Desirable :- (i) experience of handling cases related to environment, forests, biodiversity and wildlife etc. in a Government of India or State Government Department/Board; (ii) possessing a Diploma/ Certificate of specialization in related subjects/fields from a recognized University/ Institution.Salary :- Rs. 40,000.00 (Forty Thousand only) Legal Associate (B) -Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized University and/or Institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India and having experience of more than two (2) year sand up to three (3) years. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council, under the provisions of The Advocates Act, 1961. Desirable: (i) experience of handling cases related to environment, forests, biodiversity and wildlife etc. in a Government of India or State Government Department/ Board; (ii) possessing a Diploma/Certificate of specialization in related subjects/fields from a recognized University/ Institution.Salary – Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand only) Legal Associate (C) –Essential :- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized University and/or Institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India and having experience of more than three(3) years. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council, under the provisions of The Advocates Act, 1961. Desirable :- (i) experience of handling cases related to environment, forests, biodiversity and wildlife etc. in a Government of India or State Government Department/ Board; (ii) possessing a Diploma/Certificate of specialization in related subjects/fields from a recognized University/ Institution.Salary – Rs. 60,000/- (Sixty Thousand only) Preference would be given to - (i) Candidates having scored 60% (Sixty Percent) and above marks/ CGPA equivalent in the LL.B exam and (ii) Candidates having studied in full time LL.B Course. Whumptober Day 9: (blind) rage

Bucky awakes chained up in a small metal cage in pitch black darkness. He shoves against the bars with his metal arm, but they don’t budge. Vibranium. Stolen, probably, because he doesn’t think the Wakandans are quite that mad at him.

A light flickers on and he finally gets a decent look at his surroundings. It’s probably a basement, with smooth concrete walls and a staircase leading down. The table on the other side has a comfy chair tucked under it, and a notebook and pen resting on top.

Well that’s weird.

They must want him for intelligence. But that’s kind of dumb, because no one tells Bucky anything. No one trusts him yet. And his memories still aren’t great for his time as the Winter Soldier – or beforehand.

Hostage, then? But why the notebook?

His kidnapper steps into the light. It’s kind of disappointing – a skinny young man, maybe early 20s, with shabby clothes and no visible weapon.

How’d he manage to kidnap Bucky? Drugs? Except his metabolism gets rid of most drugs as fast as they go in. It’d taken HYDRA decades to develop even a couple, and most of those lasted less than five minutes.

“Hi,” Bucky’s kidnapper says. “I’m Frank.”

Bucky closes his eyes. Maybe he’s dreaming. There’s no way his kidnapper just said, ‘Hi, I’m Frank’.

“Please listen,” Frank says. “I just have a few questions for you.”

Bucky glares at him. Frank has the good grace to take a step back.

“I’m not telling you anything,” Bucky growls.

Frank sits down in his chair and opens the notebook. “I think that’s a bit harsh, Sergeant Barnes – can I call you Bucky?”

“No,” Bucky says.

“Let’s start at the start,” Frank says. “You were born on 10thMarch 1917, correct?”

That’s pretty harmless. “Yeah.”

“Well, the museum had two dates, so I had to be sure,” Frank says, writing in the notebook. “Next question, what were your sisters’ names, and what years were they born?”

“Excuse me?”

“What were your sisters’ names, and what years were they born?” Frank repeats impatiently.

“Google it,” Bucky says.

“It’s not on Google,” Frank says, like Bucky should know that. Which he does, because he Googled it in Romania when he was researching himself. “And I’ve spoken to a lot of experts about it, and none of them know anything, except for the eldest was Rebecca.”

“Experts?”

“Bucky Barnes experts. Howling Commandos experts. There’s quite a few of them around.”

Just when he thought his life couldn’t get any weirder. “My sisters are none of your business.”

Frank actually has the nerve to look offended. Then his expression hardens, and he flicks a switch on the side of the desk. Bucky’d just assumed it was a lightswitch.

He’s proven wrong as electricity courses through the bars of his cage, leaving burn marks where he’s in contact with metal, knocking his metal arm out for a few seconds until it recalibrates.

“What the fuck,” he snarls. Frank stumbles back from his chair, backing away to the staircase.

“You’ve read the files from the Black Widow’s dump,” he says, deadly soft now. Frank’s gone pale. “You know what they did.”

Bucky grabs the lock of the cage, and in the competition of vibranium vs vibranium, the probably crap quality black market vibranium loses against Bucky’s arm. He shoves the door out of place, snaps his chains and steps out of the cage.

Frank looks like he’s going to piss himself. It would be funny if he wasn’t utterly furious.

This man is just as bad as HYDRA. He thinks Bucky’s suffering is something for him to research and write notes on. Like Bucky isn’t even human.

He stops right in from of Frank, towering over him. Which is funny, because Bucky’s not exactly what you’d call tall himself (even if he’s still an inch taller than Sam).

It’s all he can do to not put his fist through Frank’s face. He’d finally thought he was free – after the war, then HYDRA, then going into hiding, he thought he’d have a chance to rebuild his life again. And with his pardon, he can do that.

But this fucker…

He grabs Frank by his jacket, jerking him up to Bucky’s level.

“I don’t know why you think you have the right to do this,” he hisses, “That you have a right to the information, or you want to make money off a book or you’re just curious about how to brainwash someone and steal their autonomy. I don’t give a fuck. But if you try this shit ever again, on me or anyone, I will hunt you down and kill you. And it will not be pretty.”

He shoves Frank away, and he staggers back, but Bucky’s already gone, up the stairs, ripping the door off its hinges and walking out into the night.
