I hope you guys don’t find this too inappropriate to post, but I thought I’d recreate one of my progress pictures that I had taken at my heaviest weight. I am standing in the same pose and wearing the same undies.
I love how I am feeling in my body lately and I cannot wait to continue getting better, faster, and stronger!
i’m so jealous of my boyfriend for being able to eat as much as he wants, he doesn’t have to count calories, and is always stuffing his face but i can still see his ribs.
NON BULKING EXCERCISE ROUTINE (efficient & moderate intensity)
this is my go to favorite daily excercise. it is time efficient, low-moderate intensity, and not too muscle bulking. i’m not a professional so take my advice with a grain of salt. this is the routine i always fall back on while restricting. feel free to copy the whole routine or adopt parts of it into your regimen. (i don’t know the total amount of calories this burns because i don’t subtract calories burned from my daily intake)
MORNING:
-100 jumping jacks
-1 full minute elbow plank
-30 second full plank
-15 second side planks each side
SHOWER:
-100 jumping jacks in bathroom pre shower
-30 tight arm circles in shower while conditioning hair
AGHHGSGS ok hi guys i have been binging for like 3 days but i’m starting off strong today bc i woke up 3 pounds heavier and ughghh that’s so frustrating, give me a week and i’ll be back under 130🙏🙏
day 1 of fix it fast diet and like the day is already almost over, i’m not even hungry tbh but i had a cup of blueberry green tea and now i think i’m going to make some broth bc i want something lol
god, i just want him to look at me and tell me to eat, i want him to worry about me and look at the bruises on my spine. i just want him to feed me and be proud. lol i also want him to be able to throw me because of how light i am, and ofc be able to hold me against the wall and fuck me lol💀
