oh my god what is wrong with this fandom sometimes. just bc we're in the second half of splatoon 3's update cycle now doesn't mean the game is dying and nintendo is horrible and all that... look, i get side order was kinda disappointing, but in all fairness i don't think people had the right expectations of it either. it was never going to be like oe because oe had way more building up to it and side order just... doesn't. and that's okay! okay, guys? okay. literally just chill out, step away from your phone, and take a walk. splatoon 3 is fine. the world is not ending. there will most certainly be a splatoon 4 because nintendo wants to make more money. relax. seriously, relax.

Guys guys guess what!!! I'm still struggling with health issues and writing takes a lot of effort I just don't have the energy for. But some friends decided it could be fun to do a little fanfic/fanart collab. And it's just a silly casual thing so its okay that it will take me a really long time. So im gonna be working on an enby Dazai fic that will get fanart with it!!!! I'm really excited. I hope it turns out good. This will be the first project I'm working on since I went of hiatus and im worried it will escalate my issues again but im going to try anyways. Wish me luck!!!!

#IM BACK TO HYPE UP WAR OF THE WORLDS AGAIN #when i saw it as a kid it terrified me but now im rewatching it for the first time in like probably 10 years #it is beautifully directed in a way i never appreciated before #and whoever made the tripod noises was a genius because its so fucking scary even now as an adult #the cgi for 2005 was also incredible #also the scene where ray kills harlan but its off screen was so great and it scared me soooo much when i was a kid #my dad read me the book when i was a kid it is the VERY RARE good memory i have with him cause were both sci fi geeks #not to get Too Deep but thats probably why i cling to it and anything else me and my dad enjoyed together when i was a kid #i love it in film when you can hear a character being killed but you dont see it

Can't go into detail because its hush hush not-legally-mentionable stuff but today is my fifth 12 hour no-break work day. I'm also packing to move too in a fortnight (which is a Big Yahoo!! Yippee!! I'll finally have access to a kitchen!! And no more mold others keep growing!!! So exciting!!!)

YOOOOOOO WE FUCKIN DID IT!!!! YEAHHH!! We slayed SOOO well!! EVERYONE DID!! The other sections were SO FUCKING GOOD i LOVED it!!! And like, we won first place or whatever i didnt care about that really BUT WE ALL DID GREAT!

Anyways, just got home from my pal's birthday party (more like Hang Out at the mall, we ate out) it was AWESOME! First time inside a Starbucks, and first order ALL ON MY OWN! (HELL YEAH RELIGIOUS REBELLION!!)

#rennikorambles #i dont actually KNOW if its rebellion since. i ordered java chip frappucino... and i dunno if that has coffee or anythin-#BUT EITHER WAY im so glad my first time inside a starbucks is with friends <333 #i lost ALL my money <33333 #worth it #i was SO jumpy and excited the whole damn time. just shows how hyped i am around my friends <3 i love those idiots so much #after eating at pizza hut we went to an arcade and I got TWO keychain plushies from the claw machines (SLAY)#one of them i gave as a bday gift to my pal LMAO the other i kept <33 a little wolfy!!!#and then after that they went to starbucks and YEAHHH it was so fun #and then we went to the department store and immediately went to the toy section (which includes games like video games on the ps4/5 etc)#those idiots got One Piece playing cards. nerdddss <33 (me staring longingly at Persona 5 Royal on PS4 for a discounted price. help)#(I CANT GET IT IM NOT A GAMER IM BAD AT GAMES AND AND)#anyways #as for the musical MAN im just so proud. in my opinion the other's did WAY better than our section in terms of song and choreography #but the only one-up we had on them was the fact ours flowed so smoothly with nearly no mistakes #they kept having long pauses when transitioning to the next scene‚ whilst we specifically focused and practiced smooth transitions #thats probably why we had less time for dance choreo and stuff... but either way!!! just SO proud it made my theater heart so happy #and! i learned something about the actual story of El Fili! mAN ITS SO TRAGIC WTF MAN.... MANNNNNN. BRUH...#anyway <333 ALIVE NOW!!! FREE!!!

#thinking how you never get the time back...#im hyping up my mum to finish her novel (first draft of which was shortlisted for an unpublished manuscript award in a literary magazine)#and she used to write short stories and often have them published like when i was little #but its like . shes never going to get all that time back...#even though shes aware now and whatever she'll never get the time back she spent just endlessly cleaning up after children and a useless #husband and being an unpaid therapist and working and and #and its all just... transient work that leaves nothing behind #like housework is not a legacy. but its there invisibly in everyone elses achievements #that they got to do because of ur silent invisible constantly erased (in the literal sense bc clothes get dirty again and new meals need to #be made) work #which in an equal society where everyones doing some housework is sort of lovely #but when all these talented women are fading into nothing to make their sons and husbands into Great Men it just makes me want to throw up
