You know something, Dessie DeLite might have become my favourite side-character pretty much overnight.

Yes, Ronnie is a thief almost purely to enable her spending habits, but I love the fact she doesn't think less of him for being a thief. He's still a good person in her eyes and it's not unfounded! He's too honest for his own good, leaves calling-cards before committing his crimes, and doesn't seem to actively hurt people in the process.

Well, maybe not...

I've just been describing Ronnie this whole time which is a little bad...

Actually the wiki page does a very similar thing...

HOWEVER! I think this speaks as much to Dessie's character as well!

Remember, she was held hostage by thieves herself - common, brutish muggers at that. Nobody would blame her for being the least bit miffed that her husband is also a thief. She isn't because she sees the nuance in people. Dessie can tell the difference between a good person and someone going out of their way to hurt somebody.

Even before Luke Atmey is outed as a criminal she doesn't care much for him. No one does, granted, but Dessie had her doubts from the start. She's the one who took the urn from his office after all! The fact his office was the only other confirmed place she looked for it (along with her reasoning that he has a tighter connection to the thief than anyone else) shows her intuition that something was up with the man. Both logically and in terms of judging his character. Given the events of the case, her judgement wasn't far off the mark.

She does straight-up tell you that she's alright with theives (being pulled over for speeding and living in the fast lane does imply something of a minor criminal streak herself). It's understandable that Ronnie would be wary of revealing his own streak due to how they met, though it's clear that merely being a thief isn't a factor; being a halfway-decent person is. Dessie tends to be a good judge of that, valuing it above being a law-breaker.

It's almost funny though. I could not for the life of me get a bead on whether or not she knows or believes Ronnie is Mask[what's the shortcut for this-]DeMasque before it's outed in court. Not until the very end anyways. With how earnest and not-at-all subtle he is it's hard to believe it'd go over anyone's head. I think it's more fun to imagine she did know and just didn't want anyone pressing charges on the man.

Besides, beyond Ronnie being a good person regardless, Dessie's a thrill-seeker! Having a great thief for a husband is just the icing on the cake!

Well, maybe...

She fell for him because he saved her life in a tropey sort of way...

No! Wait! That's not true! It's because she saw Ronnie at his most raw and unfiltered; dorkish, very emotional, more than a little pathetic, but good god does he care about people.

And I'm just describing the man again...

Alright, how about this; let's flip the PoV shall we? The same might be true for the inverse, as well. While not as criminal as him, Ronnie does see Dessie for more than the habit that pushes him to be a thief. She's a strong-willed person who loves good-natured thrills, someone who values every moment of her life enough to want to make each and every one of those moments for both he and her exhilarating. He's considerate of her surface-level disdain for crooks but comes to learn that - despite having an event in her life that would justify it - sees even the criminal for more than their crimes. As someone who values living life as earnestly and loudly as possible, she's warm to those who are considerate to the lives of others and disdains those who lie and hide like cowards, especially those who would worsen another's rather than take the brunt themselves.

Could you see Ronnie as a coward for not being upfront about the Mask[HELP-]DeMasque thing? Maybe. If you're shallow. Dessie? She's far from shallow. She doesn't even sound or look angry about it! No, she understands that he wouldn't think she'd be happy with it considering how they first met. It wasn't an act of saving his own behind as much as it was out of consideration for her own feelings, and that's the deal-maker for her.

With her red jumpsuit, brown hair and eyes, and fixation on motorcycles it's hard not to get Matt Engarde vibes from her. They're almost polar-opposites, all things considered; where he sees all people as either untrustworthy or things to be played with, Dessie knows where she can place her faith in and puts high-value on treating others well. Lord knows how intentional that was but it's a nice contrast, especially with Adrian Andrews featuring in the same case.

I forgot I was going to talk about Adrian at some point I'm sorry...

Actually, I'm sorry that this post was more rambly than even I'm used to. Part of that was trying to look past the 2000's writing that could have made Dessie out to be more flat than I think she deserves to be seen. A small part of 3-2 for sure but a DeLiteful one for sure!

The second case streak carries strong in this series. I'll decide once I get to AJ if it breaks there or with the Monstrous Turnabout.

The year finally comes to an and and I have a question for you. 2022 was the year of new OCs, so: How many new OCs did you create in 2022? Bonus points if you introduce each of them with a lil' picture and 2-3 sentences about what their deal is. Let's have a "Babes created in 2022" party!

