Bone correspondences
A little while ago, I realized that there is NO info on what bones to use for what. I was clueless and had no idea where to begin. Research was fruitless and asking others came with no results.
So I sat down during preap algebra 2 and made my own list.
These are my own correspondences, based off of what I felt like and remembering bits of spells I’d thought about. They are 100% my own, taken from no one.
Please give me credit if you use it anywhere else :)
I also know I haven’t included every bone out there, if I missed one msg me, I’ll give it some thought and see what happens! :D
▪Teeth- communication, learning other language, news, defense
▪Skull- thoughts, divination, communication, spirit work, astral
▪Spine- support, confidence, level headed
▪Arm- help, blocking (curses, hexes, psychic attacks, etc)
▪Wrist- flexibility, hard work
▪Hand- art, artistic ability, creativity, energy
▪Fingers- fluidity, progress, endurance
▪Nails/ claws- fighting, protection, finding things out, knowledge, struggle, balance
▪Rib- agility, protection
▪Hip- ebdurance, keeping it together
▪leg- endurance, travel, strength
▪Ankle- movement, moving on, catalyst
▪Foot- endurance, moving on, leaving things behind, hard work, independence, luck
▪Toe- balance, help, prosperity, money, changing luck (for the better or worse)
▪Tail- (like actual bones in the animals tail, not the tailbone) agility, secrecy, alarm, cursing
(Edited to include:)
▪Antlers- strength, endurance, masculine energy, Cernunnos, protection, more centered toward nature and earth, deflecting curses, and hope.
▪Horns- wealth, the home, determination, aggressive protection, more centered toward that which is man made, and cursing
▪Wings- adventure, deviating from the norm, sending/ receiving messages, travel, starting a new adventure/ path, hope, luck, wishes, comfort (let it be amplifying or taking away) The type of bird would also affect the correspondences; the wing bones, to me, would increase the things the bird stands for

Drawing Down the Rain
Take four seed pods of the devil’s claw and set them facing each cardinal direction with their pointed horns. In the middle, light myrrh incense and set a dish containing a mixture of holy water and wine. Raise up your hands to the clouds and the spirits within, and sing:
io, nubes aireae, in caelo pererrantes, matres patresque pluviarum fecundarum, in toto mundo fructus annutritis, cum venti vehementibus, fulmina formidulosa de caelis missa. vaditis cum spiritu ventorum: vos compello! fer imbres almos ad agris nostris.
(O heavenly clouds, who run amongst the heavens, mothers and fathers of the fruitful rains, in all the world you feed the crops, with impetuous winds, sending terrible thunders from the sky. you rush with the spirit of the winds: I urge thee! Bring nourishing showers to our fields.)
Sprinkle the wine and water in each of the four directions until all is gone. Allow the incense to burn out and leave the devil’s claw pods where they stand.

did you make the book or purchase it and if you made it, by chance do you sell replicas?
I purchase already bound leather books but would love to make my own one day. I actually have yet to to complete a whole book lol. I don’t get much time to work on it unfortunately but if you see any pages that you might like I’m sure that I could create a digital version in Photoshop. It might take me a while though lol.

