there's a lot of eensy details in my designs that link certain characters together- like ren, for example. he still retains the scar around his neck from being chop-chopped in 3rd life, but wears high collars to hide it whenever he's with scar

mumbo also has a feather necklace from grian, but it's brown since he wasn't in 3rd life (grian's 3l design is the only one with red feathers!)

cub was also offered one but he keeps it in his pocket instead, the feather bothers him since its a bit scratchy and he doesn't vibe with that

I collect a bunch of things! Mostly seashells, oddities (bones, teeth, etc) and toys! I've given each of my F/Os a seashell that reminds me of them and I still have hundreds more to give!!

Charlie collects posters and fun facts! If he's into a franchise he'll definitely have fun information to share and at least one or two posters related to it somewhere in his place! I love listening to him when he talks about his interests

Alma collects all sorts of trinkets that get left behind by people on campus! From bottle caps to coins to doodles and love notes, they keep it all stashed away in one of the unused drawers at the teacher's desk. They usually give me some coins for the vending machine and share the little drawings they find too!

Mychael collects and presses flowers! He always goes on a little walk when he feels like clearing his head so he stuffs his pockets full of all sorts of wildflowers, sticks them between slices of tape and presses them in his books! He usually gifts me flower crowns when he has the patience to craft them!

I like brachiosaurus the most! I think they look really cute and the idea of something so large being mostly peaceful is very endearing to me!

Charlie enjoys the classics, his favorite is the velociraptor! He thinks they look cool and the feathers make them look like something straight out of a fantasy movie!

Alma thinks all dinosaurs are cool, but if they had to pick one it'd most likely be the aquilops!! They say that it reminds them of a puppy, in a way, especially because of how small they were!

Mychael has read a few books about dinosaurs and so far he really likes the triceratops! He says that the horns and head shape makes them look interesting!

I'm only competitive when it comes to games, be it on the computer, cards or tabletop. Fair to say, I make game nights a bit more intense than I intend them to be...

Charlie isn't competitive but is naturally lucky and a cheater... Sometimes he'll use his powers to tip the scales in my favor just to see me happy, but if he feels sassy he'll win multiple rounds until I get too frustrated to keep playing

Alma isn't competitive and usually has bad luck with games and competitions in general, plus they're a bit clumsy so they can be all over themselves, getting nervous while being under pressure

Mychael is competitive when it comes to debates and some sports. He's used to moving around a lot so he has no issue beating pretty much anyone in a physical competition, and he always has arguments at the tip of his tongue whenever he feels like making a point, it's hard to get him speechless...

YES! I absolutely remember reading about that when my dad wanted to start collecting the game cartridges! ( man should have seen the challenge of getting them these days I think we own like 3 of them rn )

If there's one thing I remembered the most about bad fur day was the multiplayer stuff on the n64. I mostly played squirrels vs tediz ( and honestly as an adult now im getting a feeling the teddies are... a reference to uhhhhhh yeah but i could also be thinking about it too hard because the 2000's was a time )

Thinking about it more I think the multiplayer stuff was my "first experience" of third-person shooters. And the remake gave a whole change rip the dinos vs, cave men and the weasels bank heist.

At least the multiplayer in the remake has a soundtrack. Because I remember it mostly being background gunshots.

It’s been a long, long time since I did any kind of special sale or really updated anything aside from individual items as I slog my way through de-collectionizing (which is my completely real word for de-hoarding).

A while back I mentioned doing themed surprise boxes which would be larger than the usual surprise boxes and, you guessed it, stick to a theme. This is a great way to rehome a bunch of microcollections to someone who might really love them and would enjoy getting a surprise. I threw out a couple of theme ideas and everyone seemed to really be down for it! 

I have a couple of boxes already made up, and the themes so far are: 

🎃 Halloween (medium)

🎠 Circus (large) 

🐸 Frogs (small)

🦕 Dinosaurs (mega) 

🌸 Kawaii Junk (medium/largeish)

🐇 Sweet Vintage Bunny (medium/largeish)

🌞 Weirdos & Oddities (sizes vary)

There’s additionally three large/XL “NostalgicFun Special” boxes that are going to each contain the same, nicer quality things: full size Build a Bears, Beanie Babies, Furby keychains, books, and Webkinz will be in each one, along with other varying things tossed in. Smaller nostalgia boxes will be restocked as well! 

And I have another idea for an “Ultimate 2000s Girl” box that would just be this massive, hulking box of like Neopets, Barbies, Strawberry Shortcake, Polly Pocket, Silly Bandz, stuffed animals, PillowPets, etc. Just absolutely massive. I’m not sure it would ever sell but it’s so fun to think about someone just receiving this absolutely massive mystery box. (The dino box is pretty large too, but the 00s girl one would be like....the size of a microwave box) 

I also have like 30+ things sitting beside me as I write this waiting to have their moment in the spotlight and be listed, which is daunting but fun!