Ive been not so active here on tumblr, I do apologize for it! So.. yeah... 2022! I guess this is my 'furry OC outbreak' year xD I had furry OCs before that, but... I never really got into them. I couldnt grasp them as playable characters like I'm used with human OCs. But this year was when I created some babes that, oh boy, I have fun playing with! But it's not nearly as big of a count as you might think. So let's dive right into it.

1- Becks Warborn (Art by kaitoharo99)

Becks is the leader of a mercinary pack of werewolves. He basically got created to give one of @Zelendur 's OCs - Wulf - a new boyfriend. And as Wulf is just a premium horse who can't quite tie himself down, there was this whole pack of members forming. First and foremost there are Aadit and Liyan - two mercinary members by Zelendur, who got their mingling hands on Wulf as well. This leads to Becks having to not only make sure that Wulf is HIS boyfriend that only gets to have fun with others when he allows it - but it only leads to Becks having to put the other wolves in their place if they decide to dismiss his set up rules. Its a polyamorous relationship between Wulf and Becks mostly, but Aadit and Liyan cannot be ignored at all!

Plus, through to Becks background story, I also created...

2- Dyle Warborn

Dyle is Becks older brother who did not manage to get the alpha leader title himself. In fact, when a huge brawl broke out over the new leadership after their father died, Dyle lost an eye and with it his will to lead the pack. He went from one of the strongest member to the 'crippled old dog' that had trouble keeping up with the rest. He hated being treated differently, but he just couldn't perform as well in battle anymore. He has no design yet, nor have I really fleshed him out yet. But he already got a bretty girlfriend, so... eue

3- Tucker Bust

Tucker is probably the first furry OC I really clicked with. A charming playboy who is a bit on the dumb side. He is just a very good boy. He is the kindof casanova who knows how to click with anyone he meets, and therefore he can have very different sides on him. But in general he is just a really big puppy who is looking for his one and only love. After many failed relationships, he finally found the right guy who love him the way he is. Cooper, his angel, is Tuckers biggest obsession and he loves him endlessly. And Tucker definitely does some weird things to be liked by his boyfriend <3

4- Chris Rowland (Art by @zelendur )

Chris is my first and only (female to male) trans character. Chris is, honestly, one of my most beloved furry OCs of all time. He struck everything in me even before he had a set design. His and his boyfriends love story is honestly so cute and stupid, I love it. Bradley and Chris have been my obsession for quite a while, and those two still tick a lot of boxes for me. My precious baby <3 He is a pure fighter who has been fighting for his and his friends all his life. In the end he opens his own tattoo and piercing shop, living his own life, but always close to his boyfriend Bradley and his bestie for life, Gary.

5- Dezel

(His design is not set at all and definitely will be revamped a bit for the final version)

Dezel, or also known as Dessie, has been such a happy accident, haha. Zelendur and I figured that Gary needed himself a boyfriend too eventually. At first we were in love with Gary and Tucker in an alternative universe (cause oh BOY they fit together so well too!). But since Tucker is absolutely loyal to his angel Cooper, we needed someone else. And that's how Dezel got created. Dezel is a nerd first of all - an indie developer who used to go to the same school with Chris and Gary. He had been a friend of theirs for years - with a mayor crush on Gary. But he is too shy to really communicate his interest. No matter how much he tried to show it, everyone assumed he was just being a friend. Dates got ruined by others or Gary who didn't realize that it was a true date, and Dezel never got his point across. And from that somewhat secret admiration rose obsession. He uses the anonymity of the internet to flirt with his crush. And since Gary has himself an onlyfans.... yeah. Through some event Gary figures out who his generous online-admirerer is and is oddly charmed by his childhood friend. Aaand thats how they give it a try. No feelings first for Gary, but the good-natured nerd soon can finally show his worth to him <3

6- Willow Bishop

(His design is also not set, it was just his first scribble)

After I created Chris, Zelendur was oddly charmed with the thought of another trans OC. And therefore Nicholas the demiboy happened~ I had to SNATCH the bnuy before anyone else could, cause boy I love that little guy so much <3 And here is Willow - a physics student who met Nick through their interest for journalism and especially ghost hunting. They immediately clicked and became somewhat like best friends within no time at all. He was always super charmed by the small bunny, but Will is not gay and therefore was not interested in his best bro. But when he found out that, technically, Nick was a girl who wanted to be a guy, but... still had a girl body.... Oh boy, that shook something loose in him. That game-changing fact immediately made Will show interest in the small bunny who was so perfect in any way - and now that it was also a girl body, he was totally head over heels for him. And to his luck Nicholas was just as interested as him. And then they hit it off instantly yet again. I love those two chaos-seeking idiots a lot xD Hunting for ghosts and then both being scaredy cats when things get real. Aah I love em xD

