★ 📝 — notes: I don't actually know how to dance but the thought of romantically dancing with someone makes me feel all giddy so I decided to write this, sorry if the dancing I write isn't very accurate.. and I went with Fontainian characters because I feel like they'd know how to dance best ig

Also the Chlorinde and Arlecchino emojis are not official and if you know the artist, pls pls tell me so I can give proper credit. Some of these are kinda rushed and quickly put together, but I hope to those of you who read this like it

" Dancing with the Fontainians "

★ — Neuvillette

He actually knows how to dance to some extent. When you two are in his office and he's not busy, he'll put on some calm, classical music and invite you to dance with him, holding out a gloved hand and asking, "Would you like this danser with me, my love?" to which you always accept.

You two do the typical slow dance, chest to chest, his left hand on your back and his other hand holding yours out with his as he dances with you and his forehead rests on yours. If you don't know how to dance, he'll do his best to show you where your feet go and how to move. He always makes eye contact with you too with a visible smile on his face as he dances with you in his office.

Near where the parts where the sing picks up in speed, he typically likes to spin you around and dip you. It was nothing extravagant, but it let you know he loves you. And if you're somehow taller than him (which I doubt) even by an inch, if you dip him in turn, he won't know what to do and start fumbling his steps and words, his face slightly flushed.

At the end of the classical songs you dance to, he dips you and gently kisses you, eyes closing, and he can't help but smile into the kiss. No matter what gender you were, if you wanted to dance with him, he'd dance. ☆

✦ — Furina

Furina also actually knows how to dance, despite her childish and boisterous nature. If you don't know how to dance, she'll make a fuss about it at first, but she willingly helps you out while the upbeat classical music plays in the background. Furina actually loves to dance with you, it's a good stress reliever and a good way to pass time.

If you're taller than her, you'd dip her (because she probably couldn't, but might try) and if she's taller than you, she'd dip you, but you'd still dip her as occasionally if you can. She likes to mainly be spun around herself, but she might spin you if she can. Her dancing will probably always be dramatic, she finds it entertaining to dance calmly yet do a bunch of action while doing so. She doesn't really kiss you while dancing, but she'll touch your nose with hers and smile while doing so.

She doesn't dance often, but when she does, it's always going to be with you, especially when she's feeling down, and you'll always come to her beck and call even if you're busy it's a little later than when she asks. ✧

★ — Wriothesley

He's not great at dancing, but he knows the basics. Whenever you visit the Fortress, you come to hang around in his office and you asked one day if he wanted to dance with you. He said he doesn't know how to dance very well, and if you don't either, he just laughs a bit, joking about how you two might trip over yourselves and if you do know how to dance, you're definitely teaching him some things.

Like Neuvillette, he plays some typical classical music to dance to. He holds you gently in his arms and the two of you sway together and move, foreheads occasionally resting together. He likes to tease you and just say lovey-dovey things as you two dance, and he does it all while smiling. Sometimes Sigewinne would walk in on you two dancing and stifle a giggle if you two stumble on your feet.

He likes to dip you and kiss you on your forehead and if you can dip him, he'd be surprised at first but then laugh in amusement as you kiss him where you want to.

You both know how to dance better with time and everytime after you dance with him, he invites you to drink a cup of tea every time. ☆

✦ — Navia

Very good at dancing. She’ll show you how to dance if you don’t and if you do, you just dance together to the classical upbeat but slow music she puts on. She uses dancing as a form of coping, but she also does it for fun most of the time. She likes to rest her forehead against yours and look in your eyes as you two move and sway.

She smiles and laughs as you two do this, having a moment away from the world and stress where just the two of you exist. After your dances, she always makes some sweets for both of you and if you don't like sweets, she'll make what you like as a snack and if she doesn't know how to cook it, she'll learn how to cook it for you.

Dancing is her favorite pastime and stress reliever, especially with you, and likes to just talk and eat with you afterwards and share acts of affection. ✧

★ — Clorinde

She doesn't actually know how to dance, being the Champion Duelist and all. If you don’t know how to dance but want to dance with her, she’ll try to learn for you or with you. You two stumble over each other's feet a lot and fumble a bunch of things, more so if you don't know how to dance either.

She knows what music to dance to, obviously, but she doesn't really know where to put her hands and feet. She doesn't mean to seem creepy at all, but she either stares into your eyes with her face showing minimal emotion, or she glances down at her feet to try and move correctly.

Once she's confident enough, she could try to dip you if you wanted, but don't expect it to be very good. She tries and you don't fall, but it's not a very optimal position. She really does love you, but she doesn't know how to express it, especially in dancing.

She really does try to learn, but she doesn't have much time to even dance honestly. She feels kinda bad she can't dance, but you reassure her it's ok, and she smiles at your words. ☆

✦ — Lyney

An amazing dancer and definitely knows how to be romantic. He probably learned some dances from Arlecchino at some point and even though he's short, and you're not to tall of course, he'll dip you every chance he gets, but won't deny being the one dipped and to invite you to dance with him, he'll walk up to you after putting on some music, he'll put a hand behind his back and offer out his hand and say, "Come danser with me, my dear."

He likes to flirt with you whenever he spins you and dips you and does it as flawlessly as always. If you don't know how to dance, he'll happily teach you, showing you how to move your feet and where to put your hands. He likes teaching you, and every time you stumble, he laughs a bit lightheartedly.

Like "Father," he also loves and cherishes dancing, it's just a lot more romantic with less unsettling and off-putting tones to the music and dancing. ✧

★ — Lynette

Lynette also knows how to dance very well like her brother, just less romantic. She doesn't dance much, but she knows how. If you don't know how, she won't question it and immediately start to show you what to do without any kind of teasing. She doesn't care who dips who or even if you dip each other at all, she prefers to spin or be spun anyways.

She's silent while you dance to the calming violin and piano music, but she has a slight smile on her face as she dances with you, her love. She learned a lot of her dances from "father" but put her own flair to it, so her dancing is unique.

