When you’ve known your crush for years, then when you get older you try your best to hide how dorky/weird you are. Not too long into this process of hiding who you are; it slips out and they reply dorky back and you figure out they did the same, hiding their dorkiness/weirdness. You have more in common then you thought, you’re the best of friends now. You soon realize its too late; they’ve dated, hell probably still are and you’ve dated too, but currently your just lonely. At this time just proceed to do you and express yourself best you can and don’t chase anyone away. This is just life guys, be happy you know them though it made you a better person.
