Oh, it’s a great question, thanks.

Well it was “Summer in a pioneer tie”. It’s a story about 2 boys, pioneers, in USSR. They were in camp together and fell in love. But country that time was extremely homophobic, so one of them didn’t even know that it’s possible to love another man and confused about his feelings. And it’s difficult for them to hide feelings and all sort of problems. So we know the whole story of them from 15 years to their 40+

It’s was pure, sad, beautiful and heartbreaking ❤️‍🩹

And I love all the forbidden love stuff.

P.S. it’s a book in Russian, idk if there is an Eng version

P.p.s. Now this book is illegal in Russia too cause of homophobic laws 😪 there is NY times article
