Nicholas learned everything he needed to know from his mother, and he excelled in his magic. He enjoyed his life with his mom, however, he had the urge to travel, and so he left for a couple decades, traveling all over the world and going to all sorts of countries.
Upon his return home he was greeted by his mother and a babe who later found out was his father’s second child. It had been the first time he’d heard of one of his father’s second wives birthing a child. He helped his mother to raise the child, not caring if the child was born from another woman or not. He cared for the younger boy, and he helped him to discover his hybrid abilities.
As Marc grew up Nicholas became closer to him, and when he thought his brother was old enough he decided to invite the younger male out to travel with him, wanting to show him the world. While out during a trip to south east Asia a natural disaster unexpectedly hit separating the two of them.
Marc was gone and Nicholas couldn’t find him anywhere. He searched all over for him and still there was no trace of him. Deciding to seek help, Nicholas went to visit with his sister, the youngest of his father’s children. Anna was able to track their brother from a necklace Nicholas grabbed from his mother to help.
The young witch was able to track Marc to an island, and Nicholas made sure to head to the island in search of his brother.
Personality:
Nicholas is a good man with a heart of gold. He has a very large big brother complex which always him to accept and protect all those he becomes close to. He is a lover of travelling, and he has traveled to nearly every single country on earth. Nicholas is a very strong man with a natural knack for magic. He is powerful and if he put his mind to it he’d be able to surpass his mother in his abilities.

Multiple families was something Nicholas had gotten used to over the years, his father being a man who enjoyed having many partners in his life. Back in his father’s time the elf had taken a wife then had his multiple concubines. After a terrible war destroyed his entire homeland Faxon, Nicholas’ father, decided to take a witch as his wife. From there union Nicholas was born.
Erlkings, or witch and elf hybrids, weren’t uncommon being that Elf’s tended to enjoy the company of witches. Witches themselves had once been a hybrid species involving the mixture of elf blood. Because of his erlking status Nicholas was more accepted then that of other hybrid species.
