A/N: Me? Having the confidence to finally make a blog and post something? I don't believe it either. This is the first tk fic I've ever written, so take that as you will. Also im on mobile so sorry for the lack of read more

Anyone with /ears/ knew that tickling was something common between the septic egos.

Anyone that spent more than a few hours around them would see that Anti was the reason why.

He was a true monster when it came to this. Anti knew every single death spot, every technique that could get an ego to beg for mercy, and being the glitch bitch he was, he was good at sneaking up on them as well. Normally, it was playful and only lasted a few minutes, when Anti noticed someone being in a bad mood or just wanted to hear a laugh. Normally. But if you ever got on Anti's bad side, you had better hide and prepare to scream until your voice was hoarse and you couldn't even remember your own name.

Anti knew that it wasnt exactly conventional for him to do this all the time, but no one complained (most of the time). Whether they enjoyed it or just were too scared to tell Anti to back off, he was happy to continue.

99% of the time, Anti was perfectly fine with this arrangement. Watching other people scream and laugh under his touch was probably the least cruel sadistic action he could take against the others to make sure none of them considered him too soft. Though it didn't always work, especially around Chase for some reason. Chase always joked around with Anti like they were best friends or something, and it drove the green man absolutely insane. /Not/ because Anti was 'feeling' something for the other ego or any shit like that, mind you; he was just annoying. It didn't take long for Chase to start getting more attacks than the others, even up to them being daily. Slowly things turned from a minute or two, up to fifteen minutes no matter how much Chase begged. Anti couldn't say he hated spending more time around the other, though if anything it just caused Chase to spend more time around him.

Only when Anti was around Chase did he start to imagine what it would be like if their roles were reversed.

Anti had always been the scary monster. No one had ever even attempted to tickle him before, so he had no idea if it would even work. But the thoughts were there, and they because more persistent every day. Even to the point where Anti couldn't look at Chase in the eyes without thinking of them together, Chase wrecking him and then their lips connecting and-

Stop. Never gonna happen.

Or so he thought.

On this particular day, Anti had somehow managed to discover a new spot that was even worse than Chase's underarms: his hips. While the previous was met with melodious cackling, the latter was sporadic screeches and silent laughter that clearly drove Chase insane. God, that face he makes when hes so happy... /If/ Anti had feelings, hed be destroyed right now. Though that thought didn't stop the bright green blush rising to his face, even rivaling Chase's redness at all the teasing.

"What's wrong, Chasey? Too ticklish for your own good? Do you like this spot?"

This was the one time Chase was unable to even speak, just shaking his head as he continued his feeble attempts to squirm away. But with Anti literally sitting on top of your legs, that was virtually impossible. Chase had even given up trying to use his hands to push away the attacker, resigning himself to covering his face and beating the floor. Lucky him that Anti's room was soundproof.

Not more than a few minutes later, Anti was once again losing his focus and his mind began to wander, causing him to reluctantly let go of Chase and crawl off as the other immediately curled into a ball, still giggling his heart out. "Alright, I think you deserve some mercy." For now, Anti was just going to have to plop onto his bed and wait for Chase to leave. Give it time, and this feeling will go away.

Except Chase was, for some reason, being an utter pain once again and decided to sit on Anti's bed instead of leaving. A low growl could be heard.

"What do you want, bitch?" Anti could only glare at Chase. Had it been anyone else, they'd have run away by now. But not Chase. He just laughed.

"You're usually... More energetic. After that." Chase couldnt help but to blush even more just mentioning what had happened, and Anti smirked at him.

"Aw, you're concerned for me, how cute." It shouldn't have been possible for Chase to blush more. "I'm fine. So back off and leave before I start on you again."

Chase grimaced at the thought, but it didn't last long as he just kept questioning Anti over and over. Why couldn't Chase just leave to let him suffer in peace?

"Seriously, you're in such a bad mood now..." Something flickered in Chase's eyes, and Anti's heart rose as his stomach dropped at the same time. "You know what happens to people in a bad mood?"

Of course Anti knew exactly what happened to people in a bad mood. He's the one that started this insanity to begin with. If Chase didn't know better, he'd have thought a nervous smile flashed on Anti's face. "Don't you even dare. Or you'll be punished for real next time."

"Kinky." If that word wasn't enough to make Anti flush green, the quick poke to his side sure did the trick. Anti truly didn't even know if he was ticklish or not; however, considering he jumped off the bed and nearly fell on the floor, the answer seemed to be obvious. "Oh my god-"

"Shut up, bitch, /don't/ even try."

Once the floodgates were open, there was no way Chase was going to stop now. Contrary to what the glitchy man believed, all the stunts Chase had done resulted him being far stronger than the others, even Anti himself. It wasn't difficult at all to tackle Anti and sit on his waist with an evil smile, starting to wiggle his fingers in Anti's face. God, he's never blushed so much in his life.