~Latin for Witches (and a Spell in Latin)~
Lesson I – Introduction
We all loveLatin. Latin is a majestic, beautiful and undoubtely melodic language. It’sbased on Ancient Greek and it has been used for magical purposes for centuries.Lots of witches up to this very dayuse it for their magical workings, spellwork, rituals, incantations, etc.As we all know all romance languages (spanish, romanian, portuguese, french,italian, etc) originate from Latin, so if you happen to be a native speaker ofone of the above languages, Latin is going to be a piece of cake for you.However, even if your mother tongue IS English, Latin is going to be fairlyeasy for you, too, so GOOD NEWS HERE.In fact, most english words originate from Latin, and some of them areprecisely the same in english (words like status, ego, etc). But let’s cut tothe chase, shall we?
We all knowthere’s something special, somethingmajestic, something mystical, somethingmysterious about this language. Soit’s no coincidence that people have been using Latin for their magical workingsfor so long. If you’re someone who does not practice Magick, you, too, arewelcome to join us and learn Latin. If you’re someone who does practice Magick,you’re at the right place, because we will start from the very basics, and wewill be crafting up spells in Latin from the very first lesson. SAY YES IF YOULOVE THAT !YES, you read that right. So, let’s START at once and have some FUN!
OK. I donot like rambling so simple things first.
In Latinthere are no articles whatsoever. So, no articles.
In Latin,the genders are three, masculine, feminine and neuter. Keep that it mind. Wewill not be focusing on grammar here so I won’t be boring you with it. But justkeep that it mind for now but do not memorise anything. Right…
~SECRET TIPS AND TRICKS~ (Again, do notmemorise anything. Just read, practice and have FUN since very soon you will beable to give your spells a very special and sophisticated… flavour.)
The Letter E is ALWAYS pronounced ‘EH’ as in TELL
The Letter C is always pronounced K as in crazy,crisp, cool NEVER like cease, cemetary.
The Letter I is always pronounced EE as in SIT,never like kite, spike.
The Letter G is always pronounced G as in great,garbage, never like gem, gibberish
ALL the other letters are pronounced exactlythe same we pronounce them in English. SO, that’s easy to remember.
The verybasics now: Let’s start:
Ego = I(pronounced EH-goh)
Tu = You(singular) (TOO)
Ille = He (EE-leh)
Nos = We (NOHS)
Vos = You(VOHS)
Now theverb to be… which is:
Ego sum(EH-goh SOOM) = I am | Ego sum Jason = I am Jason
Tu es (TOO –EHS) = You are (sing.) Tu es dives (TOO EHS DEEV-ehs) = You are rich
Ille est(EE-leh EH-st) = He is Ille est maleficus (EE-leh EHST ma LEH fee koos) He is awitch
Nos sumus(NOHS SOO-moos) Nos sumus malefici: We are witches. (NOHS – SOO-MOOS mah-LEH-fee-keeh) We arewitches
Congratulations!You have just learned the verb to be and most personal pronouns. Easy, isn’tit? Well, Latin IS easy AND FUN!!! Let’s continue, but enough withintroductions, let’s dive right in and check out an actual spell written inLatin. After we do that, we will be able to make our very own.
~COMMONWORDS that we use in magick and spells:
So mote itbe (sic fiat) =( SEEK FEE-aht)
Voco = Icall upon/ Summon = (VOH-coh)
Maleficus =witch (male –literally: evil-doer) / Malefica (female) Mah-LEH-fee-koos/ Mah-LEH-fee-kah
Volo = [VOH-loh]I want
Prosperitas= Prosperity (proh-SPEH-ree-tahs) (the letter“I” is ALWAYS pronounced “ee” as in tee-hee LOL)
Habeo =HAH-beh-oh I have
Omnia =OHM-nee-ah = everything
Venite =Come! (imperative, plural form – command) VEH-nee-teh
Fortuna =Luck ( fohr-TOO-nah)
Dives =Rich (DEE-vehs)  and riches
Now… let’s see an actual spell, one thatcontains most of the above words. This particular spell is for luck, prosperityand abundance. Let’s take a look.
Tumblr media
Fortuna, Prosperitas et Abundantia HabeoOmnia. Pecuniavenit ad me. Habeoomnia. Are there any Czech or Czech speaking witches out there (or anyone, really) who could get me more info on this manuscript? All I know is that it’s “Instructions for exorcism. Used in Bohemian burial customs,” and located in the ethnographic museum in Prague.

Here’s a work that again is clearly connected to the grimoire CLAVIS INFERNI, and the demon kings. The magical script used is called ‘Passing of the River’ and underneath the winged Ouroboros it reads IHVH but written backwards though that could be due to the script being based on Hebrew = right to left. The Ouroboros is encircling the Seal of Urieus, Demon King of the east, with the thwarting godname underneath. The winged creature above looks to be the Ravenna monster but has the thwarting angelname and godname for the demon King Paymon above it in Passing the River script which is a bit confusing. I’m not too sure about the two Boars either, other than the visuals. The Boar to the right is missing the left ear, and the Boar to the left has his left hoof up against the Ouroboros.
Any help or ideas would be most welcome.

I’ve been pretty damn busy. Lmao. Here’s another glimpse in the GreyGrimoire.
The top two images are one spell. It takes up two pages. That spell is an enchantment to cause an item to have a radial effect that prevents the energy distribution of anxiety. The bottom left image is a spell to assist with conscious manifestation. And the bottom right is a spell to ensure that karma plays a roll in the outcome of a targeted event.

Here’s something I purchased not too long ago from here in England. The talisman dates from circa 1760, which originates from the New Forest area here in England. It measures 16 inches long, so it’s also pretty big. I noticed it has strong links to the classic grimoire CLAVIS INFERNI or Key to Hell (Skinner & Rankine - 2009). I also have a feeling that whoever created it used the Clavis Inferni manuscript as their main source… and if that’s true, then it’s a big deal! I’m far from an expert so if anyone can set me straight or add something then please feel free to do so.

