Ian’s knuckles pulse from the pert pace at which he raps on the Milkovich door.

It’s torture to just stand there and wait, held captive and stripped bare, nerves torn to pieces and praying for a little compassion.

He hopes Mickey’s home. They never confirmed his appointment. Ian’s just going off of his final words—Come back. Next week. Or whenever. Try this again.—before he turned away to find another cigarette.

Ian’s watched the entirety of their last encounter on a loop ever since, like a fucked up foreign film. No subtitles, just mixed (smoke) signals, confusion, and Mickey.

Some facts about cause my handwriting sloppy lol:

Would be Afro-Arab-Malaysian in human au hence her (hopefully accurate) police uniform, is demiromantic asexual

I based her personality off of Basira Hussian from the Magnus Archives, refers to everyone with the exception of her coworkers by their railway numbers (or professionals)

She’s the strict mother/nenek figure, gives out tough love and advice despite understanding the situation, she can’t help it as she helped trained Joey alongside Lenny 

She’s totally the ““work first play/personal relationship and issues” later type of person, has extermely high expectations placed on herself and of others, takes the newcomers under her wing despite her off putting look

However she can get irritated over common simple mistakes, granted cause of the profession with crime and life on the lines but she does forgive in her own way 

Uptight, stern, a bit of a perfectionist but has a dry sense of humor and can be rather sarcastic and snarky, never smiles much 

Despite this, she’s very loyal and protective of her fellow colleagues despite how exasperated and annoyed she gets with their antics in their free time 

She has a respectable reputation despite her personality being nearly everyone being intimidated by her

Will kick Johnny Cuba in the no no space for everything he has done and caused such as the death of Agent Lang, threatening and blackmailing Arthur and ““raising” Fred

If faced with the supernatural paranormal stuff cause let’s face it they deal with that a lot, she’s doesn’t react and instead just charges in, spirits are frightened of her lmao

A brief profile considering her official profile isn’t up yet !     Ophrys is an entomologist , she’s Mimosa’s assistant and she’s in charge of his Insectarium ,  she shares his love for insects and poisons therefore she’s the head of all his experimentation .     She’s known Mimosa since childhood considering her family worked under his ,  Mimosa’s family’s peculiar fondness to research poisons and insectology / entomology .       She and her brother got along with Mimosa and his betrothed and the four of them were childhood friends .      After the tragedy that struck them during their teenage years .        Mimosa lost his family and his eventual bride but the syndicate remained and he took over ,   while the same tragedy led to Ophrys the loss of her parents and brother in which her brother’s golden butterflies were stolen by humans .    As Mimosa took over his family’s organization , he assisted Ophrys with revenge , took down the humans who have stolen their research and reclaimed it .    Ophrys managed to salvage her brother’s golden butterflies .     She became too resentful of humanity’s deeds after her brother created the butterflies in order to aid them , believing that no one is no longer worthy of her brother’s work .   She used a spell to embed the butterflies into her eyes and since then , she’s had her eyes covered with a blindfold .     She decided to stay by Mimosa’s side as his assistant .

Working as his assistant , she creates poisons and makes animal / insect venom more dangerously potent .   She has the ability to summon insects .     Some of her research has created frightening results , like her special swarm of executioneer wasps ?     Could kill in a matter of seconds with just her command .        She is the only other person other than Chrys that Mimosa wholeheartedly trusts with his life .      Ophrys usually a very serious person , especially when it’s with her work and research , but to others she usually puts up a friendly facade / persona to seem approachable .      And to add ,   if you become acquainted with her , or she deems you a ‘ friend ‘   .       Do not eat her cooking  ,  I repeat ,   DO NOT EAT HER COOKING .