"So. Soundproof room, huh?"

Anti didn't even have time to respond before Chase immediately shot to Anti's side, pinching the right and scratching the left as laughter immediately started pouring out. /No one/ had even heard Anti's real laugh... Only the false evil one he put on. Chase had known about his feelings for a while, but now... He was absolutely gone.

"MOTHERFUCKER-" The yell snapped Chase out of his daydream as he joined in on the laughter, moving one hand to Anti's stomach while the other crawled up to his ribs. "IHIHIHM GOING TO KIHIHILL YOHUHU"

"Aw, you wouldn't though. You're such a softie, we all know it. Especially now! Who knew the big bad Antisepticeye was so ticklish?" That was the first time Anti had moved his arms, trying to hit Chase on the mouth to get him to shut up since he couldn't speak. Interesting how he hadn't tried to actually stop Chase from doing this...

Maybe he'd found the source of the bad mood after all.

Finding the stomach to be a weak spot, Chase focused on scratching and squeezing there as Anti attempted to curl into a ball to protect himself.

"Uh uh uh! You don't wanna make me stop, do you?" With one hand forcing, Anti's head was back on the pillow and his arms out of the way as Chase focused right around the bellybutton. By the point, Anti was hysterical; he was screeching, crying, blushing green from head to toe, and having the best time of his life.

"Alright, last bit, I promise." Chase gave Anti ust a few seconds to breathe, taking in the sight of his hysterical face. And the /giggles/. Chase could kiss him right now. Anti was just about to talk when Chase quickly pulled up his shirt, and blew the biggest raspberry he could.

"FUHUHUUUHUCK" Not even Anti had ever done that before! That was just extra cruelty on Chase's half. The laughter turned completely silent as Anti hit his head against the pillow. Once Anti's shirt was back down, Chase collapsed on top of Anti with a deep breath.

Instead of the revenge he expected for putting Anti through that, Chase heard only a mumbled word. "...thanks..."

"...what?" Anti only shot a hand over Chase's mouth, which was promptly licked to remove it.

"Don't ever tell anyone about...this."

About Anti being ticklish? About the fact that Anti had actually enjoyed it? Or at least enjoyed it from him?

Chase didn't have the chance to ask, because in seconds he was shoved out of Anti's room and the door locked.

...shit. Maybe he does like Chase after all.

Though the two wouldn't admit to their feelings until months later, this scenario became a pasttime for them, one that repeated dozens of times. And no one knew.

Well, except Jackieboy Man, since he lived next to Anti. Who then told Marvin. Who then told Schneep. Who then told every ego he saw.

But that's another story.

As much as I loved the scenes of Lucy and Aaron in 4x03, I feel like their conversation about grief should have happened between Lucy and Angela.

We got two scenes of Angela being hesitant about returning to work, one focused on being a mother, the other one focused on Jackson.

We did get a scene where Nyla (in a truly Nyla way) helps ease Angela’s hesitation about returning to work as a new mother.

But they never addressed the second. No pause or moment of oh fuck. They even mentioned in the episode grief sneaks up on you at the most surprising moments. They could have even mixed Angela missing Jackson with the subplot of Nolan campaigning to become a union rep, just a small nod at how Jackson might have been a good choice for the position. They could have mentioned him with the whole no one says breast milk thing in because we all know Angela would have bitched to Jackson about it and he would be incredibly empathic, but would also have found it hilarious. Or just a general acknowledgment that Angela also lost a friend, one that was so important that she named her child after him.

I would have loved a scene of Angela being frustrated in the women's locker room. Pumping is hard, the fridge isn't working, Wesley has been off lately in a way that pings her cop brain, and having a new baby is tiring. She wants to be at home cuddling her baby instead of pumping in the uncomfortable locker room being reminded time and time again that her friend is dead and Lucy just catching her at the peak of her fustration, allowing them to talk about their shared grief and their experience with it sneaking up on you.

I can’t think of a single scene of just Angela and Lucy interacting in a meaningful way, I really can’t. The episode would’ve been the perfect time to have two of our main characters actually become friends as they talk about grief, about missing Jackson, and just bond in a way they haven’t before. The writers are more focused on building Nolan’s relationship than on creating one between two interesting female characters. They should have one of the stronger relationships in the whole show.

Also, why haven’t Angela and Lucy bonded about being kidnapped and essentially tortured by mass murderers?

“Others might read...something else into it”

Does that mean we might get a scene where others do read something else into it?

Because it sure as hell does feel like a plot point has been set up.

