National Authenticity Day...
Today is a day of recognition of the power of authenticity, a term that goes beyond just “being yourself.” Today is a day dedicated to people who decide to do things their way rather than simply check the box. They are individuals who are not afraid to show their true authentic selves, what they themselves have to offer, and how they live their life.
It may seem strange to some, especially their unusual clothes, lives, etc. but National Authenticity Day is the day to not only showcase but to celebrate the uniqueness and authentic version of yourself, plus gives you a chance to be bold and a little cool but most of all to be your Authentic self!

Both/and... I've been thinking about that concept a lot lately. We're not all one thing or another. You and I, we contain multitudes. Now, more than ever, we need to embrace our both/ands, the fullness of ALL that we are (and you are NOT too much, I can assure you). No more trying to be who you're not. It's time to be who you ARE. Do you resonate with the archetypes of the Seer and the Artist?
🙋
Do you find it hard to strike a balance? Too much out out and you feel the need to run and hide! Feeling the expectations of others and the need to set boundaries but it's hard to say no?
Feeling like you're weird and different to everyone else?
As HSPs and Introverts we are like the the Seers and Artists.
The Seers would live at the edge of the village (or up a hill - I literally have woman on the hill in my human design 😂 ). Spending time in solitude, channelling, downloading information and insights and then bringing this down to the community, helping people and being in the community and then retreating back to solitude again....
The Seer would need solitude to be able to fulfil their purpose...
Same with the Artist, receiving inspirational downloads and channeling them into art and creative pursuits which then serve a purpose for the wider world and community, bringing out the masterpiece when it is ready, then retreating back to create and the cycle starts again...
What if we were to see ourselves as Seers and Artists? To see that the recharge time we are craving is part of our mission here on this planet, to see that you are not weird or different but you have beautiful gifts which need to be shared with the world. In fact you're doing a disservice to the world if you're not listening to this call to come inwards.
My concern is that with the hyper focused awareness on connection and community being super important for wellbeing (which it is of course) is that it pushes us as Seers and Artists out into the world where we try and 'fit in' instead of shining our light in our gentle unique way. I'm sure you can resonate with your own need for connection and community and what this balance looks like for you.
This links to my reason for creating my courses, programmes and retreats so many of us here are Artists and Seers. I had always felt like there was a more nourishing way to find community, connection and to step into our power as Intuitive Entrepreneurs and Leaders.

What's your life's masterpiece? What's your proudest achievement?⠀ ⠀ These guys. My baby twin girls ❤️👯♀️❤️ ⠀ [scroll for feeding time!] 👶🏻🍼👶🏻🍼⠀ ⠀ Like any mum, I adore my 3 girls: my twins and my elder daughter⠀ ⠀ But unlike most mums, my journey to creating my family was an extreme adventure in visualisation and action - and I'm still amazed that I pulled it off!⠀ ⠀ These little cuties were born after I lost my womb to an emergency hysterectomy after giving birth to my first baby⠀ ⠀ It took 7 years, hundreds of hours of research, an audacious plan, money manifestation, many tearful conversations, several trans-atlantic flights, a lot of IVF and a generous angel surrogate mum - together with a sprinkling of magic⠀ ⠀ There were so many times when it looked like we were at a dead end, no idea what to do next. And each time I took another step forward, and found the way to overcome all the challenges ⠀ ⠀ - that's why I KNOW that taking action works, even when you don't know HOW it will unfold....⠀ ⠀ Whenever I worry that my business won't be all that I dream, I look at these guys.