She's not very expressive but she does definitely love you, just doesn't express that much. ☆

✦ — Arlecchino

Literally such a good dancer, the best. She knows where to put her hands and feet and stares at you with a gentle smile. She isn't a very affectionate person, but dancing is one thing she can do to show the love she has for you. She likes the classical music like many other Fontainians do, but she has this ominous off-putting tone to the music. The crusty sounding notes being out together to make something nice and classical, but also an unsettling undertone to it.

She likes to dance with some of the House of Hearth kids, hence why most of them know how to dance, but nothing compares to dancing with you. She doesn't get super romantic, but she gets super into the dancing itself. If you don't know how to dance, she'll playfully tease you for a moment but happily teaches you anyway.

She doesn't express her love much, mostly due to being away with Fatui duties, but with dancing you can tell she'd do anything for you. ✧

" A Male Melusine and Neuvillette "

Neuvillette loved the Melusines, all of Fontaine knew that, and he knew pretty much all of the Melusines by name, so when he came across you, he was slightly confused. You were.. a male Melusine?

When he saw you, you were communing with another Melusine and you looked visibly taller with darker skin colors than the females. When you were done with your conversation, he walked up to you and you turn around, smiling at him.

"Hello, Monsieur Neuvillette!" Neuvillette smiles at this, moving his hand to rest on your head, giving you little pats.

"Hello, and what would your name be?" He asked, moving his hand away.

"I'm [name]," you reply, turning your body to him. Neuvillette nods.

"Well then, [name], why don't you tell me about yourself?"

You happily obliged, smiling while doing so. You and Neuvillette eventually start to walk around Fontaine, you explaining how you seem to be the first and only male Melusine, confirming Neuvillettes guess. After you two met and separated to go your respective ways, you guys meet more after that. You mainly talked with him while out on the streets, but you sometimes helped him with other things like sorting papers or delivering stuff to him, and it seems he took a liking to you.

He didn't like the other Melusines less, don't get him wrong, but just the fact that you were a male Melusine interested him and it seemed like you two almost had something like a 'father-son' relationship. The other Melusines were quick to notice with all the miniscule details they can see, but weren't mad at all. They just smiled and moved on, no envy present.

Whenever you greeted him or said goodbye, saying something like "Salut, Monsieur Neuvillette!" He would reciprocate it with little head ruffles or headpats while smiling and saying the hi/goodbye back. He would also give you headpets when you did something for him or whenever he felt like it. You also followed him around when you could, sometimes rambling to him about things while he listened. Onlookers, Melusines and Humans alike, would always have their day brightened at the sight.

One time he even picked you up and held you while you were sad, and it became a habit whenever you were sad and he'd sit down somewhere with you in his arms. Whenever he was sad, you'd hug his torso while looking up at him with a frown.

"Neuvillette..?" You murmur, your mitten-shaped hands holding onto said man. He looked over and sighed, the rain outside easing slightly.

"Yes, [name]?"

"Are you alright?" You ask as he sets you on his lap, since he was in his chair.

"I am simply not at my highest right now-" he was cut off by you hugging him and burying your face into his chest. He smiled and hugged you back, resting his face on the top of your head and the rain stopped soon after as Neuvillette forgot his worries for a short while.

Long story short, you and Neuvillette have a close bond, and with you two being different from the society you're from bringing you closer together. ✧

" Letting Neuvillette Ramble to You About Water Tasting "

You and Neuvillettes relationship was interesting. Neither of you really acknowledged you were close, but you talked about different topics together in his office when he was able to. Today was no different.

You were sitting on one of the blue couches as Neuvillette sat at his desk. He held an interesting looking cup and swirled the contents inside it, like usual when you saw him with the cup. He took a sip before you inquired something to him. "Monsieur Neuvillette, I see you drink from that cup when you're seemingly thirsty, what do you have in said cup?" You ask, leaning back on the couch and crossing your arms as you look at Neuvillette, tone curious as you quirked an eyebrow. He hums as he sets the glass down and answers after he drinks the liquid in the cup.

"I have water in the cup, why do you ask?" He replies, looking over to you with his typical stoic face. You shrug.

"I'm just curious as to why you have such a fancy cup for water, and didn't want to assume you drank wine," you answer. "What is the reason, by the way?" You added.

"I like to drink the water of different regions, they all have different tastes if you savor the flavor of them. This particular one is from Inazumian waters, would you like to try it?" Neuvillette asks, looking at you with an unreadable emotion in his silver, dragonic eyes. You nod without much thought and get up from the couch, walking over to Neuvillettes desk. You look at the cup and back at Neuvillette, silently asking permission even though he recommended the idea. He nodded, and you took the cup gently in your hand. You look into the water, seeing your reflection in the ripples and you take a sip. After a moment, you set the cup down after you swallow the water, sighing afterwards.

"I don't exactly taste anything different, Monsieur Neuvillette, other than maybe a slight difference," you say bashfully, crossing your arms with a slight smile. Neuvillette nods.

"As suspected, the Traveler and Paimon said the same," he says, taking the cup back and drinking the rest of the water. He starts to talk about the differences of the water's taste from all 7 of the different regions. You decide to let him talk and lean on his desk slightly, listening intently and trying to understand to the best of your abilities and nodding along as he explains.

He talks for about half an hour before his rambling comes to an end and lands his eyes on yours. He clears his throat before speaking. "My apologies, [name], I did not realize I may have talked a little much about this topic," Neuvillette apologizes. You let out a breath of laughter and wave a dismissive hand.

"It's quite alright, Monsieur Neuvillette, you were simply explaining things to me, explaining your hobby," you answer. Neuvillette sighs.

"Still, I apologize," he says.

