-when y'all are at the supermarket, instead of holding on to the kids, he would be holding on to your arm like the kid

-while the kids trail right behind him looking around amazed in the fruits section

-when you are sleepy on the bus he will put your head on his shoulder

Soft Sculpture: Boots Reimagined

I created this cross-body bag from a Dora the Explorer pillow pet. My goal was to create something functional with purpose and meaning. I chose to create. bag to place a focus on Boots, Dora’s backpack buddy, rather than keep the Dora character as the focal point. Boots is originally a backpack, so I used that functional quality to create something more fashionable from its original intent. My blown-up piece is the base of the bag (bright pink cloth) which originally came from a corner foot piece, which is shown as the white semi-circles on the sides of the bag.

Random things my siblings and I have said/done

- just now I went into my brother’s room, handed him some of his laundry, made a screeching sound, then walked out

- one time we started making pterodactyl screeches at each other which quickly evolved into us pounding on our chests and making gorrila noises

- we constantly chase each other around the house yelling “I SMELL PENNIES” at the top of our lungs

- my brother walked into my room, punched me and then walked out

- I yelled at him to close the door

- one time we all started singing Never Going to Give You Up until our mom yelled at us to stop

- whenever my siblings tell me they love me and I say “I love Roman Sanders.”

- one of us will start singing the Dora the Explorer theme song and we all angrily join in

- one of them put a lamp shade on their head and said, “Am I bright yet?” All of us then threw a pillow at them

- we had a pillow fight and we accidentally knocked my brother’s tooth out

- “JUST LOOK AT THE TIKTOK I SWEAR IT’S FUNNY THIS TIME”

- “JUST WATCH MY HERO ACADAMIA I SWEAR YOU’LL LIKE IT”

- “I swear if this is a jumpscare-”

- “Can you stop talking about the FNAF timeline for ONE MINUTE”
