none of the characters have confirmed ages but I've speculated on his age a lot of times, I have a post here with more details but tldr: based on flashbacks and other info I'd place him in the 23/24 range 💪

No. 22: Glass Shard | “Watch out!”

The scholar brings the girl to his favourite place in the world.

No. 16 & 19: “Would you lie with me and just forget the world?” | “Don’t go where I can’t follow.” | Floral Bouquet | “I’m not as stupid as you think I am.”

The scholar and the girl escape a party neither of them are enjoying, taking a walk through the gardens instead.

No. 24: Goodbye Note | Neglect | “I thought they were with you.”

The scholar learns the girl has vanished.

No. 7: Alleyway | Radio Silence | “Can you hear me?"

The scholar searches for the girl.

No. 8: “I’ve got soul, but I’m not a soldier.” | Outnumbered

The scholar learns the girl is alive but still in danger, so he takes drastic action to help her.

No. 3 & 4: Solitary confinement | Shock

The scholar reckons with the fact that he has killed a man.

No. 21: Restraints | “Don't move.”

The scholar, trial now over, is sent away as part of his sentence.
