〈感情の周期〉
生理前1週間はどうしても感情が揺れ動く
落ち込んだり、怒りっぽかったり
だけどやっぱりこれは身体の仕組みと共に訪れるものして
我が家では家族カレンダーのこの日が来る予定日に印を付けている。
そうすると、いつもと違う私の雰囲気を敏感に察する夫は
必ずカレンダーをチェックしてくれる。
もうすぐ生理、ちょっとイライラしやすい時期なんだなと
子供たちを外に連れ出してくれる。
お陰様でお互い無駄にぶつかりすぎず過ごすことが出来る
家族みんなのお陰、どうもありがとぉ。