I can think of three things that are being set up and I would be okay with happening:

Someone that has a problem with either Tim or Lucy or someone who is just a plain old misogynistic asshole brings it up. Using it as an insult to imply that Lucy is were she is because she is sleeping with Tim

Just imagine the faces the two of them would make at the comment. I like the idea of both of them hearing it at the same time, but like if it was only Lucy? *kill bill sirens* but if it was only Tim? We all know the boy would carry the vindication with guilt. Either way, we get scenes of them grappling with the fact that people are going to think that Lucy slept with Tim for the position. It gives the writers room to acknowledge the complicated feelings both of them would have at the fact but also it gives them room to move past them before a relationship actually occurs.

It will become a real problem moving forward for Lucy in her search for a promotion, coming from other prospects to the same position or even from a supervisor who won’t be able to see past it. We would get a scene of Lucy proving herself. We might also get a scene of Tim defending Lucy (“I don’t need your protection or your help! I can take care of myself”) or just linger for a moment in the fact that Lucy lost an opportunity because she choose to ride with TIm again.

It never actually becomes a problem, but it is something that hangs over them and the precinct, a held breath that with every single second becomes harder and harder to bear, something they discuss with other coworkers but never with each other because it's just too much. So many possible scenes, so many parallels we could get. Just pure amazing tension.

I can’t wait to see if they do something with it.

I watched all of Fate: The Winx Saga

Here are my thoughts as a long time fan of the original (some mild spoilers):

THE GOOD:

I liked that they changed Bloom’s family dynamic.

Bloom’s backstory changes somewhat but I feel like the changes add to the story.

I adored Terra, she is my favorite character.

I loved that the teachers are badass.

Love the eye effects when fairies are practicing magic.

Female specialist!!!

Male fairies!!!!!!!

I liked that the specialist and the fairies all go to the same school but have different halls.

The CGI is not bad.

The training sequences are good.

Most of the actors are good or even great.

The Musa and Stella’s scene was really really good.

Same with Musa and Terra’s scenes.

The design of the Burned Ones is cool.

Stella’s character arc is actually pretty satisfying.

The ending is really fun and left me wanting for more.

Most of the characters are morally gray and not only does it makes sense, but it adds to the “edgier and darker” aspect of the story.

I like that Bloom and the other characters admit when they are wrong.

The changes to Musa’s character, backstory, and abilities are actually inspired.

THE MEH:

The plot is okay.

The clothes are okay.

The relationship between male characters is okay.

Sky as a character is okay

The secondary villains are okay. Beatrix is actually almost good.

The world-building is okay (borderline bad).

The romance is okay.

The music is okay.

THE BAD:

Aisha has no backstory other than sports. She is really only there to be a supporting character. Also other characters are too harsh on her.

The main villain is not developed correctly, she is still really intimidating.

A lot of the character changing points feel rushed and without basis.

The friendship between the Winx is nonexistent, they just shoehorn a scene at the end.

They focus more on Bloom’s relationship with Sky and Beatrix than with her and some of the Winx.

I don’t buy that the Winx are friends.

I don’t like what they did with Stella even though I like where she ends up. I have to admit her backstory on the show makes a lot of sense for this version of the character.

They try to be edgy and “woke” but fail. A lot.

For a show about magic, there’s really very little. The way they use magic is also really uncreative.

Some of the concepts and world-building are at best confusing and at worst nonsensical.

Bloom is “the chosen one” but they don’t explain why until the last episode in the last 10 minutes and it, once again, feels rushed. They do try to explain why she is special on other episodes but it makes no sense.

The Winx never really work together. When they supposedly do, they split up until only Bloom is the one doing magic or the saving. At one point Stella and Aisha turn invisible and that’s why they don’t fight the Burned Ones. They are only on the sidelines watching Bloom kick ass.

There is so little magic.

The plot feels rushed, the relationships forced, and the characters incomplete.

In conclusion, the series made some great changes, the CGI and action are good, some characters and relationships are great, there is a lot of things that are just *shrug*. The main problem is that the pacing isn’t great, the series would have benefited from one or two extra episodes or a simpler story so that they could really develop the relationship between the main characters, establish the villain better and clarify the world-building.

TL;DR: The series is enjoyable even though it has pacing problems, and while not the most accurate adaptation it's worth a watch.

The only way I can think that Tim and Lucy would admit their feelings is if they were prodded out of them.

Just imagine, Tim and Angela are talking, maybe baby Jack is asleep and Tim mentions one of Lucy’s pranks or just praises her for one of her arrests. Picture Angela smiling and just saying “you like her.”

Tim being all like “of course I like her, she is a good cop and a good friend” I can clearly see Angela interrupting him and being all “No. you like her.” and Tim not being able to deny it just staring at Angela who then goes “Holy shit. How long have you known?” because we all know that if Tim had realized that he was developing feelings for an officer that was underneath him in the chain of command he would have stopped and taken action to rectify the situation, it had to be something that snuck up on him.

