request: please some angst with charlie walker <3 maybe reader distances themselves from charlie because he "likes" kirby

he didn’t notice how detached you were right away. however, it didn’t take that long before he caught onto the fact that you wouldn’t hold his hand in public anymore, called him “charlie” instead of an endearing nickname, and how you wouldn’t return his kisses.

he knew something had to be wrong, so he showed up at your house to avoid asking you and making a scene at school. he knocked on your window a few times before you drew the curtains to see charlie standing in the freezing weather.

“charlie? what the hell are you doing out here, and why aren’t you wearing a jacket?”

“um, can i come in? this is really important and it is kind of fucking cold.” he stammered.

he crawled into your cozy bedroom and got straight to the point, “are we okay?”

“what do you mean ‘are we okay?’”

“you tell me. seems like you just aren’t into me anymore.” he whispered the last part while staring at the floor to avoid seeing your reaction.

“i’m not into you anymore? you’re the one who’s eye-fucking kirby any time she’s in the room!”

“where did you get the idea that i was eye-fucking kirby? we’re in the same club and that’s the only interaction we have!” he responded.

“okay, and you still used to have a crush on her so how am i supposed to believe you don’t now?” you cried.

“because i’m with you! how could i ever feel the way i feel with you with anyone else? i don’t know how to love anyone but you!”

of all the small arguments you and charlie had been through together, none of them brought out such a sweet side of him that you don’t see often. it took charlie a long time to tell you the way he felt because he was always too scared of his love not being reciprocated.

“listen, char, i didn’t mean to make you upset okay? i just saw the way you would look at her in passing periods and thought there was something else between the two of you. that’s all.”

“so does this mean you’ll kiss me now?” he smirked.

“god, you’re a fucking dork.”

you did in fact, kiss him. even though you pretended it was a reward for him, you both knew that it was really because you’d missed kissing him.

hi! could you possibly write for jennifer jareau with daughter!reader where the reader is doing her final exams and is really stressed and tired?

you heard your mom’s soft voice yelling for you downstairs, “y/n, are you gonna come down for dinner?”

“yeah after i finish this chapter!” you called back. just one more chapter has been your motto the past few days, and you didn’t know how many more it would take to make you snap.

when you finally did come down for dinner, you were too absorbed in your own thoughts to really make conversation.

“how’s studying going?” will asked, though it took a minute to even realize he was talking to you.

you ran sluggishly walked back to your room after dinner, knowing there was still tons of work to be done, notes to be taken, and pages to be read.

around midnight, a knock on your bedroom door pulled you out of your trance.

“y/n, what’s going on?” your mom asked.

“nothing.”

“y/n, i know something’s wrong. you won’t talk, you aren’t asleep, and you’re doing too much work.”

you were either extremely sleep deprived or just too emotional because your mom expressing her concern for you made you break down into tears.

“i feel like i’m failing at this. i have finals all week and i still can’t make myself get it!” you sobbed.

jj hated to see you cry as any parent would. she gently pulled you over to sit on your bed and cradled your head as you cried into her chest.

“why don’t we take a break for the rest of the night, sleep in, and go to school a little late tomorrow?”

“i can’t mom, what if there’s a study guide? how will i ask questions?”

“i’ll call the school and let them know, it can all be dealt with later. for now i’m just proud of all the work you have put in so far.”

you couldn’t say no to a free morning off, so you and your mom had a sleepover in your room and let yourself sleep for the first time in what felt like weeks.

jj loves how hard you work to keep up in all of you classes by yourself, but for some reason, she’s never been more happy to watch you skip class.

i am so sorry if this isn’t the greatest i’m a lil rusty and have never written for kelso before

“who’s the new girl in our history class?” kelso asked his group of friends.

“i don’t know her, but red hired her mom at price-mart. apparently they’re from michigan or something,” eric answered.

“kelso, you’re talking about someone other than yourself, do you have a crush on her or something?” donna teased.

as much as kelso wouldn’t admit he actually had a crush on a girl, it was noticeable in the following days how his eyes would always seem to wander to you, even when he was in the middle of another conversation.

“kelso, man, you’re gonna have to talk to her eventually,” hyde said.

“yeah, you’re always staring at her. it’s honestly kinda creepy,” donna added.

“fine, fine,” he gave into their jokes and didn’t even deny his infatuation with you any longer. he realized he needed to man up and talk to you because if he didn’t, someone else would. so his friends helped him with a plan to ask you out the next day.

the whole history class, kelso was on the edge of his seat, it’s not like he paid attention before, but now his mind was extra preoccupied with how this could work. what if you said no? what if you said yes? would you like the restaurant he took you to?

suddenly the ring of the bell pulled him out of his own head and he realized that it was now or never.

“um, hi. i’m micheal and i’ve noticed you for the past few days and i think you’re beautiful,” he rambled, “and i was just wondering if you’d let me take you out.”

you stared at him for a few seconds, almost like you didn’t know how to respond. kelso’s spirit was crushed until he noticed the flush of your cheeks before you replied,

“sure, i’d love to.”

“oh, great!” he sighed, “i’ll see you tonight if that’s okay.”

he turned to his friends that were watching the whole conversation and gave them a subtle thumbs up. he felt like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders, i mean, micheal kelso was not used to rejection so it would suck to get rejected by the one girl he actually wanted.
