Does Ghiji and his sisters have like a parent they (as induviduals, not a group) connect with just a little bit better than the others?

And with Ghidorah, since three basically have to share the role of "one" parent, does this ever lead to jealousy or hurt feelings if a cub clearly favours one or maybe even two of them for snuggles, comfort, support, or whatever is going on?

Is there ever any jealousy between Ghidorah and Jira when it comes to the cubs? And are they 100% agreed on how they should raise their kids, or does arguments happen when their oppinions clash with each other?

Well, they're not a perfect family. I guess you could say the the cubs do have favourites, kinda. They love all their parents of course, but sometimes one head is better at an activity than the other

There had been moments where feelings had been hurt and where one was jealus of the other, yes. When Ghiji was still a single child and Ghidorah and Jira were still learning to be good parents. Ichi struggled a bit more with being nice and patient whith his son's antics and trantrums. He tried treading Ghiji like a would treat Ni and San. He didn't bite him, but he used powergrooming to make the boy stop screaming or got to bed when he was having an outburst.

Powergrooming is a dominance move in animals. It's not that hurtful, but can be uncomfortable if you get agressively licked into submission. Though for a young cub it maybe can hurt, you literally get pressed into the ground.

So yeah, Ghiji got angry at Ichi that time and told him he's mean and he likes Papa San more. Cause San was always more careful and soft to the boy. When Ghiji got scared, he'd snuggle with San more on instinct. Nurture over nature

Kira likes to spend more time with Ichi. They understand each other, even without talking. She's just a quiet girl that just loves to be in the presence of her parent, without having to talk all the time.

Kura plays more with Ni, because he's fun and she prefers rough play over being careful all the time. She plays with San and Ichi, but it's not the same as trying to play fight with Ni.

All the cubs love mommy too of course. She gives the best snuggles and has the best lullabies and she shows them the ocean and teaches them about life and earth, while Ghidorah shows them how to fly and tells them stories about space and other planets (leaving out the killing parts)

Now, Ghidorah and Jira do have different teaching style. Jira wants the cubs to be just that, cubs, and enjoy their childhood and learn how to respect life. Ghidorah wants to teach them early on how to defend themselves. Cause he's scared of losing them. And they were taught how to fight very early on too. So he tries to copy his mother's teaching style. Like bringing life food, asking them to hunt and, if possible, kill their prey. To put on a "scary face" to chase off predators.

Jira thinks at that age, it's not necessary and they should enjoy being innocent and playful. They can learn that when they're like... 100 years old, not shortly after learning how to start gliding/flying

If Ghiji (or I guess one of his siblings?) got seriously hurt or ill, close to death, how would that affect your Ghidorah exactly, and what would they do about the situation? How would Jira react, and what would she do?

They'd be very worried and devastated

If the cubs got ill, Gidorah wouldn't know what to do. They've been ill before, but because of their insane healing factor, they could brush it off after a short period.

So Ghidorah has no clue how to help his children besides doing the basics. Keeping them warm, or cool, try to feed them and get them to drink water and comfort them. It freaks him out, but he can't show it. So luckily Jira knows more about that, since she helped raise Goji for a few hundred years, learned how to deal with this, even how to make medicine.

You know, find healing plants, eat them and give the pre-chewed goo to her kids to eat.

If it was a situation of life and death, I guess they'd be furious! If something like, an egg snatcher came to the nest and steal a baby, of course the parents would give chase. In this situation, Ghidorah would be hot on the kidnappers tail and stop at nothing to have their cub back. Hurting the little one will only make it worse.

If a cub got really, badly hurt, they wouldn't know what to do either, besides protecting it from any more harm. Instinctively, they'd care for the cub, lick it's wounds, try to clean and comfort it, but again, they are helpless in helping.

Ghidorah just doesn't know how to heal anyone besides himself. So now he wants to learn more about helpful plants and all that, where to find it, how to use it, which is good for what. Something they never thought about, since all they knew was destruction and didn't need to know.

How and why did Jira gave Ghidorah a chance?

