PURPOSE OF LIFE ENERGY

In June of 2023 I reached a phase of my decades old practice in which my hearing is interiorised during my meditations. Also, I seem to have lost all adrenaline tainted desires. I don’t think that all my desires are completely gone but I am very aware of life energies’ desire.

The meditational phenomenon of perceiving sound is a powerful blessing. Over the last few meditations, I have got used to ‘hearing’ clacks and clicks coming from the centre of my head. It isn’t exactly a pinpointed position but it isn’t scattered all over my head either.

Life energies in my head are taking on a purpose. The purpose belongs entirely to them blessed life forces. The purpose seems to be to make a turn and head in the direction of my forehead. I support life energy’s goal of moving forward in place of the upward rise that has occurred in the last 3 and a 1/2 years.

I support life energies’ aim by sitting for meditation regularly. In fact, I didn’t even bother checking on my phone during last night’s meditation when I felt like I was done meditating. I simply moved onto affirming for harmony.

I am beginning to think that the phenomenon of ‘hearing’ life energies movement in one’s head has something to do with life energies teaching the meditator’s inner gaze to be fixed in a particular way. We are wired to give attention to the sounds we hear.

Interiorised hearing enables knowing the route life energies are taking in the head. It is a brilliant manner in which life energies are showing where my attention should be. Such training is probably essential for further advances as a meditator.

I’m rather iffy about 2nd person POV. I’ve had a few good experiences, but a lot more bad ones, and this is a good one. Also, I usually exclude /reader tags, but the summary on this one was too intruiging.

Wei Ting (you) is a fun character, and you can understand all of her choices, even if you don’t agree with them. (Also, I kept thinking of her as Wen Ting...)
