What’s the problem with coffee? Everyone drinks multiple cups a day and I’m a weirdo and antisocial just because I don’t drink it . Is coffee really that bad?
Needing validation from others can lead you in health troubles.
Here are 10 reasons to qui coffee:
The caffeine in coffee increases catecholamines, your stress hormones.  The stress response elicits cortisol and increases insulin.  Insulin increases inflammation and this makes you feel lousy.
Habituation to caffeine decreases insulin sensitivity, making it difficult for your cells to respond appropriately to blood sugar.  High blood sugar levels lead to arterial deterioration and increased risk of mortality related to cardiovascular disease.
Unfiltered coffee has the highest amount of beneficial antioxidants yet also leaks the most diterpenes into your system.  These diterpenes have been linked to higher levels of triglycerides, LDL and VLDL levels.
The helpful chlorogenic acids which may delay glucose absorption in the intestine have also been shown to increase homocysteine levels- an indicator for increased risk of cardiovascular disease which tends to be elevated in diabesity.
The acidity of coffee is associated with digestive discomfort, indigestion, heart burn, GERD and dysbiosis (imbalances in your gut flora).
Addiction is often an issue with coffee drinkers and makes it really difficult to rely on the body’s natural source of energy.  Ask any coffee drinker about how it feels to withdraw from coffee, and you will mistake their story for that of a drug addict’s…
Associative addictions trend with coffee – who doesn’t immediately think of warm, frothy sweet cream and sugar when they picture coffee?  Surely the business of coffee has inspired a culture addicted to the sugary, fatty tastes of what has become more of a meal then a drink! That morning latte is the epitome of food lacking nutrition density yet packing energy!
5-HIA, an organic acid and component of the neurotransmitter serotonin ( the happy chemical) seen in the urine tends to be elevated in coffee drinkers which means they may be at risk for lower levels of serotonin synthesis in the brain.  Serotonin is necessary for normal sleep, bowel function, mood, and energy levels.  It is a vicious cycle as caffeine can disrupt sleep and promote anxiety and depression. We all know someone who tends to be tired, wired and over caffeinated!
Elevated urinary excretion of important minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium have been noted in coffee drinkers. An imbalance in your electrolyte status can lead to serious systemic complications.
Constituents in coffee can interfere with normal drug metabolism and detoxification in the liver making it difficult to regulate the normal detoxification process in the liver.  Another issue to be aware of with coffee intake is how certain medications such as levothyroxine (thyroid) as well as tricyclic antidepressants are poorly absorbed, making symptoms curiously worse for patients.

How did changing from omnivore to vegan change your mood? Do you notice a difference in mood eating hclf with starches vs hclf raw vegan?
Yes, I noticed a change in my mood when I got on the HCLF vegan wagon.
When I was omnivore, some days I didn't get enough carbs, becaus I didn't know carbs were paramount for humans. A lack of carbs causes the brain to be in survival mode. I was sad for no reason some nights.
When I learnt to eat enough carbs from fruit, starches and sugar, this is when I got clarity and mental strength.
Now let's talk about raw vegan vs starchy vegan. In my raw vegan (frugivore days with enough calories), I have great clarity and energy. On RawTill4 days (with starch for dinner), I notice that I have a slightly numbed mind, which is comfortable and useful when life circumstances get hard.

is there a benefit being fully raw?
A hclf raw vegan diet is the most efficient weight loss strategy that speeds up you metabolism. However, it's too hard to implement for most people. I mean it is hard emotionnally, financially and socially. I'd rather recommend eating lots of sweet tropical fruit till dinner, wich will be mainly made of starches and a minority of vegetables.

Why are my blood test results so good then? They're on YouTube.
And I don't eat these vegan steaks that are too realistic, I tried the Beyond Meat patty once, but I stopped eating that stuff as I don't trust their ingredients. However these vegan steaks don't destroy the environment. You're spewing nonsense without any proof, as always.

do you support LGBTQ+ 🏳️‍⚧️ 🏳️‍🌈?
Did you know that not all gays, trans people, etc. support LGBT madness? I have nothing against individual adults who decide to have their own special sexuality, as long as their sexuality stays between consenting adults. In this case that is none of my business. However, I don't support the LGBT lobby who indoctrinates kids, encouraging them to get mutilated and be sexually active at such a young age, when they are clearly not wise enough yet to make such serious decisions. I believe the LGBT lobby is led by pedophiles.

i have diabetes. I can’t try your diet. I eat meat. It’s fine and I’m cured as long as i don’t eat carbs. My doctor says meat is good because it has no sugar. Sugar will make my insulin go crazy. I do just fine eating meat.
Low-fat plant based diets can reverse type 2 diabetes in a few weeks.
You're missing out on healing. Fat prevents your insulin to work properly.
Banard will tell you to eat beans, grains, fruit and vegetables. He won't tell you to add sugar. You can add sugar once you're healed.
Listen to his conferences and read the abstrat of his studies about diabetes.