7- Nathan Evans

My latest obsession, Nathaniel, short Nathan or Nathe! Nathan got created for this hot stud, Clint. I love bad boys, and I love tragic love stories with difficult personalities. Clint and Nathan are somewhat the 'Karanos and Donovan' of our furry roleplay, and yet they are so different and unique and I love them. They both started as best friends in a small gang of youngsters, doing little crimes to come by. Clint with neglective parents and a younger brother to take care of, and Nathan as the only child of pretty poor parents. Then Nathan had to move away with his parents pretty suddenly and a fight with Clint stopped him from saying goodbye - until he regretted it later and tried to reach his best friend with letters. Unbeknown to him Clint had gone to jail after the gang had taken it too far, and so Nathan never heard of his friend again. Until 10 years later, after a lot of shit happened in Nathans life as well, he moves back into town and meets his friend again. They have a rough and chummy friendship with both caring for the other in their own way. But after some unexpected steamy moments between the two (as Clint showed himself clearly interested in Nathans body), Nathan realizes that it's more than friendship for him. But with their relationship also come problems. Once they move together, they start seeing each others weakspots and bad habits. Anger issues, alcoholism and drugs make things escalate a lot - but both of them will reach their happy end together as they fight to stay together.

And.. yeah! That's it folks! 'Just' 7 OCs, which is, for ME, a veery high count. I have at least one more character planned, but nothing concrete yet. And Dezel and Will need proper refs, not to mention for aaaall the toyhouse pages that need to be created... ugh...

the ahs seasons and what i think of them:

murder house - when u think of ahs u think murder house. its a classic. some of the most iconic characters, even now. one of my comfort seasons for sure. as much as i love it, its not my favourite. it as amazing tho

asylum - wHEN I TELL U THIS SEASON IS LIKE A FUCKING DRUG I MEAN IT!! its at the top of my list, best season. again has some super iconic characters. for me, as much as it weirded me out, i kinda liked the alien plot. was it the best choice for a side plot??? probably not but it was kinda fun

coven - this is hands down the most iconic season of ahs. its also up there with murder house for the “when i think of ahs i think of this”. again, iconic characters. it has a good plot, good ships, great characters. its an awesome season and i get why people claim it as they’re favourite. but watching this coming off of asylum was hard. bc asylum was AMAZING and this to me was just great. still love it tho

freak show - im gonna be honest, im still not done. it was alright. i liked it more towards the end (i have less then half an ep left) but it was pretty meh. the pepper ep got me in my feels tho. she was by far the best character that season along with dessie. it was decent, not my favourite

hotel - loved it. binged it in like a day. and i loved it. this is the season with the best soundtrack and setting. the hotel was gorgeous i wanna fuckin live there. the plot threw me off a little here and there but ultimately, great season. loved jpm SO MUCH!! best boi fr. and liz and tristan r one of my all time favourite couples of the whole show. it was really good i enjoyed it a tone

roanoke - imma be honest, it started out slow. but like mid episode 4 i think was when it started to get GOOD!! it was definitely the scariest of all of the seasons. but the cinematography was beautiful and the acting was spot on. it was beautiful and if im being brutally honest, was low key scared of the “murder” thing. like i would go down into my basement and yell “mY NAME STARTS WITH A T MOTHERFUCKERS!” but yeah, amazing season and super underrated

cult - FUCK EVERYTHING I SAID ABT ASYLUM BEING THE BEST! cult had me scared, in my feelings, blown the FUCK away by the acting. like holy shit. it was incredible. there were a couple of “oof i dont like that” parts (mainly with kai) but other than that, it was fucking amazing. i was sad finishing it. it made me like pace around the room, yell my ass off at the tv, and i was like ranting abt to my friends who had no idea what the fuck i was saying. outstanding season. but ill forever be pissed that evan didnt win an emmy for kai

apocolypse - its up there with the most iconic. like micheal langdon as a whole is just iconic. the idea of incorporating all of the seasons in that universe together was really interesting. its a solid season with good plot and i really enjoyed it. but i gotta say, my favourite part is that they made madison less of a bitch. dont really have much to say abt this season other then the fact that its iconic and that the gallangdon fandom is dying and we need more stans

1984 - i actually liked it a lot. was kinda bummed that there was no sarah or evan but now that ive finished it, i dont think they would have fit. i think its kinda underrated. it was funny and sad and honestly kinda wholesome. i am pissed with the brooke and montana queer baiting but im a marvel fan so im hella used to it. brooke thompson is the loml tho she is bestest i love her sm actual badass. also jingles needs a hug. big time. and that scene when bobby finally met his dad and they had a really nice moment (i was in tears) but then MARGRET DECIDED TO REVIVE AND STAB JINGLES IN THE HEAD!!! but it was a great watch!!

