks everyone is filthy. He doesn't want to breathe anyone's air. Him just wearing a mask was not enough, everyone around him was going to wear a mask too. I admit Chronostasis seems to be the only one that Overhaul will "tolerate" if someone like Nemoto or mimic told him the plan would probably fail, he'd kill them. No questions asked. Just, boom.
Which makes me think that at a certain level Overhaul does care for Chronostasis. So I guess it's closer to cannon.
If it did go romantic I think it would be angst. Like Chrono pinning for Overhaul and Overhaul not noticing until when they get separated, which then Overhaul freaking out "oh fuck what do I do" then surrenders willingly(?)
Let me explain; He goes with the heroes when they put him in the transport but then he starts asking shit like "if, your aide fell in love with you... and you liked them back, how would you fix it if it's too late?" Then they're just like "uhm- atone for your crimes??? I don't- I Don't know???"
Which Overhaul is now like, ok I can do this.
Here is where the story changes. Instead of lying complacent when the L.O.V takes his arms, Overhaul destroys his locks.(it wasn't shown to have quirk cancelation technology so-) With that everyone starts fighting Overhaul get's into a fight with Shigaraki and Dabi is like, just watching it happen. Compress is pissed. And the heroes(that aren't knocked tf out 😒) are just stunned. Then reinforcements arrive L.O.V ditches and Overhaul is cuffed again. But this time when they finish taking him to Tartarus they interview him.
"What the fuck was that?" Is what the heroes say, Overhaul tells them the conversation from the Transport. The heroes just kind of sit there with shock present on their faces. "O h." Then they're like "hey tell us where all the bullets are and we'll let you see that aide of yours." And then Overhaul's just like "okay"
The reunion of Kai and Hari is where we are now. Kai is ecstatic and Hari is wondering how the fuck he's being let out of prison. When he sees Kai's face with no mask he starts crying, "why did you get me, WE failed, I failed-" guilt, sad, etc. Etc. Kai then looks at Hari explaining that HE was sorry for not noticing his RESIPROCATED feelings sooner.
Hug, cry, kiss, and then the visits over. In this story they are still in their respective prisons; But they have higher chances at gaining freedom. The heroes still interview them and asked them about the L.O.V they're cooperative soooo. They'll be alright I think.
So that's how I feel take this while I work on writing OverNine content

Can I please hear your Vegas Pete thoughts? For me this whole relationship seems so wrong like I have a feeling that Pete will get hurt (not in a physical sense cause duh we’ve seen and like it’s a whole other story but emotionally), tbh it seems damaging to any sane person. How is that supposed to work, I’m so confused with this plot line. Also can please someone take Vegas to therapy like asap
Piling on my previous ask- the consent issue bothers me and it sorta seemed like there was one but I can’t shake the feeling he was under some kind of influence. I have nothing against bdsm, fully consensual one, but the circumstances are so not right, that s like Stockholm syndrome or smth, I had alarms going on in my head through this scene. I’m sorry I’m rambling it all here. I just wanted to discuss it somewhere and since u hooked me up on this show-here I am) feel free to ignore
I very much get where you're coming from, don't worry at all for wanting to come ramble with me about it. Pete and Vegas are for sure epically fucked up. Everyone in the show is, but Pete and Vegas are definitely taking that into a new stratosphere. It seems to be the point and it's definitely a big part of why their fans like them so I'm trying to take that into account as I watch (i.e. judge it within the context of the fucked up fictional world they exist within).
In terms of your issue grappling with consent, I think it's very much the Beauty & the Beast problem - that you can't really 'choose' someone when you're not free to do so. Consent in general in the show is a muddy area. What actually impressed me is that the writing seems to be aware of this (and though I try not to know much about the book - I still know this is in very obvious contrast to it). This was true for Kinn and Porsche as well which is why they had Kinn offer Porsche freedom (ep 6), and showed Porsche choosing Kinn instead, and then reinforced that with him saying as much verbally in the hospital scene. The show understood that Porsche couldn't truly choose Kinn in a situation where he was 'trapped' by his employment with the main family, or you leave an audience always wondering if it was a matter of choice or circumstance. Now obviously Pete's situation is vastly different (kidnap and torture will do that lmao), but they seem to be going the same route step-by-step. First they had Pete initiate the kiss/ sex, as a step towards giving him some agency and power (which was obviously extremely needed at this stage), and I am expecting they will give him back his freedom (whether he leaves Vegas or Vegas lets him leave I don't know) and it will be at that point they have him 'choose' Vegas - when he is free to do so. So in that sense I imagine you’ll be put a little more at ease in the future. I don’t think it’s unusual for you (or any viewer) to feel uncomfortable at this stage. Like... the music alone in the sex scene between them was unsettling af. I do think Pete and Vegas are supposed to make us feel pretty conflicted and uncomfortable at this stage. I think the show is going for that ‘draw you in despite yourself’ feeling to emulate how Pete feels (for me personally, the sex scene wasn’t effective in that way but the scenes involving the hedgehog/ Vegas’s grief were).
