I feel so fucking lonely and i dont know what to do about it. I don't know how to make friends. I don't know how to endear myself to people. I love my parents but we aren't close and maybe that's on me. I want affection so badly but I have no idea how to fucking ask for it and I think sometimes I wonder if i deserve it.

#and today #i am jealous bc my uncle came to visit and gave my cousin one of his shirts but not me #and maybe it's not fair to feel like that #but i do #and i think the only reason i latched on to him is because he is such a Dad Guy #like he is that Dad #my dad and i arent close emotionally despite how much we love one another and he has never been that type of dad #who takes care of you so blatantly and is protective and affectionate #and my uncle is that Dad #and i guess i want a sample of that you know #but my fucking anxiety goes haywire around him #and i overthink wverything i say and do around him and it sucks and its weird and it's almost as if i am seeking his approval and man #thats fucked up #he is not my dad #but he is an easy dad to latch on to #and i guess i am just hurt but its not hia fault he doesnt owe me shit #i just want to feel cared for #and i feel ungrateful saying that because my dad does take care of me #its just in different ways #idk #daddy issues #i guess #lonely #anxiety