After a moment, Sedene came in to inform Neuvillette of an upcoming case, saying hello to you when she saw you. As you say goodbye to the Melusine and the Iudex, you're finally realizing that maybe you and Neuvillette are closer than you two realize. ✧

" Easily Scared Reader "

You were easily scared by things, and you were self-aware of that. But Neuvillette wasn't. He accidentally scares you a lot, but he doesn't mean to, truly. The first time it happened was when you were walking around Fontaine and Neuvillette noticed you, walking up in a blindspot of yours and tapping your shoulder, you jolting and whipping your head around, sighed as you realized it was just Neuvillette. Said man stood blinking in confusion at your reaction, but brushed it off.

Neuvillette came up behind you occasionally and startled you that way, but he also accidentally made noises or called your name and that startled you as well. You always just laughed about it, but Neuvillette was confused, so he decided to ask about it.

"[name], why is it you're startled so easily by such small things?" Neuvillette asks, taking a sip of water. You looked over at him and smiled slightly.

"I don't know really, I guess I'm just not super aware of my surroundings," you reply. Neuvillette thinks for a moment, drinking his water from who knows where while tapping his pointer finger of the cup.

"I see, I guess that'd make sense.."

Neuvillette makes sure to make his presence more known after that, letting his heeled boots click against the floor more and whenever he scares you accidentally, he apologizes.

Neuvillette doesn't fully understand why you're startled so easily still, but he'll accommodate to make sure he doesn't startle you even if you don't care. ☆

" Dancing with the Sumerians "

★ — Kaveh

Kaveh doesn’t know how to dance, like at all. He only knows the positions so if you don’t know how to dance either, you’re screwed. However, if you do know how to dance, he gets flustered at the thought of actually dancing with you in specific. Same with if you don’t know, but you two just fumble over each other and it just makes you two laugh.

The first time you dip him, he starts to misstep and his face is red. He liked it though, so please do it again. Kaveh would like to try and dip you too though, but he was kind of clumsy with it. You two would normally dance in his room while you two dance to the typical classical music with sumerian touches to it. If you kiss him when you dip him, he'll straight up stop moving. He'll regain his composure though and grumble to himself before kissing you as well.

Kaveh likes to be spun and then you lean him down, but not dipping him. He'll giggle about it later, and he'll try to do the same to you, but he'll probably fail. He tried though.

He doesn't know how to dance at all, but either learning or teaching him is always fun and it's always fun with the blond. ☆

✦ — Alhaitham

Also doesn't know how to dance. He's not as clueless as his roommate, but still doesn't know where to put his feet. When you two dance, it's in his room as well and he'll look deep into your eyes, analyzing the colors as he also focuses on his footing whether you're teaching him or not. He'll be smiling when he finally knows how to dip you and kisses you before pulling you back up.

He learns quickly though so expect him to be able to dance good enough pretty soon. He also dances to the typical classical music, minus the Sumerian flare to it. Alhaitham overtime becomes a mediocre dancer and if need be, he’ll teach you some things if you didn’t teach him to dance. He doesn’t prefer to be dipped when dancing, but he’ll let it slide once or twice if you're able to dip him.

He'll definitely spin you and kean you down and smile slightly while doing so. You probably won't do the same to him, but he'll let you try to do so.

Overall, he’s an average dancer and learns quickly and dancing with him is definitely an experience. ✧

★ — Cyno

Doesn't know how to dance either. He never took the time to learn so he just doesn't even know where to put his hands. If you don’t know how to dance either then expect to trip a few times and him making a pun about it. Cyno at least knows the music you’d dance to though.

He pretty much will never dip you or really do anything romantic unless you ask and teach him. Once he does learn though, expect him to at least dip you or kiss you a few times and he’s pretty good at it. You two don’t dance often, but he tries to dance with you when you two are free. If you dip him, he’ll just simple and go with it, maybe a joke here and there.

Dancing with Cyno isn’t very enthralling, but you know he loves you, you’ll just have to tolerate all the puns while dancing. ☆

✦ — Tighnari

Knows how to dance to some extent. Tighnari knows where to put his hands, the basics of dancing, but his footing can be a bit off at times. He likes to dip you and smiles while doing so but wouldn’t mind being dipped either, he doesn't care. Tighnaris tail might gently wag on occasion as his ears would flick sometimes.

Like Alhaitham, he learns quickly if you teach him some things and is very attentive to what you say. He mainly focuses on his ranger work, but has enough free time to either practice dancing with you or to just dance.

Tighnari will dance with you when he can and sometime Collei will stumble in on you two and just leave you be, happy you two have an activity to do together. ✧

★ — Nilou

She's a dancer, Nilou obviously knows how to dance, but might have to learn a few things for this type of dancing though. Even if you know how to dance you might learn a thing or two with her and she’d love to teach her lover how to dance, it’s her passion. She loves to dip you but also be dipped, and she wouldn’t really do things like kissing, but she would occasionally and let you smother her if you wanted to.

You two would dance to all kinds of music and she'd like to explore different dances couples would do, learning as well as she went. If it's a special occasion, she'll give you a kiss on the nose or maybe on the lips if she's able to dip you. If not, she'll she'll it while spinning with you.

No matter what gender you are, she doesn't care. As long as you'll dance with her, she'll dance with you. ☆

✦ — Lisa (added her here because she's from Sumeru)

She knows how to dance as well. She’s not super experienced like Nilou, but she knows a little bit more than the basics. You two dance in the library when you two know no one will be around and she just puts on the typical classical music. You two have never really walked in on, but Paimon and Traveler did once.

Lisa absolutely loves to dip you, but she also adores being dipped equally so, so it's a win-win for you two in whatever you prefer you prefer to do. She also likes to be spun around as much as she likes to be spun around. She'll be gently laughing when done with a smile on her face, her hat usually being off when she dances with you.

Lisa absolutely loves dancing, especially with some sumerian flair, but she just loves you and will call you names of endearment throughout the dance. ✧

★ — Wanderer

Dancing with him? He probably knows how to dance, but isn't willing to. Wanderer eventually caves in though, with the exception of some grumbling, and goes to dance with you. This is more of a one time thing, but he'll do it more if you politely ask him (with some poking a prodding).

