So you have been named in participating with ironpines in sexually harassing someone and I want to know if it's true. If it's not then what really happened and do you have any receipts? I would like to know your side of the story and if alta confessions is lying. There is user asks that say you participated and have proof on atla confessions blog.

Is that blog still around? Sorry, I've literally had them blocked for months now because they are a cesspool of toxicity contributing to, well, things like this, I suppose. Posting unsubstantiated and completely false allegations and taking them completely at face value because that's easier than, like, asking for evidence to support these accusations, and the only thing they care about is kicking up shit in the fandom.

Ok, so, here the fuck we go. (And if it isn't obvious, I don't want anyone who interacts with @atla-fandom-confessions positively/approves of their behavior anywhere near me at this point. Please block me, they are a disgusting and toxic presence in this fandom and I don't trust anyone who thinks that their behavior is reasonable or appropriate.)

First of all, this blog is run by someone who happily espouses radfem rhetoric such as, at one point, calling a twenty-two-year-old woman a child and saying she 'doesn't know any better' because she happens to enjoy darkfic such as incest. They believe that enjoying things such as rape and incest in fiction is indicative of, apparently, being sick or twisted or traumatized. (They were, in that post, going after @/dragomer for -checks notes- interacting with an adult when talking about sexually explicit headcanons and fiction? Oooooh, so predatory, I'm so scared lol) Infantilizing grown women is disgusting no matter how you slice it, and the antikink rhetoric I saw on their blog was why I blocked them in the first place.

They are also transphobic, as recent posts have shown them publishing asks and misgendering one of the blogrunners of @ironpines (aisling, whose pronouns are they/them and listed in the pinned post on the blog), such as right here as well as consistently posting asks misgendering them like here (they seem to be using the right pronouns in a more recent post but there's no excuse for misgendering someone and NOT going back to edit it if it was unintentional--and there's even less excuse for not correcting anons who are being transphobic in your inbox, fucking sorry), and they also posted an ask fakeclaiming aisling's trauma (which has been doubled down in in other asks and frankly posting every single link would be fucking exhausting at this point, they are gross as hell) which is absolutely horrific and i'm sorry but nothing makes posting shit like that uncontested ok.

Now, apparently, they are publishing asks claiming absolutely appalling shit about people they do not know and have not interacted with (I know because I've had them blocked for months), with zero evidence given, and people are just... believing them. Because that's a totally reasonable course of action. (Not you, anon, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt in you coming to me and asking for a response, but so many anons on that blog now have submitted pure libel about me and it's disgusting that people are eating this shit up without any evidence at all.) The alleged sexual harassment being referred to is a post on aisling's blog, which the 'victim' in question (@spicyswordlady, who also runs@zuko-is-straight, and no I'm not bothering to protect her identity, I have a feeling that she is encouraging this bullshit from behind the scenes since she got kicked from the server this all started in, but put a pin in that for now) claimed to have blocked some time ago.

Sorry, but talking about someone on your personal blog is not sexual harassment. I don't give a shit if I say someone can deepthroat my nonexistent dick--if I'm not saying it to them, I'm not interacting with them in any way. It's not fucking harassment. And the post in question was a horrible and invasive (also highkey transphobic, dont fucking question why or how someone discovered they weren't cis, hello) anon ask, and it also referenced something that could ONLY have come from someone reading the conversation in that discord channel. Given that Izze had just been removed from the server, Aisling's assumption was that the anon was from her (and turnabout is fair fucking play, since Izze had accused us in that channel of sending her the nasty anon she'd gotten around that time). But the real point here is the fact that Izze would never have seen the post in question if she hadn't been stalking Aisling's blog to begin with. And, frankly, there's no evidence she even saw it, since she's been conveniently silent the last few days and the only asks Aisling received about the situation were likewise anonymous.

I also want to point out something interesting about that last anon. They claimed Aisling was 'publically harassing' someone, except... they weren't interacting with Izze at all. And if they were, it's because Izze sent that first anon to begin with, and she can just fucking deal with the fact that people don't generally react well to transphobic anons in their inboxes! This whole time, by the way, Izze had the ironpines blog blocked. So if she saw anything Aisling posted, it's because she was deliberately searching out and looking at the posts on their blog.

Either that, or it's because someone showed the posts to her, and like, it's still on her for ignoring her own stated boundary rather than, like... just fucking ignoring the blog she already had blocked lol

Sure, I'll hatestalk people when I think they're talking about me, and I might even get pissed seeing their vague posts or whatever. But it's still not harassment, and frankly, the fact is that no one who didn't already know Izze and how to find her blogs would've known who the fuck Aisling was talking about. It's not like they dropped a link to her blog, and it certainly isn't like the @'d her or made any attempt at contact. They didn't even drop the posts in any fandom tags, or anywhere that someone could reasonably have come across them without deliberately looking at Aisling's blog, just waiting for them to respond to the anon they were sent.

