this is 38!! his power is memory manipulation! (click for captions) lots of info under the cut!!!

name: [undecided] age: about 14 pronouns: he/him (can vary based on appearance), maybe genderfluid? personality: show-off, impulsive, kind of a weeb, likes looking nice, he does things mostly for himself, selfish,... will develop this further sometime powers: [number 38]

- memory manipulation (moderate) anything he’s interacted with in any way before will be accessible through his skin. the more he interacts with it (e.g. touching a lot, looking at it from different angles, etc) the easier it is to make it again. it’s possible for him to use his power without cutting his skin but it’s more difficult to replicate 3D objects. he can make tattoos and anything flat on his skin but anything 3D will have to be formed through cut skin. when cut, the skin turns into film (? does it have a particular name? its just the stuff that goes around a film reel) and he is able to dig objects out of scenes in the reel. the skin he has cut will turn dark/dull in colour. overuse can lead to a weird semi-conscious state where all of his skin will turn dark/dull and his eyes, mouth, hair etc all turn white/glossy. its....sort of like ???% I guess?? cutting skin off directly when it’s in use (i.e. a film) will cause him to lose the memories on that film. he can also use the film to create clothes, hair, facial features, etc, as long as they’re all connected to him. however he's kind of a weeb and also likes looking nice so he uses it to impress others with cosplay, nice clothes, etc.

- skin manipulation (weak)  allows him to move skin he’s cut, as long as it’s still attached to him. he handles his skin much like his older brother 39 handles his snakes, even though his powers aren’t as unpredictable as a living animal is.

role in story/plot relevance: his actions involve amami (and therefore alice etc) and 05 (and therefore his background) into the plot, relationship with his brother 39 will probably be a big thing, most likely the protagonist, one of the people who have to stop the channeller [major character if not protagonist]

two ocs from a while back!! ive actually posted them once already in a large and outdated group thing that got no notes lmao :’) info under the cut:

first kid (pigtails, sweater, pants) name: [undecided] age: about 15 pronouns: she/her, trans girl personality: shy, awkward, (not popular and doesn't have many friends), will develop this further sometime powers: spirit channelling (weak), only works on deceased people [number undecided] role in story/plot relevance: has a crush on the second kid, spirit channelling abilities noticed by malevolent group, lured into said group through the second kid (who is possessed), put under intense training and stress to amplify newfound channelling abilities, forced or tricked into channelling the ‘god’, attack scene is kind of like a boss fight involving the other characters trying to stop the channelling process/the already channelled god [relatively major character]

second kid (glasses, puffer jacket, skirt) name: [undecided], referred to as ‘nana’ or ‘na’ for now (from the term ‘n/a’ as she has no powers) age: about 16 pronouns: she (may change) personality: a bit aloof, cool kid, low-key delinquent/maybe has a delinquent sibling (also doesn't have many friends), will develop this further sometime powers: none [no number] role in story/plot relevance: possessed by a person with spirit-based abilities, used to lure the first kid into the god-summoning group, will most likely protect her somehow [relatively minor character]
