There is something I know I won't get but want desperately in the new doctor who season:

14th doctor going back to see Donna, drop off her daughter or pick her up and you just see 13 in the background doing and failing at a domestic everyday task and needing to get out some futuristic dohicky. Never has a talking line and is never even acknologed by the character at the front who are talking.

Example, Donna, daughter, doctor talking in the garden by the tardia. Background, Tennant bringing out a cake from the oven, looks burnt but massive smile. Randomly sets ablaze and he runs round like a headless chicken and tries to sonic it. We don't see the end, we don't hear his voice (maybe as panicking background noise). They don't even look over at him cause it's the norm.

This is what I want 🥺not cause I don't like the new doctor (I do though believe they are not portraying his moral struggle and beliefs very well - him killing a whole species without negotiation or pause) I just think it would be hilarious.

If I could only ever watch one show again, and not another single bit of TV, without hesitation I would choose 13 era Doctor Who, it’s not even a contest. I love that all 3 series are so different, I love the last 3 specials, I love the Doctor, Yaz, the Master, Graham, Ryan and Dan, there’s not a bad one in the bunch. I also loved the historical figures, the fugitive Doctor and Ashad. The Sontarans were gross and hilarious and the Daleks… well were Daleks, and I loved the idea of one rebuilding itself, and a bunch of 3D printed ones, gold. There’s so much too this era even though it’s only 31 episodes it’s my favourite 31 episodes of TV ever.

Tonight I said goodbye to one of my heroes. And it hurt. The Doctor may only be a fictional character and next week there The Doctor will be, saving the universe once more. But it won't be 13.

The Doctor will always be my hero, no matter the regeneration, and nothing can change that. But I know every girl who sees The Doctor as their hero will understand what it means to lose her.

The way that Jack, Rose, and Nine feel far more like a poly trio in late Season 1 rather than any sort of love triangle is INSANE. The vibes are FERAL and IMMACULATE. The kisses in Parting of the Ways. The sharing-story banter in Boom Town. The flirting. "Buy me a drink." "Continue on with whatever you were doing." The dancing. Jack dancing with Rose. Rose dancing with Nine. Nine offering Jack a dance. Everything Ninerose related. "Before you, I was a coward." The fact that Jack only makes sure that Rose is safe before dying for them, Rose brings him back to life, Nine's every interaction with either of them in the finale...honestly the way that Ten interacts with Jack in Utopia (ESPECIALLY the scene in the radiation room/Jack's reaction to hearing Rose is alive) makes even more sense if you realize that he and Jack are exes and that they once loved each other and Rose equally and then the Tenth Doctor WRECKED that by leaving Jack behind

Something about the way the doctors always argue when they meet themselves but all of them are always dunking on ten so specifically.