Just a little suspicious, if you ask me, but whatever.

Now, the original incident that kicked off this whole mess? A discord conversation that, evidently, Izze has been lying her ass off about.

I'm not going to post screenshots from the channel in question, and frankly, I shouldn't have to. I've had my privacy violated once already specifically because of Izze and her radfem rhetoric (and she is now a proud radfem, so go fucking figure), and I'm not going to contribute to that feeling for anyone else. I'm sure that whoever was lurking in the channel already has their 'evidence', and I'll tell you what those screenshots will show:

Izze being explicitly anti kink, making horrifically insulting claims (such as claiming that women--and she always focused on women, because apparently as far as she was concerned women are always subs and men are always [abusive] doms, and that doesn't have any concerning gender politics tied up in it lmao--who enjoy aspects of BDSM and kink of which she doesn't approve are self-harming, rather than just... explicitly enjoying sex in unconventional ways), and the rest of us telling her to knock it the fuck off. (Considerably more politely than she warranted, tbh, since this isn't the first time a conversation about bdsm&kink devolved this way, specifically because she refused to listen to adult women explaining that liking something in a sexual fantasy is not the same as condoning it in real life and masochism and self-harm are not the same thing either good fucking grief.)

Furthermore, she fucking started it. This entire incident started a few days ago with Aisling posting this ask in the fandom salt channel in the server in question. Izze immediately chimed in with 'ew, isn't that the person who spammed a bunch of stuff about rape in the zutara tag a while back'. It should be noted that we have separate channels for nsfw topics, including discourse, and Izze was the one bringing up rape in a regular channel that all members--including minors--could have access to.

That started the conversation. Because rather than listening to a survivor explain why maybe they had a different perspective on bdsm and kink and no they were not sick or self-harming because they like CNC in the bedroom, she doubled down on her 'the only reason a woman might enjoy pain or consentplay in the bedroom is because she was conditioned By The Patriarchy to think that abuse is normal' rhetoric. By the way, if you doubt her views on this topic, here's a link to her reblog of that post I mentioned above (where the OP called a twenty-two-year-old woman a 'child who doesn't know any better' for enjoying certain dark topics in fiction), and here's a link to her talking about rape/noncon in fiction as if the only reason to like it is 'violent misogyny'. Which, like.... if the sentence 'I don’t see why it should be impossible to liberate women from the violent misogyny plaguing our sexuality.' when specifically talking about women exercising sexual agency in their fantasies and fiction isn't a radfem dogwhistle, I don't know what the fuck is.

Now, if Izze was triggered in the course of that conversation, that sucks. But it isn't sexual harassment to tell someone to quite being a misogynistic asshole to real people talking about their lived experiences, their fantasies and their kinks! And, frankly, Izze had every opportunity to simply... disengage from the conversation, even though she started it. And trying to drag sneezy and ari into this mess is wild, because Sneezy came in after the conversation happened and talked about the topic of CNC and rape fiction more generally, I don't think she so much as spoke to Izze directly, and the extent of Ari's involvement was trying to diffuse what had become a very heated conversation because of Izze's misogynistic radfem rhetoric.

No one harassed Izze, sexually or otherwise. No one fakeclaimed her trauma--unlike people that the atla confessions blog is encouraging wrt Aisling--no one threatened to send Izze explicit material (Aisling talked about having some ideas for fics once we'd decided to ignore Izze, and there was never any suggestion or hint of sending this material to her), and no one made it personal until she started making bullshit statements about women who like bdsm and kink, while speaking over someone involved in kink who was telling her she was wrong. (Oh, by the way, Izze was speaking from a place of complete ignorance, as she admitted herself that she'd never been involved in kink scenes or bdsm communities.)

I suspect, incidentally, that's why none of these alleged 'receipts' have surfaced. Because only other radfems would look at the conversation and think that Izze was in the right, nevermind being harassed in any fashion. Especially since, again, this is a conversation she fucking started and chose to partake in. And it is downright dangerously irresponsible of atla-fandom-confessions to continue posting these anonymous accusations and allegations with absolutely zero fucking evidence, and treating them all as true.

TL;DR: Yes, @atla-fandom-confessions is lying. They do it quite frequently. So are the anons sending in these bullshit confessions. What happened was a discussion of kink and bdsm which devolved into personal attacks because Izze chose to make horrible claims about women who choose to engage in sexual practices she doesn't personally approve of--and a lot of those personal attacks were from her. She's no fucking victim, and it's frankly disgusting that she's sitting back and letting other people act as her attack dogs (I do not believe for one second that she isn't aware of, and encouraging, what is going on right now).