Caiddo is the heir to the throne and thus has to be careful about everything he says and does. He believes everyone their own plans for him, so he makes plans for them. It's only fair if everyone uses everyone else. So he manipulates the trolls who crush on him and hires others to be his eyes and ears in places he can't reach. After all, he knows he can't kill the empress in a fair fight. So why not do everything he can to skew it in his favor? She did the same thing, after all. All this planning and scheming takes up a lot of his free time, but he still finds enough time to decompress with his favorite books.

storm, who sleeps like This or like a little human man. he's 8 in april and a bastard but he's also my son and if anyone says anything mean abt him i will cry.

dessie! she's abt 4? now, n she's a big spoiled baby. she's got complete heterochromia and we all think that's p cool.

des bullies her brother so bad bc she's abt 5x his size and hates it when he's getting attention... or doing anything at all. storm begrudgingly accepts his fate.

(both are rescues! storm - a family friend's cat had kittens, and dessie just showed up at our house after we moved in.)

~Asriel would spend most of his time with you, always following after you if you would be busy with something. He just doesn’t want to leave you, because he doesn’t feel good when you are not around him. You are the only fun and interesting person, except for Chara.

~He would invite you to hang out with him and Chara quite a lot and he would probably ask you to sleepover at his place quite a bit because he doesn’t want to be far from you.

~ “Come on, pleaseee! It’s going to be fun, I promise!! I got a few new video games, we can play them!”

~Because his older sister is quite dangerous, whenever you would tell him someone is annoying you or is bullying you, he will make sure to tell Chara, so she could take care of it.

~ “Don’t worry anymore! Now, do you want to grab that nice cream or not?”

YANDERE UNDERTALE FRISK AS A FRIEND:

~A quite yet kid person, Frisk actually is pretty selfish. Every single time you would start to stray from her, she would reset to try again. If you ever find a lover, she would reset and kill that person, so you wouldn’t ever think of leaving her behind.

~Frisk would keep doing that over and over again, without any regard for anyone. It’s no wonder that Sans actually hates her and most humans. He just doesn’t trust them anymore and for good reasons.

~ “Hey, let’s get something tasty together, okay?”

~If she sees that killing people isn’t going to help, she will start spreading nasty rumors about you, before only she would be around you, and you would have no choice but stay with her.

~ “Don’t worry, I won’t ever leave you! I’m your best friend, am I not?”

YANDERE UNDERTALE MONSTER KID AS A FRIEND:

~No matter where you are, Mickey is always there. He always finds where you are, and will always approach you to be with you. The reason? Because he is a complete and utter stalker. He had been using his skills on Undyne before, but now that he has such a great friend like yourself, why would he ever need Undyne?

~Mickey is also your biggest fan! He knows absolutely everything about you. Even things that only you know. That is, again, because he is a stalker, and managed to get a lot of information from other people about you. He knows that’s not really good, but he really wants to be your best friend!

~ “Oh, don’t worry bestie! I already got you this! I just thought you would like this!!”

~No matter what you would do, you just can’t get rid of Mickey. And if you ever ask help from someone else, they will just not believe you because Mickey just seems such a good person. Besides, he doesn’t have legs, and his magic is pretty weak. What could he ever do to you?

~ “Maaan! You sure are fast! Okay, let’s not play tag anymore, okay? I hurt myself while running! You know I’m clumsy, you meanie!!”

YANDERE UNDERFELL CHARA AS A FRIEND:

~Dessy is actually a very good friend, as hard as it might be to believe it. Unlike with a lover, Dessy really appreciates friends. Not many people want to be friends with her, so you wanting to befriend her would mean the world to her.

~She would spend a lot of time with you and would use her connections to make your life at least a little bit easier. She would also try her best to make you understand that the rumors about her are only for lovers and not her friends.

~ “Thank you for being my friend. I was tired of just being friends with the dogs...”

~If you both are underground, Dessy will make sure that all the bad things you will do will be hidden, so no one else would know about it.

~ “Hey, don’t worry about it, okay? It’s just a secret between us two! To make our friendship stronger, alright?”

YANDERE UNDERFELL ASRIEL AS A FRIEND:

~The moment you two become friends, Tuscan would introduce you to his older sister, Dessy. There are two reasons why he would do that. One is that he wants Dessy to know that you are off-limits for killing, and second, he wants you to understand how great she actually is so you could help him fight the rumors that are spread about her. He really is obsessed with his older sister, and now he is obsessed with you too.