He won't be super romantic, but he'll spin and dip you and tease you with a smirk while doing so. Wanderer won't dance for long, but the short moment lets you know how much Wanderer genuinely loves you. By the end, he's slightly flustered and might walk off, but he'll probably stay around.

Dancing with Wanderer is a rare opportunity, but it's a good experience with him and a rare moment of intimacy. ☆

★ 📝 — notes: I'm sure this idea has been done plenty times before, but I felt like writing it and because I liked the idea and had I need to write hsr more lol. I actually kinda like how this turned out so yippee!! Also I used the Honkai: Star Rail wiki for info on Mimi and found it here, in Jing Yuans diary ^^

And you'll see (if you read it) Jing Yuan doesn't call Mimi 'Mimi' anymore, but it's more optimal to type than 'Wave-Treading Snow Lion' is 💀

" Cuddling with Jing Yuan and Mimi "

You and Jing Yuan were together in your shared home doing whatever when you were starting to get tired, yawning. Jing Yuan notices this and smiles.

"My love, are you tired?" The general inquiries. It was pretty late and you know you need sleep, so you just nod, not denying the fact that you were tired.

"I am, yes," you reply, knowing what your lover was up to. "Do you want to go to bed?" You say, looking over at Jing Yuan. He had a playfully smug look on his face as he nodded.

"I wouldn't deny being able to sleep with my husband," he says as he takes a hand in yours and you smile, walking to your shared room with Jing Yuan following close behind, though you were also followed by someone else.

You two made it to your room and changed into comfortable clothes and were getting comfy on the bed when the door was opened. You and Jing Yuan looked over to see Mimi in the doorway. The lion walked in and politely shut the door behind it and sauntered over to the bed, jumping up onto it as gently as the big cat could. The bed creaked under its weight as it sat down to wait for you two to get comfortable.

You laughed as Jing Yuan moved to pet the mane of his cat and he then lied down, allowing you to get comfortable in whatever position you wanted (though he'd prefer to be held, and has vaguely mentioned it before). When you two are in whatever position you wanted, Mimi makes itself comfortable and put its head down on both of your legs, taking a deep breath as it closes its bright blue eyes.

"Looks like the Lion wanted to join us," you say as you also pet Mimi's fur, a low purr starting to rumble from its chest.

"It would seem so," Jing Yuan says as he moves to pet the paw pads of the cat, seemingly his favorite thing to do. You could tell the two were close and smiled, suggesting to your husband you two should probably go to bed. After a few more pets of the paw pad, he obliged and rested his head.

You two and Mimi sleep well that night and in the morning, Jing Yuan has you in his strong grip with Mimi crushing your legs (but it's not painful). Good luck getting up if you have to. ✧

★ 📝 — notes: I've just been itching to do something with my limited French knowledge so this doesn't have much plot, but I tired lol. Anyways would this basically be considered a drabble or whatever? Idk man 😭

You and Neuvillette were close, but kept a reasonable distance between each other, mainly due to Neuvillettes wishes. You wish you could be closer with him, but it was good for the two of you because of your jobs, you being a lawyer, so emotions never played a part if it ever came to that.

Though this didn't stop you from hanging around with him whenever you could, occasionally going on walks to chat about some cases in the more quiet parts in the Court of Fontaine. You were doing this now, and though it's normal that Neuvillette was quiet, he always had some things to say, but he was more quiet than usual this time around. After finishing the sentence of yours, you look up and see clouds in the sky, causing you to sigh and look down again. "Il y a des nuages, Monsieur Neuvillette," you say, looking to the Chief Justice. He looks over as well and nods, his eyes looking distant.

"It would seem so, [name]," he replies. You stop walking at this and cross your arms, to which he stops as well and turns around to see you, quirking an eyebrow. "[name]? What is the reason you stopped?" Neuvillette inquires.

"You seem more distant than usual, is anything wrong?" You knew it was a long shot, but you did care for Neuvillette, and asked just in case he was willing to talk about his emotions. He looks away for a moment before sighing and looking back at you.

"It's good to see you're still attentive, [name], but I am.. simply feeling down," Neuvillette says. You nod.

"I know you wish to not form close bonds, Monsieur Neuvillette, but I'm here if you need me, ok?" You tell him, to which he nods again.

"I know, [name]."

The two of you continue your walk, you feeling that perhaps you two are closer than you both know and feeling a bit closer with Neuvillette than before. The sky was also brighter after your exchange of words. ☆

Reader is a carefree, simple, humble farmer/worker from lower class who's a bit slower with actions and intelligence.

Reader is the only person that knows Neuvillette's soft side and who Neuvillette has keeps close to himself because our Chief of justice is whole days around all smart and noble people that he just appreciates some normal/simple chat.

People of higher class talking rumours since reader always shows up at trials as support to Neuvillette in their work clothes (reader doesn't have any pretty clothes)

" Farmer and the Chief Justice "

You were one of the people in Fontaine who were less-known and technically "lower class," but no one treated you as such. You were actually quite respected since you were a Farmer of Fontaine, supplying the Fontainians with the fruit and vegetables they love. You also grew things for the Melusines, which they supplied you with since they have some of their own special crops. This one day catches the eyes of the Iudex, the Chief Justice, Neuvillette.

The Melusines told Neuvillette all about you to the way you looked to the way you farmed things for them. Sigewinne even told him about you and how you send stuff to her in the Fortress of Meropide. Currently, you were out getting seeds for yourself in the Court of Fontaine and Neuvillette was walking with the Traveler and Paimon, discussing something when he caught sight of you. A Melusine saw that you had Neuvillette were in proximity, and went up to you to get your attention and gently tugged you away to him. The person selling you the seeds just laughed and put what you would've purchased to the side, waiting until you get back to come buy them. The Melusine stopped in front of Neuvillette and the Traveler with you in tow, Paimon startled by the eagerness of the Melusine and the sudden appearance of you two.

"Monsieur Neuvillette! This is the farmer I was telling you about, [name]!" She introduced you with a smile, her mitten-shaped hands holding onto your hand as you caught your breath from being suddenly pulled away. You perked up though when you heard the name "Neuvillette" and looked up to him in front of you.

