Under the 'keep reading' is just some usual writing. I just wanted to shorten the post here to keep my blog neat, hehe.

Yes, I know Lance isn't present in the artwork, but I don't and can't see the way I perceive Lance would make Isaac nor Aelfdene get mad at him or find him annoying to such a great extent. So, I went with my character, Kansuke, who is capable of making the two men turn into a loud raging thunderstorm, haha! I hope it is acceptable! I also changed the wording! ( •̀ ω •́ )y I'm surprised that you still remember Kansuke! I don't talk about him or mention him much, but I appreciate that you remembered him from one of Aelfdene's interaction posts a while ago!! 🥹💝 AAAAAA, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! It's midnight, and my inspiration go brrrrr right now (heh 😅). OC Farmer Aelfdene belongs to @nimillaarts !

He walked further and further into the dense forest, far from Pelican Town, even far from Ridgeside Village. As if deprived of his own will, the young farmer followed the beautiful voice, the angelic singing that filled the Ridge Forest.

Without a sword, without elixirs, there was nothing on Julian to help him when he faced the dangerous monsters that still inhabited this untouched land. His blurred gaze, his eyes like two beautiful gems - one more beautiful than the purest emerald, the other like an azure ocean - both clouded, mesmerised. The singing grew louder and louder, and a thin voice could be heard, a sweet giggle that in a moment turned into a wicked laugh that boded no good. Julian paid no attention to it; he couldn't. As if he were a helpless puppet, he kept walking, deep into the forest, into the nets of the forest fairy that appears once a century to lure her chosen prey. What does the unkind creature do to these unfortunates? Kills them? Enslave them? No one knows, for they all disappear forever, as if they never existed.

The figure of Alelfdene materialised instantly before the young man who was walking helplessly into the forest. A tall, thin elf, eyes the same colour as Julian's, as beautiful as gems, looked worriedly at the man who could not see an elf in front of him at all. Without wasting a second, Aelfdene placed two fingers of his right hand on his friend's forehead, reciting an incantation in his native tongue. A moment - Julian stopped as if struck by an electric shock, and a second later he fell senseless, for Aelfdene had time to pick him up. Carefully laying him down on the grass, he watched the sleeping farmer's even breathing. The angelic voice that filled the woods immediately broke into a cursing, annoyance at the disruption of the hunt by the uninvited guest.

No matter how much the fairy swore in her tongue that she would have her revenge, Aelfdene remained impassive, knowing perfectly well that the creature would not keep her promise of revenge, that everything was just an empty threat. Finally, the creature disappeared with nothing, away from the forest, where was neither welcome by the other spirits themselves nor by anyone else.

Julian slept like a baby, sniffing quietly, not feeling threatened, not feeling the faint smoke forming above him. An ancient magic that was older than even the elves themselves. The flow of energy, the Moon and the Sun, the Deer and the Wolf, two strong spirits that guarded his peace. Spirits that Aelfdene can see.

"Strong magic, why it didn't warn its carrier that danger lay ahead?", Aelfdene could only guess. Maybe they knew he would come to Julian's aid, or maybe something else, something only they could see than any other mortal. The two Beasts looked at the elf closely, and in a second they vanished into thin air. Aelfdene had already realised that no one would answer his questions. What was left for him to do was to think of a way to get his friend to home, to the safe place, far away from monsters.

Hiya, Bunny! I hope you're doing well! ❤️❤️ And I hope I'm not late with the hated gifts for farmers doodle.

I'll just choose my favourite farmer, Ziana 💛

To be honest, I never gave that much thought to hated gifts (I have more for loved gifts, haha), at least until I recalled one thing with Ziana on this matter and that she hates beer (or any alcoholic drinks since she doesn't drink) But what makes her hate beer more is that because Shane gave her one when they barely know each other. Shane wasn't nice to her after all and then he gave her her most hated gift so this gave her a misunderstood hint that he dislikes her a lot. She maintains her polite face, accepting it but doesn't drink it, so when Shane drinks his beer, she goes:

Or just never drink them at all and throw away the cup (properly) after Shane leaves. In Elliott's case, she was able to forgive him since Gus was there and knew what Ziana liked and not, so he was able to switch the drink up with an orange or strawberry juice instead of wine for her. And in Olivia's, by that time, Ziana mastered a magic trick, so she turned the wine into juice secretly 🤫

I hope that makes sense or is considered a worthy reply because Ziana doesn't have many hate gifts, for now 🤔

(Spoilers: At a later time, Shane apologised to her about that event after finding out she dislikes alcoholic drinks and she accepted his apology. So, all's well, ends well!)

