Absolutely emotional at this bit in Death Sets Sail:

Hazel asking people if they heard it, if they heard Daisy say her name and everyone looking at her pitifully, like they know she's grieving but she's practically begging for someone to remember it with her, because if no-one remembers Daisy's last word how can they remember Daisy at all. Her father saying "fear and grief will do funny things to people's senses" and of course she knows that and her detective side says that if no-one else remembers something the one person who does is most likely mistaken but she SWEARS that Daisy said her name, she must have she must have she must have, what else would have Daisy's last words be other than her name? Daisy's name would have been Hazel's last word. It's hard to hear her own name after Daisy falls because it's always been DaisyandHazel, and now when people call her Hazel they're forgetting the fact that that Hazel isn't her name, that actually 'Hazel' is lying at the bottom of the Nile, Daisy took it when she went in, and Hazel isn't truly Hazel without a Daisy around to say it. Their names to each other were like a language in themself, moments of realisation and joy and sadness and delight and anger, and Hazel lies in bed at Fallingford wondering if when Daisy said 'Hazel' it really meant help.

Dan-Sing test

So I got this program, called Dan Sing/DSS for my VRM models. It allows me to upload them from vroid hub into the program and make MV's and animations with it. I'm not sure what I'm doing YET, I'm learning, but I figured out how to make it move and do a small sequence using some preloads they have to make making the first steps easier. I'm excited to learn more.

Alright. Back on my bullshit.

I am looking for roleplay partners! Someone that can make time to write relatively frequently (my late spouse and I wrote... Almost all day every day). I have very few other writing friends, and I'm always on the hunt for more! I'm ready to make more friends and write more regularly. Let me tell you a bit about myself.

I am 30 and Canadian. I won't write with anyone younger than 21. Minors DNI.

I have a masters degree in literature (Arthurian Romance).

I have been writing fanfic for almost 2 decades, probably since I was like? Eleven?

3-5 paragraphs preferred, but if we really click and want to do quick back-and-forths, I'm super down for that as well. Quality over quantity.

I also draw fanart and OCs (character design) and do watercolour painting. I will do fanart of our characters. 100%. It is almost a guarantee.

I DO write smut, trauma, dark themes, as well as goofies/funnies. I think both make a good balance. Sometimes a scene just be funny. Sometimes, you just wanna write p*rn, but I love plot-heavy stuff too.

I am kink-friendly and proship. Antis DNI.

I write mainly mlm, but am happy with any/all types of romance. I do prefer queer joy, so I support and write all the queer/trans folks (am queer and trans myself).

On Tumblr, I've been known as @screwtherules (inactive), @dibbeast and @izuku-broccoli-boi (two RP blogs that I'm... Vaguely sometimes active on). I've also been a member of a number of different roleplay discord servers, such as TMNT and BNHA, tons of D&D, and Invader Zim servers.

I can write on Tumblr, and have many times, but I don't prefer it. I generally use discord or google docs, but happy to work out a place that works for both parties. I can send other writing samples if necessary! Looking forward to meeting you!
