Family Time
Amazing family time. Janet is queen of the holidays as she was our lovely host. Michelle (Shell), my sister, flew in from Tennessee. Good food, lots of laughs, some competitive Janga, and blessed with some family time. Love them and have missed them all.

Today makes 45 years that this man has been alive. His heart and his kindness truly sets him apart. His entire world is God 1st and then his family. He's an amazing husband, father, son, brother, and papa Ben there is. He's the calmness in the midst of the craziness. He's my bestfriend and truly my soul mate ❤. Ministry and giving back is just a normal part of life, no matter how busy he is.

I love my homemade pho and ramen soups. Low calorie, high protein, low salt and lots of flavor. So I saw immi with 22g of protein, 310 calories & 6g of net carbs 🤔 hummm. And you add your own toppings. I'm game to give it a try 👍. If any one out there has tried immi, give me your thoughts.

I love studying the Bible. It is an endless book of treasures (literally). God has favorites all throughout the Bible. Wood, stones, flowers, birds, even down to oils. Our favorite time in the house in when the oil is filling up the air, worship music is on, lights are dimmed and Ben Smith and I just pray, study or learn to be still and just listen. I found this really great sheet of oils I came across years ago and I would like to share them with you. Feel free to share or print up.
