I just finished a meditation session and holy stars,that was intense.

It was a guided meditation to meet your spiritual guide. I went to my inner safe space (that was super lovely and cozy, in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by forest). There were lots of birds chirping, and a little rabbit that followed me the entire time. Then I met my guide. Her name is Assai. She was incredibly tall and beautiful, not too talkative I must say. She had a reddish skin tone, brown wavy hair and a flower crown.

Sorry for the ramble, but I'm writing down everything asap before I start to forget details.