Uhh, it feels so cringe to share this... :') I have nothing to say, but I woke up yesterday and got an idea about something sad. I saw Isaac in it, and well, I made this fanon lore for our scarred-faced man. Hooray...

I've been thinking about Sol and Aelf. How do you think he would react if he saw someone constantly flirting with her?

Let's say Kansuke (idk if it's ooc for him to flirt with her knowing she's Aelf' girlfriend) you said he was pretty bold, so even if Sol doesn't care about him, his comments can make her flustered

If we're talking about Kansuke flirting despite knowing Sol is Aelfdene's girlfriend, then it's definitely on purpose to annoy/test him. Kansuke is not the type to flirt with women who are already taken and Aelf is well aware of this, but even though he knew, he can't help but feel the need to just glared at Kansuke. Either from being protective or jealous... or just don't like to see Sol being uncomfortable by Kansuke's flirts. Sol will have to say something and Kansuke will leave her be, haha.

Though... It's different if it's another person... For example, let's say a guy is constantly flirting with Sol, and she does not like it and tells the guy to politely back off. But some people are bolder than Kansuke, so it doesn't stop the person from flirting with her despite already being told that she is already taken, and so, it shows discomfort in Sol. Once Aelf notices this, he won't just glare.

He will become threatening either by his words or his looks. Or perhaps both.

By the way, this is a POV of the person! Yes, he can telepath with a person once they lock eyes. On the outside, he looks normal, but on the inside, he is enraged in here.

I like coming up with silly scenarios between my favourite canon character and my original character. For example, Isaac (SVE) and Aelfdene (my OC), my two grumpy men! 😻 I've always wondered about their interactions with one another. To me, they have similar personalities, but Isaac might more on the boasting one while Aelf is more on being more keeping things to himself.

Together, they are adventurers who can relate, haha. I also realised that if Isaac did become friends with Aelf, that would mean he has two archer friends, hehe... 🏹

I had a scene, a silly scene that Isaac (SVE) might not like Rousseau (OC) at ALL. If you're an Isaac x Alesia shipper, I don't think or know if this post is for you! 😅 As it's a little bit towards jealousy... Heed my words if you did read this.

"I... don't think Isaac likes me much..."

-Rousseau, after shaking hands with Isaac.

I like the idea that Isaac might have a crush on Alesia (SVE) and keeps it to himself, giving her some hints but Alesia does not feel the same as him and mostly ends up pushing his feelings away or dismissing it as kindness. Of course, Isaac has to play cool and not confess his feelings for her instead. He has his pride after all. He started to feel some sort of anger when he came to visit Castle Village. When Rousseau comes to visit the village (note that this is years after this story), due to guild matters, Alesia and Isaac stumble upon Rousseau and Aelfdene (both are my OCs).

Long story short, Isaac would notice how gentle Alesia's gaze was to Rousseau whenever she spoke to him or talked about him, and that made him boil from anger for some unknown reason... Ever since then, he has disliked Rousseau for that reason, but Rousseau is unaware of why Isaac dislikes him.

OC Fun Fact: Aelfdene has scratched scars (similar to SVE Isaac) on the right side's of his face (present in the picture). His scars turned black when they recovers, so that's the reason why he covered that side completely unless he went on a fight/in duty.

His body is also covered in scars from his past clumsiness and stubbornness, hence the reason he is mostly covered.

Random Fact: He has a similar body to Lance's, but probably slightly bigger 😶 KSJSSJSJSBSNSNSK-

"Does Aelfdene have a failed friendship or relationship he still thinks about?"

Aelfdene had some failed friendships back in his youth as he grew. And yes, while he has already moved on from that, there are still times when he thinks about his old friendships and a relationship that he could have gotten into if he realised it sooner...

But that thought eventually disappeared when he met his true life partner, though.

"What happened?"

Before he became who he is now, he was incredibly kind and naive. He was so good-natured that people often took advantage of him, even his own friends. When he finally realised that he was being used, he felt like he didn't belong anywhere.

"Is it an unresolved regret, or is there a chance for reconciliation?"

