i did smth i felt i was kind of pressured into doing last night(it's what you think it is) and i cried for 2 hours after and then for 4 hours today after i woke up,, so i didn't eat much in the morning
i had some blueberries and a mandarin and that was it,, i was planning on not eating anything else, but my mum bought gyros for us so i had mine,, it probably filled up my daily calories so meh
i paced around a lot while i was crying but i got a new phone and my samsung health wasn't set up yet so idk how many steps i did today
