TDL about touch, a short comic

i thought about what does touch mean to Dark and remembered that the few times we've seen dark being touches are both by TCO The first time to make the truce in ava3, the second time in ava5 as a betrayal.

Imagine how painful it must be? Maybe my thought wandered too far away, but what if touch means the world to Dark? Because of Chosen and the touch of alliance. Imagine Dark being actually very touchy and expressive, skin-to-skin contact meaning comfort and safety? Care? Through Dark of this perspective, imagine those seven years. I'm not even implying romantic/sexual chodarks. Just, chodarks. Platonic of friends, doesn't matter.

The comic features my special designs for AVA3:

White is suppressing Dark's crimson to show Alan's dominance over them, wristbands and the choker are to show control//coercion. Also, white is sterile and clean, stripped of any personality. They both are tools in here. Purple is generally Alan's color. TDL's eye - code influence. White crown - the Lord but of Alan. Another design of Dark has a crown too, but a different one.

Ughhhhh Fit saying he trusts Pac 99% is such a step up for him... like he has held a mindset that its always every person for themselves for so long and he's saying he trusts Pac nearly completly and he DOES NOT TRUST EASILY. Its like he's offering such a vulnerable piece of himself to pac that he has only really offered to his son(who he trusts 100%)

biggest contender for theory of how au saiki died I have is still that it was self inflicted, but I saw a theory on Reddit that’s been fucking me up and it’s that he died stopping the volcano. Like idk how much it actually makes sense with the timeline but just that mental image is awful.

An AU of someone's AU

To be more specific, @desultory-novice 's Apologies AU but if Ado got cursed instead of Noir (pre dark matter Dark Matter Swordsman).

I plan on doing more art where Noir takes Adeleine's role in the Kirby series and might even while the Rainbow Sword. He will not be wilding it against DM Painter though.

He probably felt some effect from the sword, but the effects ware off or something.

Yes, Noir still is the one who gave her the paint brush, so his guilt is strong

DM Painter's tears are rainbow paint.

Her body is fully dark matter, but is covered in paint. All her paintings that come to life are actually made from dark matter

I think that in this part, when Noir goes to check on Ado, he never finds her. He does not take it well when he finds out what happened to her and that she's dead. Maybe he'll think "At least she's not in pain anymore..."

DM Painter probably made scrawls on walls and floors made from things other than the magic paint brush that resemble Noir, but she doesn't remember why she draws that face.

Fit plans to stream variety with Pac but they still need to decide when and what game!

i’d like to talk about erica sinclair, i hate how people love to put her into a stereotype and say that “oh she’s such a harmful character!” while she’s definitely not perfect (capitalism loving 10 year old) she like every other ‘sassy’ and ‘rude’ black girl character, i saw myself in because i couldn’t be myself, i couldn’t be ‘sassy’ or have attitude for obvious reasons. seeing her be everything i wasn’t allowed to be was comforting, it was nice to see her be herself without the fear.

but ofc y’all love to point out stereotypes and what nots before actually getting to know and analyzing a character. like lucas, y’all say he’s also a stereotype because he plays basketball like that doesn’t make sense. just because black men are mostly seen in sports like basketball doesn’t make him a stereotype for playing it. that’s like saying a blonde girl who has blonde hair is a stereotype because she’s blonde, dumb ain’t it? it’s supposed to be.

i love erica and her character but the fact that y’all would love to hate her before even diving into her character or making headcanons and being like fandom is and making fanon is really upsetting to me. i know the reason, it’s racism, y’all did the same thing with lucas and harassed caleb for playing lucas so it’s not new. but that doesn’t make it any less upsetting.

i feel like that’s the thing when i talk about racism, y’all are so used to pointing shit out and ‘taking down’ the internet trolls that y’all don’t seem to notice why your causes are inherently bad. ya just wanna be like everybody else and fight for what ya think is right. but again, i love erica and i love lucas and the way some of y’all treated and continue to treat them is really heartbreaking as a black kid. like using them for your ships like byler, harringrove and plenty others. y’all only like lucas because of his relationship with max and y’all only like erica because she’s a ‘snarky’ 11 year old who can run her mouth.

moral of this post is the sinclairs were one of the first black families i seen that weren’t dysfunctional nor carried out the stereotypes y’all set on black families like we’re always loud, there’s a bunch of kids, the kids don’t have manners, they’re messy dirty blah blah blah. seeing them made me feel happy, really, i feel like most of y’all can’t enjoy representation until it’s exactly like your life or perfect in every way.

