BUT I MUST SAY- I am so glad that Willy lost a hand. I laughed at his pain

also i have a bad feeling that one of the group are going to take the doodlers powers instead of Willy- but it’s going to go wrong and corrupt them

we are only on episode 37?38? And the other season lasted 69 or so.

so either this one just happens to be shorter or we are all in for more pain!

I recently saw this T-shirt and the idea of Regulus Black being on the swim team makes his death much more tragic than it already was.

People often turn to sports as an anchor, a support in their life where the world seems to fade away and they are fully in control. They control how fast or slow they move, and it can cause them to feel in control of everything for a few seconds.

And for a boy like Regulus Black, whose life was determined before he was even born, control is something you would take every chance to latch onto. So the idea that this one thing he had that made him feel in control of his own life- this one thing that gave him an escape from his parents, Sirius leaving, a future he never chose. This one thing is what kills him in the end.

It’s the final nail in the coffin on his freedom. The whole idea that no matter what, he was never in control. That he couldn’t love things or care for them because how is loving something going to keep you alive? How is it going to keep you safe?

And I know it’s probably not that deep. But the idea that he’s dies loosing the only power he has makes his life and his death more heartbreaking.

Okay so personally I have never actually read IT but I’ve watched the movie- this being said I don’t know if Stephen king actually wrote half of bullying scenes in the book but my point still stands

that point being that the losers club would laugh in the face at those people in Hawkins like “oh they called you queer? Has someone ever tried to carve their own name into your stomach? Has someone ever attempted to cave your head in with a rock?” “Oh you’re being hunted? Typical fucking Tuesday man grow a pair”

like the differences in bully is just so EXREME. Another reason why I’m shocked at myself for being shocked when I found out Stephen king was on drugs when he wrote that

I was sitting there thinking about dungeons and daddies (like I always do) and a random thought occurred to me

So the next episode out is episode 31. The last season lasted 69 episodes I believe (because episode 68 was in two parts)

This means that (if we assume the two seasons are going to be running around the same length) we are almost half way through-

That made me think. What is going to happen once it’s over? Is the doodler going to be done with? Are we going to go further in time again or back?

Is it even going to be following the same stories about these dads? Maybe we will get a complete new story! I’m know for a fact that this podcast will carry on once season 2 is done

but I am unaware what is going to happen after and that is both exciting and terrifying!

So after today episode I can assume we are all shocked. And we also know the two ways to break an anchor:

anger/violence or empathy/being emotionally vulnerable

Now I think we can all agree that at some point an anchor is going to be someone we all don’t want to die. Someone important

now I love the whole Normal being an anchor at point- especially an anger one. And this is entirely possible! But I raise you this

Terry Jr as an anchor

imagine it. Scary knows what she has to do, it’s what Willy told her needs to be done and she trusts Willy. But there was an anchor close to them they didn’t seem to catch at first

And just as Normal realises it so does Scary. The last anchor is her stepdad. Maybe he’s the anchor of anger. Or maybe even loss. He lost his dad, Ron and maybe even his mother.

On top of that he feels like he’s lost his daughter scary though how could he loose something he never got to have in the first place? And in all of this maybe he even began to loose himself

Now Scary knows what she has to do. Willy said what she had to do. Destroy the anchor with hate and violence. And this one will be easy! She doesn’t like Terry. She would be better off without him

Terry as an anchor would be easily destroyed but would scary actually want to kill him? She loves her stepdad no matter how much she says otherwise and her mum loves Terry.

But she trusts Willy. So what would she end up doing? Killing her stepdad? Or having a heart to heart with him and destroying the anchor in the way they were supposed to do from the start.

With the new episode coming out Tuesday I decided to put in the rest of the bingo list I had created (this will continue to grow)

Hero is involved in the story somehow (this is a stretch mainly from the whole unsung hero thing)

Hermie or Link is the chosen one Jodie was talking about. Mainly because it would be funny if it were Hermie- the dude that’s always forgotten and I love Link. Or Taylor being the chosen one because that’s hilarious

if we meet the other dads- one of them has a dramatic thing about their lives that’s gonna get reviled. Like Carol and Darylls divorce or something that leaves us like “oh damn”

Willy dies (PLEASE!!)

Lark is either Normal or Hero’s father. No other reason other then the fact that I’m here for the drama (and while I love sparrow but how dare he not be proud of Normal)

the forgotten realms anchor is someone we know. Like a season 1 NPC or even one of the other dads or an object on them like Glenn’s

Willy betrays scary. THIS ONE IM SO POSITIVE ABOUT! Especially after last episode where Anthony literally told us that Willy was using Scary

Ron is an anchor. Mostly because I love Ron and want to see him again. And also because they like putting Ron through a little pain

All the kids end up being an anchor. I don’t know I feel a twist coming along. Like each of the anchors have a colour- actually imma need a whole post to explain this one

What comes from this is an entire family for a podcast that has become my entire life. A family that all I have done is hurt them and create hell for.

okay so I don’t know if this is an Anthony forgot thing or a thing that actually has a meaning.

so in season 2 we obviously get that scene where Terry Jr tells scary that he’s gonna die in that camp because the dice told him

now when we first get the dice I season 2 episode 1 the description we are given is “die another day. You roll a D20 and find out how you die. You can share the results with anyone. Lower rolls are worse ect ect”

now this means that if terry did roll the dice, he couldn’t tell scary what he saw. Now there is only 2 answers to this. Either Anthony and every else forgot the entire rules of the dice (this is probably the answer) OR Terry lied for some reason