"M-Monsieur Neuvillette? What are you doing here?" You inquire. "And the Traveler? Paimon? This certainly isn't what I expected when I went to buy seeds.." You added in a murmur. The Melusine ushered you forward, happy that her two favorite people have finally met, the Melusines around also radiating happiness.

That was when you first met Neuvillette, about almost a year ago, and now you're in a happy, secret relationship with him.

Neuvillette went to visit you in your house when he had the time to and you came over to his office even more frequently. You also always go to the trials if you're not busy — which you normally never are unless you have something like an infestation of insects. The rain goes on for longer those days after the trial. You know he's the Hydro Dragon, so when you're done taking care of the infestation you make sure to shower him in love and give him a gift or two (aka your finest crops and maybe something else occasionally). You always go in your farming clothes, which you make sure are clean, in the trials and smile at Neuvillette encouragingly all the time.

When the classified higher classes catch onto this much later into your relationship, they start to gossip and word spreads throughout Fontaine within a month and people want confirmation if it's true, even Furina, but they'll have to wait for a while to have that information confirmed by you two. Charlotte even tries to get info for some exclusive news, but she also fails. The only ones who know of you two are the Traveler and Paimon and Sigewinne and Wriothesley. They keep their secrets well enough and won't tell anyone (though Traveler has to quiet Paimon occasionally).

You two aren't great with expressing love through actions, so you give him your crops and he gives you seashells a lot. He loves what you make with your crops for him and you have an entire little collection of seashells in a drawer in your room and have them around your house. Neuvillette always feels oddly happy when he sees the seashells he gives you around the house.You decide to try each other's hobby at one point and you both fail, Neuvillette not really knowing how to care for crops and you not getting how to taste the differences between waters, but you let each other ramble to one about the said hobby.

While you're not dumb, you're not smart either. You're empathetic which could lead to you getting scammed for something but Neuvillette makes sure you don't. You tell him he shouldn't worry so much, but you forget it later. Since you're also so carefree while Neuvillette is not, you tend to not overexert yourself with work and just hang around with Melusines. You scold Neuvillette sometimes if he overwork himself at all and he just apologizes, to which you wave a dismissive hand and hug him, preying tk Archons that no one comes in the office. You make sure Neuvillette takes care of himself and Sigewinne appreciates it.

When you and Neuvillette have alone time together, he always seems more relaxed around you, clinging to you when he can and follows you around your house or keeps stealing glances of you if you're in his office or in a trial. He loves you alot but won't say it with words.

Neuvillette keeps you close to himself in the sense you're the only person he's let himself be so close with. He knows you'll never be guilty of a crime, and if you were ever to be, it'd be silly and just a few day sentence for something someone trying to get back at Neuvillette or get something out of him to hint at a deep bond. Sigewinne and Wriothesley would care for you, don't worry.

One thing that worried Neuvillette though was that since you were both guys, he worried that the Fontainians would judge you two harshly maybe and hate you both feverently and try to get Neuvillette out of his Chief Justice position, but the people who knew accepted you two and the people of Fontaine happy of the possibility of such a respected figure like Neuvillette to be in a community such as this. Some are not respectful about that possibility, but they get shut away by the people of Fontaine for it. Neuvillette's happy to know the people accept him and you, and the skies are a lot sunnier for years.

You and Neuvillette love each other so much and you have little to no issues in your relationship and you stay together even after your death, with him visiting your grave all the time. The skies are always rainy and stormy after your death, but he cherishes you and never took you for granted. ☆

" Not a Very Intelligent Human "

You were a guy who was surprisingly naive for your age. Albeit you fell for scams which you thought were good, so you have good intentions, it's just that a handful of the people in Fontaine are opportunistic when it comes to money grabs, and you were that opportunity.

Though Neuvillette, he doesn't like how those said Fontainians take advantage of you, so sometimes if it's a hefty amount of money, he himself would put them on trial for scamming. It's a little entertaining to Furina that he would do that for you, but she doesn't like scammers either, so she let's it happen (of course). How you and Neuvillette actually met was because of this reason. You were also deceived by people in a more sensitive way, most using you to get close to Neuvillette, and that did make you less untrusting of people wanting to be friends.

You were also pretty clumsy, getting hurt in your field of work. You always had at least one or two bruises on your skin and some scratches here and there. You never actually really get severely hurt though, much to Neuvillettes delight.

More on the topic of your relationship with Neuvillette, whenever he can walk with you, he will so he can personally make sure you're OK and don't get scammed of your money. If he can't because he's busy, a Melusine would follow you around to continue what Neuvillette does without him telling them to. The Melusines enjoy being around you and talking to you about your field of work, and even if Neuvillette doesn't ask, the Melusine(s) would tell him about you. He smiles everytime.

He likes to be around a man like you and the skies are always brighter, he just has to make sure that you don't get hurt or scammed when he or the Melusines are around. ☆

" Cooking Halloween Cookies with Them "

★ — Sunny & Mari

Mari does most of the work like the cooking of the cookies, but you and Sunny do the icing together and help mix the cookie batter (you two sneak a bite of the raw cookie dough, but Mari notices it and just lets it slide with a stifled giggle). Sunny's cookies probably turn out better than yours if you're not experienced with this stuff, the icing being relatively straight, maybe uneven. You and Sunny decided that you would do ghosts and he would do pumpkins, Mari doing other things like witch hats, candles, black cats, the usual, but she doesn't mind. You guys normally make a minimum of 30 cookies so you can share with the others every year since Mari was 9.

When Halloween day comes around, you bring the cookies over to wherever a Halloween party is being held between the friend group and the cookies are always the best. Whenever it's your guy's turn to make the cookies for this year, it's always good.

