لَا یُکَلِّفُ اللّٰہُ نَفۡسًا اِلَّا وُسۡعَہَا ؕ لَہَا مَا کَسَبَتۡ وَ عَلَیۡہَا مَا اکۡتَسَبَتۡ ؕ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذۡنَاۤ اِنۡ نَّسِیۡنَاۤ اَوۡ اَخۡطَاۡنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَ لَا تَحۡمِلۡ عَلَیۡنَاۤ اِصۡرًا کَمَا حَمَلۡتَہٗ عَلَی الَّذِیۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَ لَا تُحَمِّلۡنَا مَا لَا طَاقَۃَ لَنَا بِہٖ ۚ وَ اعۡفُ عَنَّا ٝ وَ اغۡفِرۡ لَنَا ٝ وَ ارۡحَمۡنَا ٝ اَنۡتَ مَوۡلٰىنَا فَانۡصُرۡنَا عَلَی الۡقَوۡمِ الۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ ﴿۲۸۶} اللہ کسی بھی شخص کو اس کی وسعت سے زیادہ ذمہ داری نہیں سونپتا ۔ اس کو فائدہ بھی اسی کام سے ہوگا جو وہ اپنے ارادے سے کرے ، اور نقصان بھی اسی کام سے ہوگا جو اپنے ارادے سے کرے ۔ ( مسلمانو اللہ سے یہ دعا کیا کرو کہ : ) اے ہمارے پروردگار ! اگر ہم سے کوئی بھول چوک ہوجائے تو ہماری گرفت نہ فرمایئے ۔ اور اے ہمارے پروردگار ! ہم پر اس طرح کا بوجھ نہ ڈالیے جیسا آپ نے ہم سے پہلے لوگوں پر ڈالا تھا ۔ اور اے ہمارے پروردگار Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. Full hadith:⤵️ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ، عَنْ خَرَشَةَ بْنِ الْحُرِّ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أَخَذَ مَضْجَعَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ قَالَ ‏"‏ اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا ‏"‏‏.‏ فَإِذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ قَالَ ‏"‏ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ ‏"‏‏.‏ Narrated Abu Dhar: Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) lay on his bed, he used to say: "Allahumma bismika amutu wa ahya," and when he woke up he would say: "Al-hamdu lil-lahilladhi ahyana ba'da ma an atana, wa ilaihi an-nushur." اُحِلَّ لَکُمۡ لَیۡلَۃَ الصِّیَامِ الرَّفَثُ اِلٰی نِسَآئِکُمۡ ؕ ہُنَّ لِبَاسٌ لَّکُمۡ وَ اَنۡتُمۡ لِبَاسٌ لَّہُنَّ ؕ عَلِمَ اللّٰہُ اَنَّکُمۡ کُنۡتُمۡ تَخۡتَانُوۡنَ اَنۡفُسَکُمۡ فَتَابَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ وَ عَفَا عَنۡکُمۡ ۚ فَالۡئٰنَ بَاشِرُوۡہُنَّ وَ ابۡتَغُوۡا مَا کَتَبَ اللّٰہُ لَکُمۡ ۪ وَ کُلُوۡا وَ اشۡرَبُوۡا حَتّٰی یَتَبَیَّنَ لَکُمُ الۡخَیۡطُ الۡاَبۡیَضُ مِنَ الۡخَیۡطِ الۡاَسۡوَدِ مِنَ الۡفَجۡرِ۪ ثُمَّ اَتِمُّوا الصِّیَامَ اِلَی الَّیۡلِ ۚ وَ لَا تُبَاشِرُوۡہُنَّ وَ اَنۡتُمۡ عٰکِفُوۡنَ ۙ فِی الۡمَسٰجِدِ ؕ تِلۡکَ حُدُوۡدُ اللّٰہِ فَلَا تَقۡرَبُوۡہَا ؕ کَذٰلِکَ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰہُ اٰیٰتِہٖ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّہُمۡ یَتَّقُوۡنَ ﴿۱۸۷﴾ Translation: تمہارے لیے حلال کردیا گیا ہے کہ روزوں کی رات میں تم اپنی بیویوں سے بے تکلف صحبت کرو ۔ وہ تمہارے لیے لباس ہیں ، اور تم ان کے لیے لباس ہو ۔ اللہ کو علم تھا کہ تم اپنے آپ سے خیانت کر رہے تھے ، پھر اس نے تم پر عنایت کی اور تمہاری غلطی معاف فرمادی ، ( ١١٨ ) چنانچہ اب تم ان سے صحبت کرلیا کرو ، اور جو کچھ اللہ نے تمہارے لیے لکھ رکھا ہے اسے طلب کرو ، ( ١١٩ ) اور اس وقت تک کھاؤ پیو جب تک صبح کی سفید دھاری سیاہ دھاری سے ممتاز ہو کر تم پر واضح ( نہ ) ہوجائے ۔ اس کے بعد رات آنے تک روزے پورے کرو ۔ اور ان ( اپنی بیویوں ) سے اس حالت میں مباشرت نہ کرو جب تم مسجدوں میں اعتکاف میں بیٹھے ہو ۔ یہ اللہ کی ( مقرر کی ہوئی ) حدود ہیں ، لہذا ان ( کی خلاف ورزی ) کے قریب بھی مت جانا ۔ اسی طرح اللہ اپنی نشانیاں لوگوں کے سامنے کھول کھول کر بیان کرتا ہے ، تاکہ وہ تقوی اختیا . . . . الَّذِیۡنَ اِذَاۤ اَصَابَتۡہُمۡ مُّصِیۡبَۃٌ ۙ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّا لِلّٰہِ وَ اِنَّاۤ اِلَیۡہِ رٰجِعُوۡنَ ﴿۱۵۶﴾ؕ yeh woh log hain kay jab inn ko koi museebat phonchti hai to yeh kehtay hain kay hum sabb Allah hi kay hain aur hum ko Allah hi ki taraf lot ker jana hai (q- 2-156) 102: اس فقرے میں پہلے تو اس حقیقت کا اظہار ہے کہ چونکہ ہم سب اللہ کی ملکیت میں ہیں اس لئے اسے ہمارے بارے میں ہر فیصلہ کرنے کا اختیار ہے اور چونکہ ہم اس کے ہیں اور کوئی بھی اپنی چیز کا برا نہیں چاہتا، اس لئے ہمارے بارے میں اس کا ہر فیصلہ خود ہماری مصلحت میں ہوگا، چاہے فی الحال ہمیں وہ مصلحت سمجھ میں نہ آرہی ہو، دوسری طرف اس حقیقت کا اظہار ہے کہ ایک دن ہمیں بھی اللہ تعالیٰ کے پاس اسی جگہ جانا ہے جہاں ہمارا کوئی عزیز یا دوست گیا ہے، لہذا یہ جدائی عارضی ہے ہمیشہ کے لئے نہیں ہے اور جب ہم اس کے پاس لوٹ کرجائیں گے تو ہمیں اس صدمے یا تکلیف پر انشاء اللہ ثواب بھی ملنا ہے، جب یہ اعتقاد دل میں ہو تو اسی کا نام صبر ہے، خواہ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ بے اختیار آنسوں بھی نکل رہے ہوں۔ (Baqarah ayat 156) .
