Yes okay so if you went to a yoga class and in the last ten minutes the instructor made you all lie down, close your eyes, and focus on using a sense that humans do not possess, you would freak the fuck out too. You would. You would lie there silently re-contextualizing the normal class with the knowledge that the instructor was recruiting for a woowoo cult. And when you get up, thinking the whole class was silently with you in being unnerved while a madwoman rambled about what you ought to be doing with the power of your mind, you would lose your senses with fear when they all had serene discussions about their experience using powers of the mind that humans do not possess. You would think you had wandered into a fully realized cult.
(what the hell. The door is shut. There's like 20 people in here. If I try to leave will they let me? Keep it cool. Stay calm. Pretend to be in on it and then never come back.)
Anyway, so I didn't know that most people visualize and hear things inside their mind and I ran out of that yoga class like a bat out of hell because it was so goddamn scary. The hell do you MEAN instructing me to hear sounds that are not present and see things that are not present? The hell the hell the hell

I haven’t read a single leak regarding the story so I have no idea if my speculation of how buildings/places are connected to each other even comes close
I’m really excited bc I really do love the architecture and infrastructure in genshin and how they draw inspiration from real life 😭
UNDERGROUND!!!!!! it looks we have some sort of….. contraption underground….? In the img it looks like it’s mainly a tunnel with some pipes and ventilation systems but I wouldn’t be surprised if something is down here. And the clothes of the NPCs looks like workers, too! If not maybe some sort of opposition factions?
Looks like a big building that may house the judicial system? idk may simply be a rich character home LMAO but it wouldn’t surprise me if this is where the main court is at.
It’s exactly as I imagine LOL very French, heavily beaux-arts inspired and a tiny bit of neoclassicism architecture? This is very much an affluent area of the city. Robots, a navy officer? Poofy dress and even the poodles are dressed up MSJSJSJ (why is the one with the top hat naked on the upper top?? 😭😭)
THERE ARE SHIPPING BOATS AT THE BOTTOM!!! And WE SEE THE WATER RAIL AS WELL!! Very exciting I’m curious if we can ride it?
Last but not least underwater exploration omg. They only showed a small portion but I really do hope that we have much more biodiversity as we explore the water levels. I’ll be sad if there weren’t more colors lmao. Green is great but have u seen some of the stuff that grows in the coral reefs??? very cool!!!!!!!!