Even after the death of Mari and since Sunny shut himself away, you brought cookies to his door every Halloween with Kel to remind him that you're there for him and to remind him of the good times. ☆

✦ — Hero & Kel

Again, Hero does most if not all the work while you and Kell goof off. Hero's not mad at all, quite the opposite, and you two normally get only about 3 cookies decorated, which were a couple ghosts and a black cat and a pumpkin. You two eat a lot of the raw cookie dough and he has to scold you guys after your third bite.

"Kel, [name], you've eaten six total raw cookies, you're lucky I made more batter than needed."

"Sorry Hero.." You and Kel say in unison, looking away from Hero and each other while you fidgeted with your fingers with your heads down. Hero just sighed and let out a breath of laughter, patting both of your guy's heads while Hero and Kels mom watched on in the back with a smile.

The friend group loves Hero's cookies. They're always just right and look very nice and people can always tell who decorated what cookie since your guy's is a little messy (especially Kels). You and Kels cookies taste the same though, and Aubery teases you two about your messy decorating job and it turns into a mini playful fight — like always, the others just laugh to themselves.. other than Sunny of course, who just watches on from his sisters side.

After Maris death, you two made it your mission to get good at making cookies and with the help of Kel and Hero's mom, you succeed, and try to get Hero to have some when Halloween comes around. You two always notice how the couple of cookies you gave him are gone the next day. ✧

★ — Aubrey

She's actually a pretty good cook. Aubrey always comes over to your house to make them though and if you also don't have the best home life, you go to Mari and Sunny's house to make them. The group likes her cookies and she adds her own little flare to the cats, hats, ghosts and whatever else she decides to make by adding something pink to them. She really does love to cook with you and it always reminds her that her friends and you are there for her.

She likes to have quality time with her friends and teases Kel for not being able to cook cookies or decorate them properly, which is just playful banter the two have and they still are good friends. Whenever Hero or Mari compliments her cooking, she always beams at the praise and hugs them, to which they reciprocate with gentle laughter.

Even after Maris death and everyone kinda ditched her, you made sure to stick by her side throughout all her changes and even though her group tells her to ditch you, she can't get rid of her cookie cooking buddy, and still has the little flare to her cookies when it's Halloween. ✧

★ — Basil

Doesn't actually know how to cook very well. He focuses more on gardening and taking pictures so he doesn't really find much need to cook complex things like cookies. If you're good at cooking, you show him how to make it and if not, Polly helps you two. Basil's very good at decorating though, and he loves to decorate the cookies with you. He decided to make Halloween colored flowers while you made the typical Halloween stuff.

The group likes how Basil does his cookies even if he didn't exactly cook them himself. When the group and you are just hanging out, like always, he takes pictures of you all and makes sure he gets the cookies in there as well.

After Maris death, you notice he becomes more jumpy and skittish, but either way, he still makes the cookies with you every Halloween and thoroughly enjoys doing it. It's one of the things that kept him grounded when Mari died and helped him temporarily forget his involvement in the incident. ☆

" Spending Halloween Night with Them "

★ — Dan Heng

You two just got home from trick-or-treating with March and the Trailblazer and you had a bag worth of candy. Once you two had changed into pajamas, you sat on the living room couch as you waited for Dan Heng to finish making his Coffee and you had your bag with you. You start to eat the candy and after about 5 minutes, Dan Heng returns and sighs.

"Already [name]? You haven't even had your candy home for an hour.." he murmured as he looked at the accumulating pile of candy wrappers on the coffee table. You laugh and nod, putting a candy in your mouth. Dan Heng just sighs, grabbing a coaster and setting it on the table, putting his coffee on it after blowing on it slightly a few times. You two found a bad horror movie to make fun of and you ate your candy while you pointed out and laughed at the movie's horrible cgi and acting.

After about half an hour, you put the bag in between you and Dan Heng. He looks over to you, quirking an eyebrow. "You wanna share?" You ask, looking at him with your full attention. He thinks for a moment before getting a candy out and eating it. You smile and turn back to watch the movie.

By the end, you were tired, but took care of your candy wrappers and Dan Heng took care of his own. You both eventually fall asleep on the couch. ☆

✦ — March

You and March went out Halloween night with the Trailblazer and Dan Heng and had gotten home 30 minutes ago. You two were in your Halloween themed pajamas while watching a horror movie and devouring both of your guy's candy together, sharing some of yours with her and hers with you. Whenever one of you got jumpscared, you both just laughed after a millisecond of silence.

You both stay up late into the night doing silly activities and eating candy. You both fall asleep just about a few hours before sunrise in you room on the floor in front of your TV.

You both sleep in and Dan Heng and the Trailblazer know why you two probably won't be out much today. You both had fun eating your Halloween candy you got, and don't regret a single thing when you wake up. ✧

★ — Jing Yuan

You two actually stay home and give out candy unless you really want to go and manage to convince him to go out. If you stay home, you just watch horror movies with him, but you both doze off pretty quickly after eating a few candies from the few small bags you bought for yourselves.

If you two go out, you do the trick-or-treating while Jing Yuan just follows you about in a quickly pulled together costume. You come home and the same thing happens after you two get into more comfortable clothes. You both doze off on the couch.

Either way, Jing Yuan does whatever happens and only has a handful of candies before he does off, you following suit or staying up later than him. ☆

✦ — Sampo

You and Sampo just go out together with nobody else and come home with your bags full. You both decide to make fun of badly made horror movies. If you get jumpscared at all he definitely teases you about it for a minute or two, and you reciprocate the teasing if he gets jumpscared at all.

You both don't exactly stuff your mouths full of your Halloween candy, you both eat a reasonable amount, maybe a little more. You stay out in the living room all night and just laugh about different topics until you both eventually fall asleep either on the couch or on the floor, whatever one you both are sitting on.

You two both have fun Halloween night and don't regret a single thing you did, and you probably made some kind of mess that you'll have to clean in the morning. ✧

★ — Blade

You and Blade just stay home with Silver Wolf and Kafka, not even really handing out candy and just eating the stuff you bought on your own while watching horror movies. Kafka and Silver Wolf go to bed before you two and you continue to just sit in comfortable silence with Blade while still watching some movies.