~You and Dessy are his dearest people, and he will make sure that everyone knows that if they mess with you, he will kill them in the most painful way possible and Dessy will eat their dead carcass/pile of dust.

~ “Don’t worry. No one will make fun of you and get to get out alive, you hear me?”

~If you start to stray from him, chances are that he will get his sister to kidnap you and keep you in their basement. He just knows that with them both you will be safe. Just please ignore your cellmate. That’s Dessy’s meal.

~ “Stop struggling! This is for the best! The sooner you realize this, the better it will be!”

YANDERE UNDERFELL FRISK AS A FRIEND:

~Fawn would probably always complain about monsters to you. Saying how disgusting they are and that they should return from where they came, saying that she hated how they were now alive.

~If you are a monster too, she would tell you that you are lucky you are her friend, or else she would kill you from how disgusting you actually are and look.

~ “Only reason you are still alive, monster, is because you are needed”

~Even with her cruel words, she will probably not kill you, but instead, keep you as her pet in Dessy’s basement, where she lives. Do ignore the other two residents there. One is Dessy’s meal and the other is Tuscan’s friend.

~ “Behave or you’ll be the next meal of my caretaker over there!”

YANDERE UNDERFELL MONSTER KID AS A FRIEND:

~Penny would probably be a little bit unsure about being friends with you. You see, she’s friends with Fawn, and she’s not sure if the girl would actually spare you or not. But outside of that, Penny would be very controlling of your life.

~Penny would want to know everything about your life and what you are doing. She needs to know or else she will drive herself insane. If you won’t follow the rules she gives you, she will need to ask Fawn to hurt you.

~ “You are my friend, but if you don’t follow the rules, I’ll tell Fawn, and she will happily hurt you...”

~Penny will soon start filtering who you can talk with, who you can be friends with and anyone she doesn’t approve of will be killed off by Fawn.

~ “I told you to stop being friends with them. It’s your fault they died. Stop crying”

YANDERE UNDERSWAP CHARA AS A FRIEND:

~Cinnamon was such a sweetheart, wasn’t she? The best friend you could ever have, but why were all your other friends dying? Well, of course, because Cinnamon wasn’t as good as she liked to fake being.

~Like Frisk, Cinnamon was cruel and selfish, but she hid it behind a smile and a cheerful facade. It was always her who would start the genocide runs and not Buttercup.

~ “Well, I’m not going anywhere! Don’t worry!”

~She will threaten people to leave you alone and get Stretch and Lucky to do the dirty work for her too, in case someone is too strong for her alone.

~ “Don’t worry! Things will be better now, I promise!”

YANDERE UNDERSWAP ASRIEL AS A FRIEND:

~Tawny was honestly a funny guy. And he wasn’t bad at all at the beginning. Just a guy with big dreams and a wish for his parents to stop fighting and get back together. The fact that he was of the same monster species as the king and queen also would get things pretty confusing!

~Tawny would start to change when he would notice you straying away from him. He was the best friend you could ever want, why where you left him? No, don’t go, please. He’s alone without you...

~ “I promise I’ll be better! Please don’t go away...”

~Tawny would be desperate and he would probably kidnap you. He never did something like this, so he was afraid. Afraid of ruining your friendship completely.

~ “I-I promise to let you go, but for now, you need to stop screaming!”

YANDERE UNDERSWAP FRISK AS A FRIEND:

~Buttercup was quiet but a good friend. She always made sure to help you and stood up to you when you would be bullied. In general, she was the best friend you could ever have.

~Because of her ghostly form, she would probably make it a habit to follow you around, and making sure that no one is hurting you. She would never kill someone, but she can always scare them away from you.

~ “Oh? They stopped harassing you? That’s great, isn’t it?”

~ She is one of the better people to be friends with because she actually is a true pacifist, so even as a yandere, she would never kill anyone and would make sure to keep you safe and happy.

~ “You’re the greatest, you know that?”

YANDERE UNDERSWAP MONSTER KID AS A FRIEND:

~Cantaloupe is a serious person, but also very gentle when you get to know him. He rarely ever goes out anywhere, so he is very thankful to have you as his friend.

~His favorite thing to do would always spoil you in riches as much as possible. He knew that buying things for others wasn’t going to gain him true friendship but he felt like you actually wanted to be friends with him.

~ “Hey... heard you wanted this... Here you go”

~Cantaloupe would probably scare most of the other people away from you, as he was the heir and no one wanted to mess with someone related to the heir.