Blue Thing for Winnie

It was Blue! 

Ok, most things were blue, but Winnie really liked this blue!

Plus, it was hanging perfectly in her reach! It was practically begging her to take it! It also had yellow, her other favorite color!

Ok, maybe it was the only other color, but she liked it!.

The long blue thing slid off the tree branch, and Winnie laid down to chew on it for a bit. Soft things were always better when chewed. She watched the silly people in the river for a bit, listening to the birds and wind, content. She really should wander off more often. Dodge always tried to stop her fun. 

Then, something exciting happened! One of the peoples shouted something, then came splashing out of the water towards her! The pup knew exactly what that meant! 

"Playtime!" Winnie backed excitedly. "I love playtime!"

She immediately hopped up, grabbing the blue and yellow thing and running along the riverbank happily as the noisy Hylian chased her. Chase was her favorite game!

The dog leapt over a log and turned, bowing and growling excitedly. Two other challengers had joined the game, both smaller than the first, and also wearing blue! 

"More friends!? This is the best day ever!" Winnie yipped excitedly, grabbing The Blue Thing and running through the tall one's legs, dragging The Blue Thing through the mud. She didn't mind. Mud was her favorite!

She had a lot of favorites, didn't she? Oh well! Life was too short to have only one favorite! 

The dog ran a few more laps around the riverbed with The Blue Thing when a familiar voice called her name!

"Winnie! Here, girl!"

Winnie practically tripped over her own paws, trying to turn around.

"Wolfie!" She barked excitedly, tail wagging like a fan. She looked around for her friend, but couldn't find him. Where was Wolfie?

"Come here, Winnie!" That sounded like Wolfie, but it was coming from the Hylian, who was crouched down on his knees. That wasn't Wolfie... was it? 

One of the people said something and laughed. Not-Wolfie scoffed and got down lower, opening his arms. 

“Come on, Winnie. Hugs!” 

Hugs! Winnie knew hugs! The dog raced over to Not-Wolfie and tackled him to the ground, licking his face excitedly as they landed in the mud. A quick sniff test confirmed it, Not-Wolfie was Wolfie! He just looked funny right now! 

“Wolfie! Hello friend! You look weird, but I know your smell! You smell like wolfie!” She chattered, eventually relenting in her affectionate attack and laying her head on his chest, looking up happily and wagging her tail. Wolfie gently took The Blue Thing from her, but Winnie couldn't bring herself to be upset. She was just happy her friend was here. 

— zzz — zzz — zzz — 

“Ugh, that mutt ruined my scarf.” Wars complained as he held the thoroughly muddied scarf away from himself. 

“Aw, it's not that bad, Cap! That chase was fun!” Wild said, bouncing on the balls of his feet happily, Hyrule cheering in agreement. 

“You doing ok, Rancher?” Time chuckled as he looked down at his successor and the dog. 

“I'm fine.” Twilight chuckled, petting Winnie gently and scratching her ears. “She's a good girl. It's not her fault; Blue is her favorite color.” 

“It's the best color!” Wind shouted, starting an old argument between the other heroes. Twilight didn't bother to tell them Winnie couldn't see Green, more focused on showering the young dog with affection. 

Winnie, as always, had no idea what was happening, but she liked Wolfie and the head scratches, even if he looked a little weird. 

Oh, his eyes were blue! She liked blue. It was her favorite color!
