Hey, you doing okay? Haven’t heard from you in a while.
Eh. Life low key, high key imploded, so haven't been able to be online much the past month or so. Hopefully can get back to it more regularly soon.
Everyone is mostly, okay. One of many things is I'm dealing with some Shigaraki levels of eczema, and it's not helping the brain spice levels; which isn't always the greatest fanfic writing mindset. Then car drama, and kid getting kicked out of therapy for putting his head through the window....
Life has been a lot. A LOT. So much life. Much life, such living.

Hello! I hope everything is going well with you and your family.
I was wondering, since you probably also read omegaverse, if you could recommend a author, story, small headcanons, etc.?
I just can't find any good stuff like yours and it is getting frustrating!
Thank you in advance!♡
Hello! I have been... Not good unfortunately. 2022 decided to end with a bang of me getting the flu/a lung infection so bad I was coughing up blood! :D
But good omegaverse recs, huh? Oof. That's... Gonna be a little tricky. A lot of the blogs I liked the best were created in 2020 peak pandemic and then subsequently abandoned/ deleted/ shadow banned somewhere mid 2021. I've kinda become a pretty big "write the content you want to see" type creator. Also, I read so much smut like so much, seriously, I am filth. But I'll see what I can dig up.... Not all of these are ABO, but the rec list is going to be a lot shorter if I keep it restricted.
RECS-
The author has abandoned the blog, but PlainBrunettelbl has long been my go to for fluff omegaverse content.
Thetrashywritingwitch has some good stuff.
Ro writes some god tier stuff. It's Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, no BNHA at all; but seriously god tier smut.
It's been a while since I read it, but remember enjoying. Paper-Mirio's Someone Entirely New . It's a phone text based fic, so a lil different from the norm.
This one is a AO3 link, because I'm honestly not sure of their current blog address, but Cheeky_Kitsune has the best Fatgum stuff.
bnhaewritings has some good smut.
If yandere tickles your fancy, Mari has some great stuff
My darling Krystal has been busy, but has some good stuff in her masterlist.
Miggi writes a wonderful smut.
That's all the ones I can think of off the top of my head (that I won't have to ask permission before mentioning them, anyway.) I browse through the bnha omegaverse tag, mostly and see what I can find. Good luck. It's honestly pretty hard to search stuff on tumblr. If you find authors you like, it's worth poking around and seeing if they've done any collabs. That can usually help find new people... (I know there at least used to be a big BNHA writer's discord out there that did events. I never was a part of it though, so not sure how active they are anymore.)

28 and 29, please.
28. Any writing advice that works for you and you feel like sharing?
This is absolutely not a brag, this is a “wish I had more advice.” Writing comes very naturally for me. It’s my niche and comfy spot. I’ll try my best, though! But some tips…
When editing, change your font to Comic Sans. (I haven’t been doing this lately, and I need to again.) It might be the “annoying font,” but seriously the trick works.
Don’t write at the same place you play if you can avoid it. So if you game at your desk, write at the couch, etc. This can help you get in a “work mode.”
If you’re just starting to get into writing, there are two different directions for getting started. Either 1. The stream of consciousness, or 2. Something with a lot of rules and structure.
The stream of consciousness is where you set a timer, 5 minutes to start, maybe; and you just write whatever comes into your head. And I do mean whatever. No need for punctuation, the goal is words in a page. Your first few streams of consciousness might look like- “What the fuck am I doing this is so dumb fuck fuck fuck balls balls is a weird term maybe I should get pasta later”. And that’s great! The idea is to get in the habit of putting words on a page, no matter how silly it might initially feel.
Now if directionless chaos scares the shit out of you, I recommend starting with writing with rules. Haikus are great examples of this, as well as a few different types of poetry. (Not sonnets, wouldn’t wish that on a beginner.). Sometimes set rules help to give structure to work within. Heck, if fanfic is your intention, song fics can be a good, unintimidating place to start. Just follow the plot of a “story” song. “Popular” from wicked could easily become a fic about Mina giving someone a makeover for example.
Final blurbs of random advice, if you’re seriously struggling to figure out where the story should be going, you probably made a mistake/ wrong choice about 2-3 paragraphs back.
Read your dialog out loud to yourself. Can really help when it comes to sounding natural.
The biggest thing is to let go of all embarrassment. We live in a world where people are selling smut books about getting ravaged by Tetris pieces. Cringe is dead.
29. What’s the hardest thing about writing?
As my favorite writing Professor said, the art of writing is the art of applying the seat of one’s pants to the seat of one’s chair. And that’s pretty true. The hardest part is literally… just doing it. Sitting down and starting to write without getting discouraged or distracted. And some days you get one sentence and by god you worked hard for that sentence. It can be seriously, hard ass work.

