What Is Food? Every single day, in America and other parts of the world. people get up and eat, what we call breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sometimes many other meals in between. If you take a good look, especially in America, there is an epidemic of obesity, that spans all ages and sex. Yes, men, women and children are becoming fatter, but. is food supposed to do that to us? Absolutely not. So, it is time for us to revisit, what food actually is, and where he have gone wrong, because, food is not supposed to make you sick or fat. We, as a nation have been doing something awful wrong and if we want to live a long and meaningful life, we need to address our mistakes today. Improper eating has taken or caused the deaths of millions of people over time, and have saddened many families at the loss of their loved ones, but it didn't have to happen, had we done things more by nature, and not by simply the smell and taste of what we called food.