Now as for my own feelings towards Vegas and Pete... I’m finding it easier to get into them now as I’m enjoying the more vulnerable scenes and conversations. I found their scenes in ep 11 horrific up until the conversation where Pete talks about his dad. Then I was a little intrigued (and it’s also hard not to get a bit emotionally invested when they’re both being vulnerable as the actors have been killing it). I figured this ep would be the turning point for me in deciding whether I would enjoy them in the future or not. And while I have to admit they don’t make me rabid the way they do other fans, I’m at a stage where I’m finding the storyline interesting and I think it has potential to really hook me later on. The sex scene was actually the least interesting scene for me but I understood the purpose it was serving and what it was communicating in terms of their dynamic and play of power between them. The conversations between them have been working for me much more. But Vegas is Vegas and it’s to be expected that I (and I imagine many viewers) are still feeling extremely wary. At this stage I am comfortable to sit back and see where things go. I’m not enormously invested in them, but I’m at least at a stage now where I can watch their scenes with interest.
I hope that ramble made sense! I’ve been grappling with what I think of them since ep 11 and I imagine that will continue into the next couple of eps!

I kinda want Locus to get adopted by the lieutenants + Grey. They all have trauma that can be directly attributed to him but they see him trying his best and remember being in similar - but not the same - positions when the Feds and Rebels were first figuring out how to work it together and it's probs Bitters at first who just goes "fuck it. you're an asshole and I hate you but I'm gonna be nice to you and better than you and you're one of us now". And Locus is just confused? And he keeps offering to leave and shit and at one point to turn himself in because he's well aware he fucked up these people's lives. But then the one time he actually leaves, Andersmith tracks him down and just looks at him all disappointed and then drags him home where Palomo is crying on the couch and Grey looks him over to make sure he's unhurt while Bitters rants at him for being an idiot genocidal maniac (their idiot genocidal maniac). And then he just fucking blinks and Jensen's best pals with Arynasea and he's trying to teach Matthews how to cook shit without it turning out looking like it got into a fight with Sharkface and lost and when the fuck did he get adopted by this weird ass family? He winds up calling Wash or smth and Wash's just like "oh yeah I've been there, did I ever tell you about the time the reds and blues pulled me out of the snow at sidewinder and stuffed me into their dead friend's armor so I wouldn't go back to prison?" And Locus is still absolutely certain that this is some kind of reverse Stockholm syndrome thing or smth but fuck it. He's a fucking former genocidal maniac turned affection starved puppy with a severe case of DPDR who's trying to do good and these people he knows he hurt who know he hurt them have decided to be kind and compassionate and all they want is for him to apologize and be better and he's going to take it. The universe gave him something nice and for once he's going to take it and not question it too closely.

Oh oh funny story about my ability to enjoy Dark™ content but absolutely 0 ability to tolerate second-hand embarrassment.
When I was like, 15 or 16 or whatever I was reading this Harry Potter fic that could basically be summarized as Tom Riddle from the diary gets bound to Harry Potter and sort of drags Harry on the run. They spend a good few weeks(?) in this cabin in the middle of nowhere and it's basically just Tom Riddle seducing/inducing Stockholm syndrome in Harry while undermining his boundaries and sense of reality. Lots of dubcon and plenty of shame on Harry's part when sex especially enters the equation and it was super hot and I was into it.
Anyway at some point Harry escapes and goes back to Hogwarts and somehow every knows that Tom Riddle seduced Harry (I think it was magic or smth? idk) and everyone looked at Harry with judgement except for Dumbledore who was like "greater wizards have been manipulated by Tom Riddle" but in a very pitying, condescending way after barely a chapter of this I had to tap out. Everything else I actively enjoyed but the moment other people starting judging Harry and the shame was no longer hot "this is wrong and it's wrong I'm enjoying it" and crossed into "everyone is judging me and I feel humiliated" territory I had to back out and take a breather. I never returned to that fic and it left me with a lingering sense of dread for like, a year.