25. Is writing the whole thing beforehand better or worse than writing it as you go? (please❤️)
Oof. Good question. Both have their merits. Writing as I go has been fun. It relieves the daunting pressure that comes with trying to complete a big project all at once. It also lets me make snap decisions and changes more easily, especially when I get audience feedback that mentions points I would have overlooked.
That being said, it annoys me that I can’t easily go back to enhance plot points or fix continuity errors. I don’t want to go back over posted chapters and change things (other than typos) because that could mean erasing someone’s favorite part. But I also find the idea of going back and essentially rewriting an entire fanfic to fix my personal nit picks to be exhausting.
So long story short, for me personally, I do find writing as I go easier. I will continue doing it that way for my longer projects. Might experiment with writing 2-3 chapters ahead (but I usually get impatient for internet validation and post ASAP.)

First, second, or third person?
Share a snippet from a wip without giving any context for it.
Do you work on a single project or many at the same time? How does that work for you?
Can you accurately predict how long your fics are going to be? If you can, what's your secret?
What is it about watching the same two idiots falling in love over and over again?
Dialogue or description? Why is the other one so hard?
Thoughts on flashbacks/flashforwards.

Damn Katsukis and readers kids are so cute!!! I just want more headcanons about them, please?
I shall do my best!
Hmmm…. Well I’ll start by saying I’m super hesitant to give the kiddos names. Fan kid names are something that can take me out of a story so fast because the name used is the name of my ex’s cousin’s goldfish’s former owner. Plus with anime, it’s doubly hard because English names or Japanese?
That being said, I know the name of the theoretical third child who is a trans boy- birth name doesn’t matter. But after coming out, he eventually names himself Izuku. (He loves Uncle Deku more than air, and is twice as reckless as Deku. Kid has Bakugou terrified for his bones. Kid literally jumped out a window onto a (insufficiant) pile of pillows to test if he had a flight quirk. Unhinged child.)
Kiddo one is one of those extremely bossy children. Occasionally gets into trouble at school because she tries to boss around her teachers. Very tough, but very girly. Super into pink and glitter and the whole Disney princess vibe. Likes to wear a tiara everywhere. Bakugou often calls her his little princess. But she isn’t afraid to get in knock down drag out playground fights either. She remains very femme even when she gets older. She is going to be a serial dater for a while and it will give Bakugou a coronary. She probably would attend UA.
Kiddo 2 is calm 90% of the time, but he’s the schemer of the family. He’s good at knowing how to manipulate his sister into doing what he wants. Reader sees through it most of the time, but usually doesn’t stop him unless it’s potentially dangerous. His quirk is that he can summon little fire sprites from existing flames. He’s nervous about his quirk for quite a while, because he doesn’t want to loose control of the sprites and maybe accidentally start fires. Todoroki ends up helping him a lot with that, and trains with him often. (Also think training with kiddo would help the Todoroki in this AU to help heal from his fear that he’d ruin any children he had by turning into his parents.). As kiddo 2 grows older, he figures out he wants to work in entertainment/pyrotechnics.

...Since reader and Katsuki can get pregnant, both also have their periods, right?
Nope!
Omegaverse is based around the idea of estrous cycle. (Aka heat cycle.). So, like cats and dogs, omegas have “heats” instead of periods. Wikipedia can probably explain it much better than I can, but the difference is essentially this- heats are massive spikes of reproduction hormones and sex drive that can significantly effect that behavior of the one in heat. However, the uterine lining gets absorbed back into the body instead of a week’s worth of shredding and ejecting.
So at very least, omega males don’t get periods. I’d have to think about it logistically beyond that about the rest of the world…. Think that would mean periods for AFABs if fertile outside of heats/ruts if I were playing by real biology rules, though…. (It’s my fantasy world and not all the rules always make sense. 😛)
If you want to talk Bakugou with a period though, trans man Bakugou is 💘.

How would a normal day for Katsuki and reader look like with their 2 kids?
A normal day with two kids isn’t going to be too different from how things were prior to kids, honestly. Still getting up early, but now having to get two kids up as well. Bakugou and reader shower in the morning, and bathe the kids at night before bed. Reader is able to bring the kids to work with her sometimes, or they get dropped off with the appropriate people. Kiddos would probably be watched by Bakugou’s (extremely doting) parents until old enough for preschool. (Bakugou’s agency also offers daycare, but just try to pry grandbabies away from Mitsuki and Masura.). Reader and Bakugou at some point talked about if either of them would want to stay at home parent, and at the 2 kid level that isn’t the case. (If they hit 5 kids, reader would take a break from working and stay home a few years, probably.). Though there’s one year where Bakugou gets a pretty bad knee injury and he takes that year to stay home with the kids.
Bakugou does most of the meal prep for lunches. Reader is the one who sneaks treats like mochi into their bentos. Bakugou pretends not to notice. And reader pretends not to notice that Bakugou leaves an empty space in the bentos specifically for reader to place said treats.
Usual work routine for reader and Bakugou. Reader gets done earlier and picks up the kids. Most days they head back home, but some days they go to the agency to pick up Bakugou. ( Kiddos love the opportunity to see uncle Kiri and use him like a jungle gym. Kiri will chuck those kids 5+ feet in the air and catch them again. As much as she trusts Kiri, it gives reader a mini heart attack every time.). Bakugou loves when the family picks him up, but it sometimes spikes his anxiety. He wants to show off his family, but he doesn’t want the kiddos faces to be well known. He’d never want them to be targets of Villains or paparazzi. (Paparazzi do occasionally snap photos, but after several tabloids received heavy public backlash, it slowed down a lot.). Though they did use the kiddos to model the Dynamite baby merch line when the kids were little little.
At home, it’s very domestic. Homework help when needed, snacks, nest snuggles, and just spending time in the same space together. Bakugou would insist on the kiddos helping with dinner a few times a week so that they learn how to respect and kitchen early. Movie nights are Friday when the kids get to stay up an extra hour. Kiddos go to bed a couple hours before Bakugou and s Reader, to ensure they still get time just as a couple.