Concerning Dark Objects and How to Make Them
Tumblr media
These are inspired by the series The Originals. Davina and Kol started making these cursed objects and I liked the concept so now it’s a real witchy thing! I don’t if anyone came up with these yet, but I’ve never seen them around so here ya go!
What are Dark Objects?
Dark objects are basically active enchanted items. Items which you have linked a spell to, and is activated by a trigger set in place by the caster.
Components of a Dark Object:
The Focus: The Focus is the item itself, so a necklace, a ring, or something like that. I personally really like using jewelry as Foci, but that’s just my aesthetic. You could literally use anything, I’ve used a spoon before.
The Source: The Source is the source of power that fuels the item. The simplest one would be to infuse the object with all the energy needed for the spell. You can play with the source to turn it into more of a trigger.
The Trigger: The Trigger is what, well, triggers the spell. I like using a movement, or a small rhyme, as it’s pretty easy, but you could make it so it’s activated when the object is broken, or when a certain person does a certain thing.
The Link: Related to the trigger, this component is optional. It allows to make the use of this item reserved to a certain person.
The Glyph: This is more of a personal thing, but I like to use a glyph with different geometry in it to relate to the spell itself. It helps to redirect the energy into the object, and to govern the energies better. Circles are used to indicate the flow of energy, and to contain energy. Squares are used to represent the four elements, as each corner represents one direction. Lines are used to link different components to each other (more on that in another post). Triangles are used to implement structure and strength to the enchantment. Spirals are used to direct the energy of the Purpose
The Purpose: Basically the herbs and objects you would use for the spell if you weren’t going to use it as a cursed object. I don’t reccomend poppets, or other types of representative magic, due to the fact that it could make a monkey’S paw effect take action, but anything else is good.
How to make a Dark Object:
Making these can take a little bit of planning, of course, but I personally think they’re worth it.
First you want to pick a Focus. I reccomend something related to the spell, and easy to carry with you. Then, decide on the spell you want to put into the Object. Gather your Purpose and make sure you have everything you need. Then you want to design the glyph, if you’re going to use one. I reccomend using one of my chalk recipes depending on what you want to do. You should also decide on what you want your trigger to be. I reccomend a rhyme, rubbing the object, destroying it, or doing a certain movement. You also want to set up anything that you’ll be able to draw power from, like candles, crystal elixirs, music, whatever helps you raise energy.
Trace your glyph out, and set everything up. Place your Purpose on the assigned spots of the glyph, or just throw them in a box. If you’re going to use the glyph, make sure the Purpose is placeed at the end of a spiral going towards the Focus or lines going towards it. If using a glyph, your candles should be used as Purpose, to send power to the Focus. Now, it’s time to start casting.
Write out a contract stating the trigger, and the overall intention of the spell using whichever alphabet you prefer. I like using Ogham or runes, but you can also use regular script. If using a Link, wrap it up in the contract, or smear your blood or the person’s blood unto the word. or phrase stating the trigger. If the Source isn’t physical or premeditated, state what it will be when you need to use the object, for example feelings, or entropic energy. Burn the contract and mix the ashes with water or a brew related to the spell. Anoint the object with the mixture. Now you want to raise energy and direct it into the object. Visualize the object sucking in all the energy of the purpose and the Source, if used. Chant the intention of use of the object, preferably rhyming, and visualizethe use of the object. Act as if you were casting a regular spell, but isntead of sending it into the world, send it into the object so it may act as a vessel.
Using the Dark Object:
You want to carry the object with you for when you use it, obviously. Use your trigger and state the target of the spell. Once cast, the object will probably feel different. Less charged, or lighter even. Once the object has been used, you can reenchant it with the same spell you used, or cleanse it in salt and moonlight for an entire night and use a different spell on it.
Depending on what Source you link to the dark object, for example your feelings, you could probably cast the spell as many times as the Source is powerful enough.
Ideas for Dark Objects:
A pendant used to suddenly make you extremely attractive to all around you.
A bracelet used during a test to remember the answers.
A ring to bring intense luck when gambling.
An earring rubbed to curse that one person who wronged you isntantly.
A knife with storms as Source used to cut the clouds and make the sun shine.
The possibilities are endless! Have fun with it :)