~ “I’m sorry... I didn’t mean to make you have no other friends... Want to play with me?”

YANDERE SWAPFELL CHARA AS A FRIEND:

~Pitch is the most cheerful and kind person that you will ever find. He’s absolutely great, and there is no way around it. But the problem is that he doesn’t realize when he is hurting people. Because of that, Pitch doesn’t have any other friends outside of you and Mutt, who doesn’t usually mind being hurt, and tells him when he is doing something bad.

~Pitch would probably invite you to hang out with him and Mutt all the time, having a lot of sleepovers and in general, having a lot of fun together.

~ “Man, I’m so glad you two are my friends! You are the greatest!”

~Sadly... Pitch gets jealous very easily. If he sees you talking with someone else, he is more than likely going to accidentally snap the necks of the person, not being able to believe that someone dared to take your time away from him!

~ “How rude! Anyways, wanna hang with me and Mutt?”

YANDERE SWAPFELL ASRIEL AS A FRIEND:

~Cobalt is a very collected and quiet young man. Because of that, he is usually seen as very boring, so not many people are around him. But he is very strong, so with him, you will always be protected from anyone who might try to get free exp from you.

~Cobalt will probably follow you around, quietly, and without asking for your permission, all the time whenever he is not busy with his work. And when he is busy, he does track you with his magic.

~ “... Don’t go to Waterfalls... It’s dangerous there”

~Cobalt tries to not kill people, but he does hurt them very badly if they try to hurt you too. But he’ll mostly do it so you don’t see it. He doesn’t want you to think badly of him.

~ “... Are you okay?”

YANDERE SWAPFELL FRISK AS A FRIEND:

~Chartreuse was... well, he is very controlling. You are his, no matter if you are just his friend, enemy, or lover. The moment you get to know him, you are naturally his property.

~His position as the next king really has gotten to his head, as he doesn’t care about what you want or how you feel about him controlling so much of your life.

~ “I’m the prince and future ruler of the monster race. Do not defy me, or you will be executed”

~He will get everyone you know executed almost immediately after befriending you and then moving you to the castle, where he knows how you are all the time.

~ “From this day on, you are my property. Do not defy my word or you will die like everyone you knew”

YANDERE SWAPFELL MONSTER KID AS A FRIEND:

~Peacock wasn’t always so bad, but because of her older brother, she has learned that the only way to get what she wanted was by following a sort of rule sets that she had put for herself. She learned that only by acting better than everyone else would she become better than everyone else.

~The reason why Peacock liked you so much was that you dared to defy her word, unlike everyone else. That made her be freer around you and actually start to enjoy her time with someone.

~ “I’m glad I know you”

~Like Chartreuse, she would use her status to get people executed, but only when she would see that they were taking too much of your time, or telling you to stay away from her.

~ “Do not listen to those traitors!... Or you will be executed too...”

YANDERE FELLSWAP CHARA AS A FRIEND:

~Mohagany is a very strong person. Fighting through a lot of trials, she doesn’t let people stomp on her. And because you are her friend, she doesn’t let people stomp on you too.

~Mohagany has the strongest justice sense you could ever think. She will always make sure that people around her protected, especially you. That’s why she is quick to get into fights.

~ “Don’t you EVER harass my friend again, you hear me?!”

~Mohagany is actually in an on and off relationship with Patch, that’s why he will often be around you two. But if you would ever be interested in Patch, she would happily give him up for you.

~ “Hey, if he can make you happy, then take him. I want you to be happy, okay?”

YANDERE FELLSWAP ASRIEL AS A FRIEND:

~Flaxen was always bored with everything. Everything WAS boring, so why wouldn’t be bored? Well, everything was boring except for you. You were the only high light of his day.

~Flaxen is very possessive of you, not wanting someone else to take you away from him, so he would usually make you follow him around, or stay in his house until he would be around you.

~ “Unless you want to get killed, you will follow what I tell you”

~Flaxen will try to make sure that you are comfortable every single time you are with him. You make his days better, so he wants to make sure that your days are good too.

~ “I’ll keep you safe, alright? Just trust me”

YANDERE FELLSWAP FRISK AS A FRIEND:

~Canary’s whole existence is to help people. She loves helping people and she will keep helping everyone, especially you. It’s what makes her feel like she can live again.

~Canary sadly would be a very clingy person. She would always be stuck to you like glue, be it in her visible or spirit form, just watching you no matter what, not being able to get enough of you.

~ “Oh, don’t mind me! I’m just watching you! Always”

~Canary doesn’t hurt anyone but she can easily start begging you to stop talking with other people because you are killing her.

