hey guys,

i just want to say that after everything and Brett Gelman’s and Noah Schnapp’s overt display of zionism ….i feel too disturbed and uncomfortable to continue watching or caring about stranger things. as much as it hurts me (it does really badly) i think it’s time for me to move on from byler. as you can probably tell, i’ve barely posted on here in over a year because i’ve been so busy so naturally my interest started to decline either way.

i strongly dislike noah schnapp, but i do still believe will deserves a good ending. whether people watch or boycott stranger things, i do hope will ends up with the happiness he deserves.

it’s unfortunate this has to happen, but i feel it’s for the best. thank you all for being so kind and friendly to me when i was an avid part of the byler tumblr community. it was nice meeting all of you <3 i hope everyone is well and has a good rest of the year 💗

hey everyone!

as you can probably tell, i haven’t been the most active this year and i really apologize for that and thank you for your understanding. i would like to thank you for your continued support during this period of absence <3 i’ve been dealing with a lot of things including school, exams and personal stuff. especially my mental health, cuz it’s been really bad lately, which is why i took a break from posting on here (and all my other sideblogs). yet, i really felt that i needed a creative outlet for my feelings and i decided to give poetry a try. i immediately felt inspired to write, and i’ve written quite a few poems. i decided that i’d really like to share my voice with the world, and i decided to create a tumblr account to post my poems.

you don’t have to, but i’d really appreciate it if you shared your thoughts on them and any constructive criticism you may have :)

in the early morning serenity,

i find peace with beautiful clarity.

as the birds chirp through the windows,

the same ones i forgot to close.

white lines illuminate my room,

the sun i see, there it looms.

soft snores surround me,

i should be asleep.

but it’s okay,

as it’s a new day.

and sleep can be restored,

unlike this experience and much more.

nevertheless, i close my eyes,

and let tranquil sleep arise.

as the birds and cool air,

lead me there.

this feeling,

it permeates through the ceiling,

of the vessel that is my body,

of which one day i will be free.

emotions,

that we always try to shun,

but fail.

one day they will prevail.

pain,

it’s nothing but the chain,

of neurons that remind us,

of a life that adjusts.

and finally, tragedies,

are the agony,

of the way in which happiness,

slowly transforms into an abscess.

i’m alone and lost,

not knowing the cost,

of staying is this world.

a naive girl.

like the animals on the side of the street,

i move my feet.

not towards home,

i have none, i roam.

where am i going?

what should i bring?

should i return,

even though my stomach churns?

i call out loud,

strong and proud.

but no one comes,

i go mum.

a pinnacle of stability,

standing tall to its utmost ability.

nothing else could hold.

nothing could ever be so bold.

a restriction of entry,

for everyone except me.

designed to keep things out,

save for things i can’t go without.

for i built a wall around my heart,

right from the start.

because i know that unless i do,

my life will be forever blue.

but now that i saw him,

my life is less grim.

so i decided to break down the wall,

and wait for his call.

i definitely think mike is going to find out about the painting at the start of the season! this way byler’s story arc can start to kick off a little with byler’s confession coming hopefully a few episodes or so later :)

just saw a scene in s2 where el is watching tv and the dialogue on the movie is "you don't love me anymore?" "of course i love you"

paralleling the s4 mileven scene pls make a post on that 🙏🏻 i can't remember the episode but i found it so interesting, it made me think they knew mileven was set to failure since season 2