He regretted not being able to become mature sooner, but there might be a chance if his old friends have changed like him that he would like to have a reconciliation. However, that is something he doesn't see anymore now that he has moved on and that they are nowhere to be seen yet.

As for his possible past lover, it can be a possibility if she is still alive and that they meet again.

If fate decides to...

"What does Aelfdene believe in? God(s)? Monsters? Love?"

Like anyone else (in the universe), he believes in God; Yoba! Being able to survive so many tragedies and almost death situations, proven by the scars and corruption he had on and in him, he believes Yoba has been protecting him. It was unexplainable, but he believed in Yoba.

He kills monsters, so it's unlikely that he believes in it, while for love, he never experienced it deep enough to believe in it... yet.

"Does he believe in the power of unbreakable bonds of friendship to overcome any obstacle? The ability of money to open any door?"

After his experience, there are two things that he despises the most: the 'power of unbreakable friendship' and the 'power of money.' He has learned to lose hope in people and never depend on them again due to the former, while the latter seems to be able to solve many human matters, but never brings much happiness to one's life. As a result, he does not believe in either.

"Or is he indifferent?"

Nope, he believes in Yoba, but not as much as Rousseau (another OC of mine that is paired with Alesia in the future, hehe) does.

(So, yeah, he believes in Yoba, but doesn't show much in public, unlike Alesia, who always wishes the Farmer well with "May Yoba guide you" dialogue.)

"What places hold significant meaning or memories for Aelfdene?"

The first one would be his hometown, Mossgrove Village, Castle Village, and the ocean; the Gem Sea.

"Does Aelfdene have a positive or negative association with those places?"

Aelfdene has a special attachment to his hometown, Mossgrove Village. He spent most of his life there and has many fond memories of living and exploring the area. His family and true friends still reside there, and the moderate temperature suits him well. Regardless of how far he travels, he always returns to his beloved hometown.

Castle Village was the place where he spent his teenage and early adult years. His father sent him there to improve his skills in magic, combat, and weapons knowledge. However, it was also a place where he learned some harsh realities of life, including betrayal and deceit.

The Gem Sea, or the ocean in general, has an inexplicable positive impact on him. When he visits the beach and gazes out at the horizon, he feels a sense of peace that he can't achieve through meditation or other means. Even when his intrusive thoughts bother him, he can find solace at the beach.

And also the blue and green eyes, just a little different", She looked closely at her friend's unusual eyes and waited for him to finish drinking his tea as well. Now, in late autumn, a hot beverage was a welcome addition, as the evening in Ridgeside Village was much colder than in Stardew Valley. Good thing Pika's was still open.

"Pretty unusual, right?" Julian also set aside his almost empty cup where the lavender tea had been splashing a moment ago. Ziana couldn't help but notice that his smile was sad.

"As a child, I endured so much teasing and ridicule because of my eyes, although I did not understand why people hate other people because they have something that they cannot change. After all, we do not choose how we are born". He looked at the empty stage nearby. "Although, with growing up, I realized that sometimes a person does not need a good reason to offend or hate someone".

Ziana sighed softly. She met with a similar case, and the last one was literally a week ago, on Spirit's Eve. Even Isaac wouldn't allow himself what one of the young new adventurers said to her and Julian. "A pathetic parody of adventurers" was probably the most censored expletive that came out of the mouth of that ill-mannered monster hunter from Castle Village.

"Doesn't matter, I think that your eyes are beautiful, and not at all strange!", Ziana slammed her fist on the wooden outdoor table and confidently looked into Julian's face again. The young man was a little surprised, but still smiled warmly at his friend.

"Thank you very much, Ziana. You are a true friend". Julian considered himself lucky that it was in Stardew Valley and Ridgeside Village that he found true happiness and friends.

Ziana blushed slightly, "You're welcome".

Suddenly, her embarrassment was quickly replaced by thoughtfulness.

"I do, however, have one more question..."

"Go ahead"

Ziana narrowed her amber eyes and looked directly into Julian's face again, causing him to squirm slightly in embarrassment.

"I had a theory that heterochromia was most common in elves. That it had something to do with magic." She moved even closer to Julian. "You didn't happen to have elves in your family?"

"Uuuuuuh...", Julian paused. "it's unlikely"

"Hmmmmmm....", Ziana returned to her seat, but still narrowed her eyes suspiciously.

Now that's an interesting question, Julian thought. He's not sure that he will find elven blood in his ancestry, but it was still interesting to learn about his ancestors.