~ “Please, stop! I’m all you need, don’t do this to me!”

YANDERE FELLSWAP MONSTER KID AS A FRIEND:

~Jaded always was afraid of everything. No matter what it was, she couldn’t do anything without feeling like she was afraid of it. That was until you came around and finally made her feel comfortable. She was happy and didn’t want to let you go.

~Jaded would immediately force you into moving into the castle with her, so the two of you could always be together. She offered to take in your family too if you wanted.

~ “Don’t worry, everything was going to be great now!”

~Jaded would never let you leave her sight, otherwise, she would start getting fussy about it. You were here because of her, and she wasn’t going to let you leave anywhere.

~ “Stop trying to sneak away! It’s very rude”

YANDERE STORYSHIFT CHARA AS A FRIEND:

~Toffee would be a flirty friend. She would always be around you, touching you and flirting with you, but don’t worry, she is just joking.

~If you do not contact her in a few days, she gets very panicked and she might try to come and find you, too afraid to find out if something happened to you or not.

~ “Don’t worry me like this! I thought you died or something!”

~Toffee would probably try to get you and Plum together. She wanted to have both of her favorite people in one place, so why not make you two date?

~ “Come onnnn! My bro’s totally your type. He’s everyone’s type!”

YANDERE STORYSHIFT ASRIEL AS A FRIEND:

~From the moment that you become his friend, Plum would be very possessive of you and would make sure that you are always taking good care of yourself. If he catches you not taking care of yourself... Well, you can say goodbye to your freedom. If you can’t take care of yourself, he will take care of you instead.

~Every single day, he will arrive at your house and prepare you breakfast, make sure that you clean yourself, and would make sure that your house is squicky clean. He has a slob for a sister, so he can’t stand messy homes.

~ “You better take care of yourself, or else!”

~He will probably try to get you with his older sister. You are someone very important for him, and Toffee needs to finally settle down and have someone good for her, so why not you?

~ “Toffee is really perfect, I’m sure you both will get along. Please, at least go on one date with her?”

YANDERE STORYSHIFT FRISK AS A FRIEND:

~Pebble is similar to Frisk, but unlike Frisk, she doesn’t use the reset button after she promises that she will never use it again. The only reason she might use it would be if you would end up dying, but again, she would ask Toffee for permission beforehand, as she does have a slight crush on the woman.

~Pebble is a very sweet friend and has a great sense of humor. Every day with her is just filled with lots of fun and laughter.

~ “I’m so happy you are my friend! Let’s never stray away, okay?

~Pebble is very clingy, and she has stalkerish tendencies. The chance of her following you around is huge because she couldn’t really imagine how her life would be without knowing your every move.

~ “I’m so happy you are so understanding of my problem!... You are understanding, right?”

YANDERE STORYSHIFT MONSTER KID AS A FRIEND:

~Moss and you probably knew each other because you both lived in Snowdin for a long time. You could even say that you two were childhood friends, so you knew very well about his... staring tendencies.

~No matter what, he is always watching you. Staring at you and never breaking eye contact even when you catch him watching you.

~ “... Hi...?”

~Moss barely speaks, and because of that, he can come off as someone very creepy. A lot of people avoid him because of that.

~ “... Do you want to take a walk with me...?”

Fun Dessi fact #10

What’s a mundane but unique skill does your OC have?

Dessi can burp louder than anyone in the Dyn Caravan. She can even belch out the alphabet without pause. Her mentors are not to please but among her peers, she is a riot and instigates constant belching contests.

Dessi is also notorious of sneaking up on her friends and burping right behind them. The occasional elbow she catches from starting them is worth it in her mind. Aiden, her best friend, goaded her into belching in an Oxenfurt lecture and were both removed while in hysterics. It was better than listening in to a professor who believed that the world was flat.

@flashfictionfridayofficial Fun fact, for someone who does so much emotional YA contemporary, I’m actually very into fantasy with emotional apprenticeships...

“There’s blood on my name.” He didn’t say no, he won’t teach her. He didn’t say no, he doesn’t want to teach her. He couldn’t lie. He went straight to the reason why he shouldn’t be the one to teach her. “You should know that.”

“She didn’t mean to kill him.”

It cut to his heart to hear words like that coming from a girl not even apprenticed yet. Before he was apprenticed he would hardly have thought the word ‘kill’, certainly not in connection to anyone in the Guild. Certainly not as something someone in the Guild had done. The Guild did not kill.

The story had spread to even the youngest in the Guild. Or it was being told to even the youngest, as a warning.

“You don’t know what she meant to do.”

