This was my Hylics Christmas piece for 2023 that I put way too much love in, so I was determined to get it done no matter what!! Felt weird putting on Christmas music in spring to get in the mood www

And look! Even Wayne's little angel has showed up, holding her favorite bug!

Oh thank you, someone who knows more about Rotizal lore than I do! I'm aware that the Rotizals and Arirals seem to have a connection of some kind, and this can help better refine my Paracosm interpretation. I really, appreciate you correcting me, thank you very much! ♡♡♡

I once read on a YouTube comment about how this pyramid thing has probably been protecting the earth for millennia and thus the Great Pyramids in Egypt were made in its honor (this was before I learned of the Rotizols). Thus that has since stuck as her role within my Paracosm interpretation of VotV's universe.

She is a loving guardian of the earth, gracious and adoring of all Earthling life. While M. souls are not able to understand her (as they only hear the roars), D. souls such as Telfoso are able to pick up her voice in frequencies not audible to mortal ears.

#yeah my Paracosm is mainly what I sense off my Brain TVs and from my dreams but having canon knowledge is also important for me too! #I didn't even know there was an even greater leader than Pyramid! Good to know! I should learn more about the Arirals

Removing the UNDER 16 DNI.

I've been thinking about this for a while, and honestly, it is unfair. Yes, I cannot deny the traumatic and uncomfortable encounters I've had with kids 15 and under throughout the years, but you know .... I want everyone to be able to enjoy my work. I also cannot deny that a lot of young people seem to be drawn to what I do (from as far back as when I was a teen!), and it inspires them in some way. As someone who wishes to become a mother, it's very important to me that the young ones are encouraged to be themselves.

I will still apply boundaries, of course, but the DNI no longer applies to both of my blogs (here and +mothgoddesss). I will only block if I find out that you're engaged in unsavory behavior, but this applies regardless of age.

Every single new interest I get into, and I do mean EVERY SINGLE NEW INTEREST, is required to crossover with Sailor Moon with tailored Senshi fits at some point. It's been something I've been doing since I was five years old or so.

That being said, Gabriel is just a NATURAL at being a Senshi. I took more heavy inspiration from Eternal Sailor Moon since that one has wings! And well ... Gabriel is an arch-angel. Why is he just so BABYGIRL????

"Got 'im back for ya."

A few weeks ago, I had a VotV sequence in one of my dreams - Poor Dr. Kel was kidnapped by malicious aliens of some kind, but Wayne rescued him and was carrying him back to the base, where Betzy and an Ariral character were waiting worried. There was a very dense fog in the area, also.

It clued me on a few things, since the worlds of Hylics and Voices share the same D. Sector - in that Wayne and Dr. Kel have some sort of bond, and that Wayne rescues Dr. Kel from trouble pretty often.

Going on hiatus again. Meant to post this for a while, but I've been out of my medications for a while now and I will not be able to see a new doctor until further notice.

Should I play Hylics or should I watch somebody play Hylics?

The first Hylics game is relatively short - about 3 hours to four - and cheap so youcan play it in one go if you would like. The battles have a swirling effect in the background that might be nauseating so keepthat in mind if that's something to keep. If you're more used to watching others play, then you should watch; there's not too many Hylics playthroughs on yutube but well, they aren't bad. No vastness, though.

The second game is much longer and expansive. It is definitely more polished as a game and ifyou liked the first game then this is worth playing if youhave more than 6+ hours to spare. The visuals can be swirly again, so nausea warning for that. I think its worth the money and time especially if youre a fellow Abstraction Ambiguity enjoyer.

As of the 9th, I HAVE MADE IT TO GREENER PASTURES!!!!

I'm still getting settled into my new (and much larger) room, and my POD containing the rest of my things will not arrive until the 18th due to storms, but .... wow, I keep telling myself "I LIVE here now!" over and over again. I began crying upon coming from from the bumpiest plane ride ever and stepping through those doors as this house's newest resident - not a visitor anymore.

There's still a lot of work to be done, and it will certainly take some time until this room truly feels like my room. Nonetheless, I'm eternally thankful that this was allowed to happen (at the karmic cost of losing of my S10+three years of memories while visiting the old mall one last time). Monarch, Frambd, and I have been discussing on living together for a very long time; despite some unfortunate events expediting it, it's great that this is now my reality! New year, new chapter in my life!!

So what about art? While I have my essential sketchbooks and art supplies, I do not have everything. Still, there will be more frequent posting again, and maybe an illustration if I complete one!

MOVING HIATUS!

Salut, my friends! I hope that our new year is off to a good start.

Once more I must declare a hiatus; one week from now, I will be making a BIG move that I haven't done since 2008. There's a lot of preparation and packing to be done, and Adderall still remains harder to obtain.

You know that common neuroD. thing where we stim to music and formulate entire music videos inside of our minds (or animatics)? When Cure For Me was my loop song, I imagined Somsnosa singing it! So I dressed her up in a Hylician-style outfit based on what Miss AURORA wore in the music video.

NOTE: My interpretation of Somsnosa is from the original HYLICS, but some parts of her outfit are inspired from her HYLICS 2 design.

UPDATE: after much persistence and patience, I FINALLY GOT SOME ADDERALL AFTER OVER A MONTH WITHOUT IT! It is certainly making a difference and improving the progress of packing.

While I can't necessarily bust out the cool art yet (or work on CotY 2023), I may still be able to sneak in a drawing or two.
