oversharing time?

so when I went out to dinner with my parents like last week and defense-infodumped about bands, my mom remembered how I was obsessed with Panic! way back when (FYCSO and Pretty. Odd.), and I had to stop myself from going "because Ryan Ross was my first 'lesbian' crush" I knew I had a crush on. At the time I didn't really research bands and just listened to the music/watched the music videos, and thought he was the most beautiful girl I ever saw, for like two weeks, until I actually read a like, J-14 interview with them and realized he was a guy lol

tbf he wasn't actually my first crush 'on a girl' but when I thought he was a girl that was the first time I realized I had a crush on 'a girl', and felt so...sad and guilty and awkward over it bc I "wasn't supposed to like girls that way". When I found out he was a guy, I was actually kind of disappointed for a sec; so uh thanks Ryan Ross for helping pre-teen me realize I was bisexual.

my first real girl crushes, looking back, were, of course, Scully from X-Files, Chloe Sullivan & Lois Lane from Smallville, and Veronica Mars lol but the first real girl crush after realizing I liked girls was Sophia Bush (and Brittany Snow but...mainly Sophia) in John Tucker Must Die...

thanks! the show was amazing. no nothing rhymes with circus tour (but really, can anything top that? no), but it was wonderful. the kid from stranger things who was in the la devotee video, will, came out for la devotee and sang with brendon. it was wild. there was a fycso medley. i cried. pete wentz’s face showed up on a screen. i cried (but doesn’t everyone cry whenever pete wentz’s face appears out of nowhere?). and after that, i got cajun fries from five guys. 10/10 night. 10/10 show. 10/10 company.

dear the most important people in my life,

i've been thinking about it a lot lately and it's making me really sad. i've made so many good friends on here. and i've known them all for YEARS now. (seriously some 3 or 4 years and a couple even 5!) and i know i'll probably never meet most of them and it just makes me so fucking sad. (p.s. sorry for typos. i wrote this all at once. so i'm pretty sure there's gonna be like 500 typos)

like amanda. (pandyland) i think me and her would honestly become even better friends than we are now if we met. even though we just became a little closer this past year, i've known her for so long. and i'm so so glad we're friends. and i think it's really important that we meet so we can listen to arctic monkeys and blink together and watch the walking dead and then she can show me a bunch of other cool shows she watches. i just wish she didn't live in california and i lived in florida. it sucks. but hopefully one day itll happen. i hope we end up meeting because of an arctic monkeys concert or something. so we could watch them and cry together. and then we can watch the walking dead cry about that too. we'll probably end of crying about literally everything we do because we're weird and that's why i love her to death. <333333