You can choose the moment he knew, but I like to think it was the moment she decided to go undercover and Tim reacted as more than just a T.O and more than just a coworker, but when he fell in love? Not even Tim knows. Maybe when she guaranteed that everything would be fine after the virus, maybe when they toasted to the end of the world with tequila and whiskey. Maybe it was when she ran after leaving him with the rookies’ tab, finding her inside the barrel, when she gave him her dog, when she gave him the audiobooks, at this point, it's too late to try and establish a singular moment. Tim gives his replay and Angela just shakes her head, they both know what this means, it’s over, before it can even start.

“Tim.” Angela would say happy and sad in equal measure. It's not like Isabel, she was in another precinct, they were both officers, rank, and authority had no place in that relationship. But with Lucy? It's the biggest thing there is. “You have to tell Grey.”

And Tim would have nothing to do but sigh. “I know.” His feelings not only put her promising career in jeopardy, but they also put her in danger. Any decision he makes in the field that involves her would be compromised by his feelings, he would never be able to guarantee that he took the decision with a clear head and perspective.

He would have to tell Grey.

For Lucy, I can only think that she would know after Tim knows. I can picture an episode or two when the audience knows about Tim’s feelings because we watch Grey deal with the repercussions, we watch Angela teasing Tim and then talking with Wesley at night about what it all means, what it could all mean in the long run. But we haven’t gotten confirmation of Lucy’s feelings.

That is, of course, until Tim gets hurt. Maybe in the job, maybe outside of it, but it's an incident that triggers Lucy’s PTSD. She maintains a clear head while on the clock, an expert at compartmentalizing at this point, she wants to rush to his side, wants to make sure he is okay. Constantly asking for updates on the radio or text, as soon as she clocks out she is by his side. Maybe he is still unconscious or maybe he is watching one of his games on the TV, but Lucy rushes in and all she can think is how she almost lost him. Tim, her T.O, her friend, her safe place and that’s when it hits her. Watching him in the hospital bed with him smiling at her. It’s her oh moment.

She stays and talks to him, they flirt with their eyes like they always do, teasing each other because it's easier to express their relief and worry that way, when visiting hours are over and she is getting ready to leave, Something stops her, maybe Tim, maybe her own desire to stay. They always have emotional talks right before one of them leaves, it's how it goes, how it needs to go.

Tim thanks her, maybe asks if she will be alright at home, is Tamara going to be with her? He has to know how it affects her to see her friends in the hospital. Maybe he tells her that she is so brave. Maybe she is the one that asks after him, about how he is really feeling if he is sure he doesn't want company through the night. Maybe the air is charged with the things they haven’t said, can’t say. Maybe it's easy to look at his lips, at her lips. They always stand far apart, maybe this time we get to know why the distance is crucial to maintain the boundaries. Maybe they can’t keep it up this time. It's the almost kiss. They have to get interrupted, that’s the deal we signed when we decided we liked slow burn.

And then Lucy goes home, she lays in bed gazing at the ceiling confused and craving the kiss that didn’t happen.

The kiss that does happen has to be after they solve all the consent and work issues their relationship has. I don’t think the show could work any other way, I don’t think we would want a show that would ignore all of it. In my mind, she moves to another chain of command when she becomes an official U.C. and it makes things better. They spend less time together at work, but more time together after, they grab beers, they play darts, paintball becomes a standing date.

I want the kiss to happen in plain clothes, maybe they are both undercover, trailing after a person of interest and they kiss to hide (cliche and overused, but who cares when its such a good trope.) Maybe they are at a bar, and Lucy’s song comes on, and she pulls him to the dance he owes her, and they get closer and closer and then they can’t hold back. Maybe it's the anniversary, of the barrel, of the wedding that never happened and Lucy needs something good to replace all the bad. Maybe they meet her parents, maybe they see Isabel again. Maybe she gets jealous of a woman that won’t stop flirting with Tim, maybe it's the other way around. A prank goes just far enough that he was to kiss her, can’t help but lean into her and finally find her lips. Maybe they had another almost kiss and he goes after her, hours after it almost happened; with vague excuses that don’t hold up to scrutiny and they kiss by the door.

I want it to be a sweet hesitant kiss, the equivalent of dipping a toe to test the temperature of the water, they have to separate, they have to stare at each other in awe.

Two things can happen and both would make me squeal. They go right back at kissing and this time it's a cannonball after finding that the water is the perfect temperature. The music builds and builds and we fade to black when the bedroom door slams shut. The other thing that could happen is that they stare at each other in awe and quietly separate, knowing that everything has changed and the person who initiated the kiss just gazes at the lips they recently tasted and carefully says goodnight. Leaving the other staring at the door with flushed cheeks.

Then the music comes and the credits roll.