6/10 I mean it wasn’t that bad but the ickyness is just..... yeah I get what u me at about the end skskskskkska

Hi dear! I've seen you didn't talk much about Sadistic Beauty these days... What are your thoughts on ending and two side stories? Especially Wookying and Minho's one? Tbh I'm disappointed and disturbed :(
i had to step out of this story bc it was leaving me frustrated, irritated and disappointed not to mention very confused LOL. yep, im still fairly disappointed with where the author went with this. a major conflict that should or could have been in the main story was the whole drama including wookyung fighting with doona to get minho but it was swept under the rug only to return as some after thought as a side story (probably excluding doona).  there was such a great opportunity to finish it in the main story but the author decided that minho had to suffer all of the consequences and everyone else is going scot-free LOL. truly a shame. i wasnt surprised that doona was ending up with haesol, never was into them, still not into them. i have a certain distaste for characters like haesol, he’d be best described as a simp. and i absolutely loathe simps lol. there’s a fine line with being there for someone and being there in hopes that smth more might change, he def wants to date doona and saying that he’s okay with how things are and if they don’t date, is basically a blatant lie to himself. if that was the case, he wouldn’t let her string him along and use him for sex. the feelings he has for her will just be kept in the back, but it will most likely resurface in some way or another. in the long run, it’d hurt him and that’s just not worth the hassle. obv since the writer wanted them to happen, he’s prob gonna get what he wants lol. i def found the whole rivalry btw donna and wookyung in order to get to minho way more fascinating, and wished it was explored more. now, the only thing im happy with is gyerin is probably getting her happy ending with the new girl. she’s also the only one who went “fuck this” once she saw doona wasn’t going to reciprocate her feelings, and im rlly glad she did that. at first, i didnt think much of her, but now, seeing how the story went (lmao), im all for gyerin being happy. and as for wookyung and minho, im interested in how their story will unfold. but i feel so so bad for minho, he was a jerk and an asshole i wont deny that, but he didnt deserve all of the hate and harm he got and still is receiving according to the side story preview. wookyung is still a great and fascinating character, i do like characters like him, but how he was used was just not satisfying. and it seems like there might be a case of stockholm syndrome coming up where he might fall for wookyung. i just wish doona had smth to do with it before she parted ways or she could have helped minho, but yeah. *shrugs* this story left me confused as to what the author is doing, there is wasted potential and opportunities at every corner. the plot goes one way then goes another to end on a weird note. i also think the whole gl, bl stuff was more of a fanservice thing and that’s probably why it’s more of a disjointed story? as in, i feel like the gl and bl stuff should either have been more of a focus and woven into the story or it should have been entirely separate so the author wouldn’t have to shove many things at once and just focus on one or two pairing. one thing i might add for the story is that it felt as if it was trying to make us surprised, but the so called “twists” that happened just made it more confusing and those probably shouldn’t have been there as they don’t add much to the story narrative. back to gyerin, you can see that gyerin and the new girl can have their own separate story from the start (she didn’t have much to do with the primary conflict and could easily have a flashback to doona instead of the whole fanservice lol). the same goes for wookyung and minho as well, and it’d have been perfectly fine. at the end you basically see three pairings, the m/f, the f/f and the m/m. however, we dont even know if minho is into men? so i’m not sure how’s that gonna be considered BL? then again, every pairing could have been in the main story, but it’s not? for some reason??? it feels as if the author wanted their pairings without putting in the effort of making it into the main story, hence the side stories or they just wanted to make it separated without putting too many characters in it. obviously, for wookyung and minho, there’s no way doona wouldn’t have done smth if it was fully explored in the main story, and it might have changed the ending too. there’s multiple ways the story could have gone, but this one was the only conflict that was much more interesting imo, but it wasnt used that much.
gyerin didn’t really have much to do there other than be lesbian fanservice for doona (and the audience, writer and maybe the artist too?), and to be some kind of support for haesol. that’s about it, so i can understand why she’d not have a full blown romance in the main story, but seeing that she keeps reappearing, she still could have her side story integrated into it. lmao i don’t even kno if doona is bi/pan lol or if she just had sex bc she was drunk then did it just for pleasure without being interested in women at all.
EDIT: iirc doona did get aroused seeing gyerin uh doing stuff, so it could be possible that she is interested in women, but maybe only sexually? although i still could be wrong lol and it could just have been a moment of “I’m straight, but horny and u’ll do for now”. she could be in the closet too, who knows.
overall, sadistic beauty had some interesting conflict, some good characters (ill never like haesol lol), good art and the storytelling by this artist is well paced, but the execution and where the story went leaves a sour taste in my mouth. would i recommend this story? absolutely not. it is so frustrating, and for what? i wish i had saved myself this headache from the very start but the art and the fact that doona was a dom was what reeled me in. i only came back to it to see if the writer redeemed their story in some ways, but... well... you saw how that went.  i would follow the artist if i could, their art is beautiful. however, i cannot say the same for the writer. from my exp, it seems that many webtoons have good art, but the writing definitely leaves way more room for improvement. that said, i do hope ppl will learn that in order to make a great comic/webtoon/manga and so on, it is not only about pretty drawings. the story and writing should be up to par with the art. if not, it should be at least close to it. because the art might attract people, but if the story doesn’t resonate, if it doesn’t make much sense, then ppl are bound to leave and drop it. and what is a story, but pretty pictures and nothing substantial in it? nothing, but superficial beauty.