Dessi had been standing just inside his doorway when she asked him. She took another step into the room. “Do you know what she meant to do?” she said, one hand going to her hip, all the self-confidence of a new apprentice despite the fact that she wasn’t one.

“I think I’d know better than anyone.”

Dessi gave a large shrug, tilting her head to one side. “It still wasn’t you that did it. You weren’t there. You didn’t not stop her, you weren’t there to stop her.”

“I should have stopped her long before it came to that.”

For a long moment Dessi stared at him, eyes narrowed as if she was trying to make out something in the distance. “Do you want it to be your fault?” she said.

That cut even deeper. She was a child, not even apprenticed yet, and she was probably right, he probably did want it to be his fault. He wanted to claim responsibility, because to not claim it was to admit that he couldn’t have stopped her, that he couldn’t do everything to make the world better or at least not worse.

And to admit that was to crack the foundation of why he was in the Guild at all.

He opened his mouth to tell Dessi to leave, but he couldn’t say “Shouldn’t you be…” because that didn’t have an ending: it was the end of the evening, there was nothing she should be doing. And he didn’t want to say something more like “Please leave,” because she didn’t deserve that. And in addition, if he said that without answering her question, it might leave her more certain of what the answer was.

And she already seemed almost certain.

Before he could figure out what to say, she went back to her original question and turned it into a statement. “So you aren’t going to take another apprentice.”

Tired of her seeing through him, he turned the same back on her. “You’re not just here to ask about me. Why don’t you ask me what you’re really here to ask?”

He saw the confidence in her eyes flicker a moment but then catch again. Her shoulders straightened, and her words were vulnerable but her tone was not. “I wanted to know if I should even ask or if you were just going to say no.” After a breath she went on, “And if you were going to say no, if it was because of me or because of you.”

“It’s not because of you,” he said quickly. “It’s nothing about you.”

Dessi looked at the floor and nodded. “It’s about Katira.”

He stopped breathing in the middle of a breath. He wasn’t sure if he’d heard her name since the last time he spoke to her. Since the day after it happened. “It’s…” He wasn’t sure he could manage to say her name. “And it’s about me not wanting the same to happen to another apprentice. More blood on my name, or on hers.”

Dessi missed what he meant by ‘hers’. This time her tone was childish while her words were powerful. “It’s not on yours,” she whined. She backed out of the room. “And all I’m saying is if you asked me, I wouldn’t say no. So think about it.” She turned fiercely and disappeared out of the doorway.

He was thinking about it. Against all reason and his better judgment, he was thinking about it.

While powder blushes can look cakey, especially in humid environment, and cream ones give a natural flush of colour but can melt away in the heat, gel blushes step up and deliver a silky texture that looks healthy on the cheeks and on top of that, promises a fantastic staying power, so that your rosy tint doesn’t fade away throughout the day.

Gel blushes give a dewy and natural-looking finish and they’re so lightweight that it makes the application incredibly easy and even therapeutic. The gel-like texture lets you control the amount of product and the pigmentation better than liquid blushes that leave more of a stain and aren’t as easy to manipulate. The best part is that you don’t need special tools to get the lovely radiant tint on your cheeks, simply use the warmth of your fingers to dab the desired amount of product.

Another reason for gel blushes being in the spotlight is the fact that they look beautiful on various skin types. Whether you’re a bit dry or you have combination skin, gel blush will give you that lit-from-within look that makes you appear more awake. The hydrating formula of this type of blush is also suitable for mature skin, as it almost melts onto the skin to give a natural, youthful glow and it doesn’t make the pores appear larger.

What is the best method for applying gel style blush formulas?

Once you’ve applied your foundation, tinted moisturiser or just going bare skinned adding a dab of a gel blush onto the apples of your cheeks will give you a lovely healthy glow. The depth of the gel is totally up to you and the formula allows a great build up!

What is the biggest issue/mistake people face?

I feel people often set a gel style blush with a translucent powder and although not incorrect, a gel formula should look fresh, flushed like, and by setting it you basically give it a powder effect. Leave it alone and give it time to settle into the skin. Most formulas are great and the longevity of the stains means it won’t budge. What is the best application method for cheek tints, balls, stains, and gels?

If you’re not using your fingers I’d suggest a synthetic brush. Synthetic fibres tend not to absorb a lot of the product. Don’t go for a large blush brush, instead try a smaller brush and work the product into the skin by buffing it in. What types of foundation formula works best when using these types of products?

A foundation that has a dewy/luminous finish works well with gel cheek formulas. If you pop a gel or tint onto a very matte base you may find the product just sticks and it’s quite difficult to blend.