Blade makes sure you both get to sleep at reasonable hours of the night and ushers you to bed, though not verbally. He just kinda gestures to your bed and walks out when you fall asleep.

You ate most of the candy with Silver Wolf, but you manage to take some leftovers and share some with Blade, though he really only ate some of the chocolates. ☆

✦ — Kafka

Same with Blade, you hang out with Silver Wolf, Blade and Kafka. Kafka decides to stay up later with you and Silver Wolf goes to bed first out of you four. Blade goes to bed when you and Kafka do, but before all that, you guys play some card games and other games with Halloween music in the background.

You guys eat some candy from a bowl you have on the counter and some other appetizing snacks. When you and Kafka go to bed, Blade immediately just goes to his room and Kafka makes sure you're comfortable before leaving you to go to sleep.

You have a lot of fun with them all, mainly hanging around Kafka and playing against her in card games or teaming up with her. She makes sure you fall asleep though before she herself goes to bed (or at least tries). ✧

the idea is the two being hyper and chaotic but also trying to make a cake for fun

" Cooking Cake with Lyney "

You had decided to come over to Lyneys house to hang out with him and make a cake, though the two of you weren't good at cooking. You both know the basics though, so it's no trouble and there should be no worries about starting a fire, but Lynette and Freminet decide to at least hang out in the living room just in case, Lynette's words.

As of now, you two were in the kitchen near the middle of the cake making and the two of you already had some flour on your clothes and faces and on the floor, but you two will clean it up after you're done. There was no momentous occasion for the cake to be made, so there wasn't any rush and no need to make it all pretty, but you try anyways.

"Hey [name], what's the next step?" Lyney asks, holding the tin in which the cake batter was in. You look at the box and held it in your hands, searching for the instructions.

"You put it in the oven for about 30 minutes I think.. that's what it says on here," you move to show Lyney the box to which he leans over to look. You manage to swipe some of the cake batter onto your finger, knowing you washed them thoroughly beforehand and if there were any germs, they'd die from the heat of being cooked. Lyney looked baffled for a moment, but laughed anyway.

"Sneaky and clever as ever, [name]," he says as you eat the cake batter and he puts the tin in the heated oven and shut it, putting the timer on for 30 minutes. "So, what should we do now?" Lyney inquires, putting his hands on his hips. You giggle a bit, not being able to really take him seriously with all the flour on him. He sticks his tongue out at you and you reciprocate the move, also sticking your tongue out at him. During this, he flicks you on the forehead and smirks in victory afterwards, randomly pulling out a card deck from nowhere.

"Heyyy!" you whine at the flick, but that immediately changes when Lyney gets the cards out. You really liked his magic no matter what it may be, and it was a good way to pass time. You watch as he shuffles the cards and does a few tricks with them. After about 10-ish minutes, you smile mischievously as you decide to snatch his hat and out on top of your head and laugh a bit, moving to the opposite side of the counter. "Got your hat!"

It takes Lyney a moment to process that you took his hat, but when he does, he smiles and puts the cards away, saying "Caught me off guard again," and moves to take his hat back, you swiftly dodging it and you two circling the counter for a bit before you decide to finally give it back. The two of you are panting a little bit from running around the counter but you two are laughing, so it's ok. You hear the ding of the timer and find that the cake batter was done cooking and you take the cooking mittens before Lyney could and you teasingly eye him as you slip them on and open the oven. You take out the hot tray and put it on the stove to cool off.You take off the mittens and set them down next to the stove.

You two goof off more while you wait for it to cool down and you clean up the flour on the ground, you sweeping it while Lyney holds the dustpan. Sometimes you intentionally get more flour in his face from the broom, and he just playfully glares at you from where he's knelt down with the dustpan.

When it comes to decorating the cake, it's a little messy and Lynette and Freminet don't even question the flour mess or the mess of the decorating, hearing and being able to guess about the usual antis you two get up to. ☆

Tartaglia was normally never insecure about his looks, but sometimes his insecurities rise about his scars and freckles. He's normally confident about his scars and doesn't really mind his freckles at all, sometimes they just feel wrong to him though.

Childe was currently staring into a mirror, wearing a white tank top and dark gray shorts and tracing his scars and freckles. He didn't exactly have any thoughts, his head was empty really, but he couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sadness of insecurity about his appearance. In the midst of his insecure state of mind, you come home and after you take your shoes off, you come to your shared bedroom and open the door, startling Tartaglia in the process, his eyes growing wide as he turned his head to look at you. When you noticed he wasn't like his usual self, you frowned and gently closed the door behind you, still in what you wore throughout the day.

"Li? You ok?" You inquire, to which he glances away and just smiles, waving a dismissive hand.

"Of course I am! Why wouldn't I be, my love?" Childe replies, walking up to you and hugging you. You wrap your arms around him instantly and notice how he's tense, so you start to rub circles on his shoulders, hoping it was the right move to ease himself. Even if it wasn't a proper message, he sighed and the tenseness eased up. He removed his head from your shoulder and he had a frown on his face again, his blue eyes looking somber as he stared into your eyes.

"Tartaglia.. I can see you're obviously not okay," You move to cup his face in your hands, rubbing your thumbs over his face freckles. He sighs deeply, closing his eyes as he practically melts in your touch. You smile at this, patting his head and kissing his nose. "I'm going to get changed into more comfortable clothes, I'll be back before you know it," you say, ruffling his ginger hair before slipping away to change into pj's. He moves to follow your embrace, sad that you left, but he moved to sit on the bed at wait. Soon after you left, you came back and immediately embraced him, to which he immediately reciprocated.

You decide to straddle him (non-suggestively ofc) and hold his face again. "Are you ok?" You ask, repeating your earlier question. He sighs in defeat and shakes his head. You just let out a breath of laughter, deciding not to pry and just move to kiss all over his face, making sure to get his freckles and some of the scars adorning him. He starts to laugh a bit at this.

