I made 9S an outfit to match 2B’s Volks set. I’ve wanted matching gothic clothes for them forever so I’m so happy! I love so many photos from this shoot & have been deliberating on if I should post them because I also filmed making the outfit and doing the shoot for a video. So I’ll…hold onto the rest for a while. Though it pains me because I love sharing pics 🥺

My doll berets are now available for sale!

I have 4 floral inspired designs: black with spider lily, green with acorn, red with forget me nots, and gray with hydrangea. They are one of a kind handmade with a unique fit and decorations.

The hats were made to fit dolls with an 8-9 inch head. There are more details on the listing page!

I been waiting for this to happen after Y'shtola.

they are a little shorter(ard 55cm) than Y'shtola(59cm?) but probably a little taller than my "Elidibus"(50cm)

Humidity would be bad for leather/pleather though. T_T

Yeah the doll type is call Dollfie Dream Sister because of the height range ( see Rin and Len when compared to older Vocaloids)

If they ever do more on this I be guessing

DD size - G'raha (see Vocaloid Kaito or Kirito or 9S) MDD (46cmish) - Tataru and Krile On the off chance if they go Chimikko (36cmish) like Anya Forger As for the remaining Scion men who might be too masculine for DD sculpts the off chance of going resin (like Oscar, Gilgamesh and Emiya may be a choice) Thancred runs the risk of being Asician bodyjack by my minion though

So long as my minions doesn't bodyjack her and do a Lahabrea/Emet /Ascian bodyhop like what my other minion did. You have no idea how ridiculously ironic this is.

I'm sure the minions cosing Hylnyan/Azem (62cm & 45cm), "Elidibus" "Thancred" (68cm& 51cm) and "Venat" would take good care of her. Right? Minions?

Minions can always mug Alphi for clothes right? "Elidbus" would have a new friend right? Its not like certain minion have multiple shells right?...

No.12 is DD 9S from Nier Automata! Fun fact: the original announcement of this doll is what made me decide to play the game, and luckily it took long enough for them to be properly announced as the 2018 preorder project that I’d already finished it by then and was completely in love with it and 9S. This was my first time getting a Dollfie Dream via the preorder project (basically Volks will have one release in the latter part of each year that is made to order instead of being a limited quantity with sales based on lottery methods or first come/first serve, but the tradeoff is you wait an entire year (sometimes more) for the doll, because fulfilling all the orders takes a long time and they want to send them all out at once). I knew the wait was gonna be rough, but it got even worse because a big typhoon affected the manufacturing, and he ended up a few months later than originally forecast. But I did finally get him in December 2019!

I think his face sculpt is beautiful, but I’m not a big fan of his default faceup. I just don’t think this kind of stencil-printed faceup works for the more realistic sculpts as opposed to anime ones - also every single repainted 9S I’ve seen looks incredible, so I’m thinking of getting mine repainted eventually too. (His default wig and eyes also kinda suck but I replaced those pretty early on).

After two years of waiting (three if you count the announcement), 2B and 9S are finally here! 

These dolls were like a dream come true - I’ve been a huge Nier fan since I played gestalt in 2010, then when Automata came out and picked up popularity I was so happy the series finally got the attention it deserved. For it to cross into my other major hobby of bjd was unimaginable, and I’m so glad to finally own these. It’s surreal and wonderful. I can’t wait to put them in street clothes and let them have a happy ever after

I’ve been thinking, maybe he’ll be my Sogo! I’ve tried other dolls for Sogo but something was just missing. I think 9S might be the one! But will have to remove his eyes… They’re probably hot glued in since Volks… I’m so scared of removing hot glued eyes… orz