Well, when they first met Ghidorah thought she was Godzilla. That was after they regenerated from San's skull after GVK

Jira believes in second chances and that everyone deserves one. But if they even mess that up, well, you lost buddy

Anyway, she knew about him. And she told them, when they ask why she didn't hate them for trying to kill Goji, she answered

"If I would hate everyone that has tried to kill my brother in the past, I would be a lonely and bitter kaiju. You're not the first to try and you won't be the last"

Also she thought they were really cute and good looking. She's flirty by nature. She didn't expect them to start liking her though

So when Ghidorah started approaching her more often, she tried to befriend them and help them get used to living on earth and be nicer

So, you ship Ghidorah with your OC, right? iget how it works as kaijus, since Ghidorah is three males in one body. But how does it work when they are humans? Why would jira marry three men, who are brothers? What kind of relationship is that?

And would it be weird, since they are brothers??

Hmm, I get what you mean. Many people like to split Ghidorah up and ship each head with a different character. Which I don't mind at all. Especially as Gijinka. It makes sense and gives you more shipping freedom.

But I'm a bit... confused I guess when Ghidorah, as kaiju, is shipped with multiple characters? I don't know how else to explain. Like, I don't mind that, it's interesting. I just sometimes wonder how it works, each head having a different partner. Are they in a poly relationship with multiple partners as well? Sometimes I see only one head loving a character, but the other two are not interested or even dislike/hate that partner. So, does that mean they can never be too close or even intimate with their partner, because of the other two? hence why some people even split them up in kaiju form, or give them a partner who also has three heads.

Anyway, that's probably similar to what you are thinking of of my ship, right?

Ghidorah, all three heads, love Jira (in my ship) and she loves each brother equally. Wether as kaiju, or Gijinka.

In the Gijinka AU, Ghidorah doesn't mind sharing a wife. Of course the brothers are NOT intimate with each other. That's a line I don't and never want to cross! They are intimate with her, even sharing fun time together, but there are no intimate moments between the brothers.

And Jira treats each Ghidorah the same. Each brother is the boyfriend/husband to her and dad/daddy to the kids. They call each "Dad/daddy" or "Papa 'Name' " if they want to speak with one specially.

I guess their relationship can be described as "Mono-Poly Kitchen table polyamory". Let me explain:

Mono-poly Relationships

Mono-poly relationships are those in which one partner identifies as polyamorous (Jira), and the other identifies as monogamous (Ghidorah). This usually means that the polyamorous partner is looking to be in relationships with more than one person (Only limited to Ghidorah though); while the monogamous partner is only interested in their relationships with their polyamorous partner (The brothers are loyal only to her).

There are a variety of reasons someone might choose a mono-poly relationship, including different relationship orientation, mismatched sexual appetites and desires, and distance, time, and energy limitations. (Each brother gets their special time, affection, hanging out, dates and intimate moments between just the two of them equally, as well as sharing time between the four of them)

Kitchen Table Polyamory

Kitchen table is a style of polyamory that places emphasis on family-style connections among the people involved in a network, whether they’re romantically involved with each other or not (Family as husband-wife, siblings and being a parent). The name comes from the idea that everyone involved would be comfortable gathering around the kitchen table for a meal.

Hey guys, just wanted to tell you something real quick.

Because of yesterday and my childish behaviour, telling you to block Kiranthejuransworld, again I’m sorry. She is just a kid

I know some of you had seen my last post with my apology. And I told you not to block her. She’s just a child afterall, so immature behaviour is normal at her age (I heard she’s like 10, so please be gentle with her)

Now, I know some of you had seen her reblog my post with my Ghidira ship (My oc Jira x Ghidorah), where she kinda attacked me for shipping him with an OC and attacked my OC and blah blah.

It’s ok guys. I am not angry with her. She is just hurt and angry herself and is lashing out, which is understandable. So please don’t do anything rash. Don’t talk to her about this (I really hope none of you had said anything to her about that while I was sleeping). Just leave her be

To the ones who had already blocked her, if you want to keep her blocked, you can do that. I want you to feel comfortable after al. I didn’t block her. And I’m not planning to. Unless she came to attack me directly and stuff, I won’t block her yet. Maybe once she calmed down, it’ll be easier to talk with her

And please don’t leave any hurtful comments about her. She is just a little girl. Yes, attacking OCs and shippers and calling Ocs “sluts” is uncalled for, but maybe we can just calmly talk with her and tell her, that this just isn’t nice? I’m sorry, I really don’t know how to talk with children D:>