"[name], that feels funny," Childe says through small laughs, his hands moving to your shoulders as he smiles, his gums showing. You always thought his smile was precious, and so you kissed him on the lips for a moment before kissing his nose again.

His freckled face flushes at your kiss, not exactly expecting it as you move down to kiss his neck. He starts to giggle a bit at this, being ticklish on his neck. "That tickles," Tartaglia says, though he doesn't push you away as he continues to giggle. This continues to both of his shoulders, arms, and then to his hands, which you take in yours and kiss his knuckles, making eye contact with him. His face reddened more, rendering him speechless due to not being used to receiving affection back still, to which you laugh at and tackle him to the bed, but not enough to hurt him.

You lay on top of him, legs wound around his waist as you lay your head on his chest, no matter your height. "Do you wanna go to bed?" You sit up a bit to look him in the eyes, a silly smile on his face from being kissed all over and he just nods, moving you two up to your pillows. You decide to kiss his face more while murmuring 'I love you's' between them and occasionally kissing his lips, leaving the ginger with a love-struck look in his eyes to go with the smile of his.

No matter if you two get judgment from others for being two guys dating each other, he'll love you no matter what and is glad to have found a guy like you who makes him feel so loved and is able to rid his insecurities for a while. ✧

" Jing Yuans Lion "

You and Jing Yuan knew each other well and were close — you two being co-workers and all — and you hung out a lot.

Currently, you were in Jing Yuan's office with his lion, Mimi, sleeping near the Generals desk. You were aimlessly walking around while talking with him as he occasionally worked on some papers while you rambled to him. Eventually, your eyes land on Mimi's sleeping form, its steady breaths visible as its white fur moves with the breathing. Jing Yuan takes notice and smiles mischievously.

"And why would you be staring at Mimi, [name]?" He inquires. You and the lion perk up at Jing Yuan's words, both of you looking at him.

"Um.. I guess I was just wondering what it'd be like to ride a lion, specifically Mimi," you answer, crossing your arms as you explain. Jing Yuan just lets out a breath of laughter, leaning on his elbows and resting his head on a hand.

"I'd like to see you try," Jing Yuan teases. You sigh.

"Whatever.. Mimi wouldn't mind.. I hope," you say as you walk over to the big, white cat. The lion trusted you and liked you no doubt, but it liked Jing Yuan a whole lot more. You kneel down and let Mimi sniff your hand, it pushing its nose against your hand and you pet its mane and sneak your way to Mimis side.

You carefully ease yourself onto Mimi's back, making sure not to put much weight on its back. Mimi just looks over its shoulder at you and sighs, just rolling over on its side and you get off so your legs don't get crushed, crossing your arms as the cat gets comfortable again. You hear Jing Yuan chuckle from behind you and you shoot him a glare over your shoulder.

You reasoned with yourself that you didn't get hurt in anyway (thankfully) from the bold move, but Jing Yuan would tease you about it occasionally like he does. ✧

Tartaglia had just gotten home from a mission and had called out your name once he got through the door, but was met with silence. He quirked a curious brow at this. You normally always at least said a hi to him when he came home.

Once Tartaglia took his shoes off and put away the things he needed to, he walked over to the kitchen, looking if you were in there and then looked over to the living room, not finding you in either of the rooms. Childe then moves to see if you were in your guy's shared bedroom, but before he could get there, you jumped out from a corner, saying 'boo!' and effectively scaring him.

"I- [name]!" Tartaglia says, looking at you with a silly smile as you laughed. "How long were you even hiding there?" He inquires.

"When you got home. I was by this corner when you called my name so I thought to try and scare you, but it actually worked!" You teased while still giggling. You move to kiss his forehead, to which he let you, but not without doing it back to you. You smile and hug him, cupping his face and giving him a few more forehead kisses, flustering him further.

"Well, you're home now, so come on," you say, pulling him to your shared bedroom.

You two stayed in bed for most of the day since it was already late, but you get up to get food and other necessities if needed. He loves you and you love him. ☆

I use to ride horses when I was younger but the person who taught me wasn't very consistent in scheduling and following through so I had to stop. I miss the horses I rode :((

" Horseback-riding with Kafka "

You and Kafka both rode horses, though she was more into fashion related things like perform dressage. She rode a black horse while you rode a white horse. It was a common occurrence that you two would go on horse riding dates in the woods nearby, like now.

You and Kafka were riding your horses down a dirt road you commonly took to a pretty place with a big pond you two found by accident one day. Kafkas horse had a lot of decorative things on it like stuff in the mane and tail and some things on the equipment — mainly on the saddle.

"So, [name], what do you wish to do when we get to our spot?" Kafka inquires, pulling the reins to the left to bring her horse closer to yours. Even though you two have been together for quite some time, it still left butterflies in your stomach when she said "our spot".

"I just kind of wanted to hang out in private, you know?" You answer, looking over at Kafka with a smile. She returns the smile.

"I see, and spend time with our horses as well?"

"Yes."

You two continue to ride your horses to your spot, turning when needed and in comfortable silence as the Crows and Blue Jays cried nearby and the trees swayed in the fall wind, bringing the colorful leaves down with it.

You two had eventually come to your spot, the pond covered in lily pads and the trees encircling it with some frogs croaking that have yet to go into hibernation. You both pulled back the reins on your horses to make them stop, to which they obeyed, and hopped off the saddles.

You two led your horses over to the spot you two would sit in and let them roam if they wanted. They both layed down together in the warm sun as you and Kafka went to sit by the one tree that grew over the pond that seemed to be a willow tree. You both sat down and Kafka leaned her head on your shoulder, her purple hair tickling your neck as she smiled and closed her eyes in content.

"I like this, [name]," she said. "We should do this more," Kafka says as she looked at you with loving eyes. You smiled at her words.

"We should," you reply, then add, "I love you, Kafka."

Without hesitation, she replies, "I love you too, my dear equestrian."

The rest of your time spent alone together was calm and the sun with the warm clothing you both wore kept you warm, as well as both of your horses when they would come over and say hi and bask in the sun with you two. ☆
