I've been loving digging out my workout DVDs again. I used workout DVDs for years and they had me in great shape back in the day.
Today, I got the Cathe Friedrich Cross Train Xpress workout Leaner Legs, and it was FAAAARRRR harder than I remembered it being. Guess that's why the nickname for it is Meaner Legs.