Could we get a few hedcanons about readers relationship with the pups (From For Caramel Like Chocolate)?
I can sure try! I haven’t really fleshed out the fan kids, but I’ll do my best!
Kiddo 1 idolizes Bakugou, and tends to get along best with him. She’s a tiny female clone of him essentially, so fair enough. Reader doesn’t take it bad that kiddo has a clear preference. Finds it funny if anything. It’s not too difficult to “handle” Kiddo 1, because basically mini Bakugou. And as much as Kiddo loves Katsuki, when kiddo is sick or hurt, they really cling to reader. Bakugou is too fussy and reader is much calmer.
Beta boy/ Kiddo two is the one that is most like reader. He and reader are usually the two calm ones sitting on the sidelines watching the chaos that is the rest of the family. Kiddo 2 very much does his own thing most of the time. However, kiddo two is very pragmatic about knowing what parent to go to in specific situations. Quirk advice? Reader. Someone’s bully him? Bakugou. While his siblings would be dog piling on Katsuki to roughhouse, Kiddo 2 is much more the type to be nestled into reader’s side reading a book or playing a video game.
Don’t really have super solid, decisive ideas about any other theoretical children, so leaving it there for now, I think. If people are invested/ want more fan kid content, I’ll give it more serious thought/effort.

Okay, but these past days for you are just horrible! Like, are you okay? Computer broken, getting sick and now a car accident. This is just not your luck... hope it gets better 🙏!
Now to my question...
How would a normal day for Katsuki and reader look like ?(Can be before the story, after, with kid 1, with kid 2) Make your choice!
It is never ever a dull moment. It hasn’t exactly been my year. Most of it would be easier to handle if it didn’t straight up torpedo finances. But on to the question-
A normal day, post story-
5AM wake up. They have a specialty nesting bed that they use pretty much exclusively. Bakugou wakes up slowly most mornings and 5AM allows them time to not rush. Reader will lay out both their outfits for the day and then make coffee or tea while Bakugou showers. Then Bakugou will cook breakfast while reader showers.
Breakfast together is a pretty quiet affair (even after children.). Quiet eating, scrolling phones or watching news on tv while idly playing footsie under the table. Bakugou would insist on escorting reader to work, and reader would get there at about 7AM. Bakugou would be able to get to his agency by 7:30 or so. From there, they work. Reader teaches at some sort of early level, maybe kindergarten? Bakugou patrols, usually with Kiri. The average day would be pretty calm. Maybe some petty crime.
Especially in the early days after moving in together, Bakugou tries to spend lunches with reader. Just likes to be able to check in and it’s comforting to be able to scent each other especially if it’s been a rough morning. The school had to politely but firmly tell Katsuki to either stop coming or disguise himself a heck of a lot better. He was practically causing a riot whenever the kids noticed him. Reader’s students are absolutely star struck.
Reader gets off work first. Katsuki is clingy in that he doesn’t like that reader walks home alone. Reader often ends up with a hero friend escort anyway because everyone knows her schedule. That honestly makes Bakugou a lil bit grumpier because he should be the only one keeping his mate safe.
Reader gets home, does chores if needed, and usually starts on supper. Bakugou tends to get home an hour later. Most evenings are quiet. Eating, snuggling on the couch, just being in the same room together. You both try to leave work at work and just enjoy each other on your own time. Plenty of sweet and lazy make outs in the evening. Maybe sex if you both aren’t too tired. Then bed.
Basically once things settle, it’s very much quiet domesticity.

Would Katsuki like to be doted on during his pregnancy? I have a feeling that he would, especially if it’s his mate doing it. Would rather die than let someone else console him because he saw a teeny baby onesie, but if it’s his mate he’s snuggling up to them and letting himself go lol.
Also I’m so sorry you got into an accident, I hope you’re alright ❤️ I love your works
I think it’s a thing that grows on him. (And in him.) 🥁 *rimshot*
But seriously, it took him a little bit to get comfortable with being doted on in general, so absolutely takes him a bit to get used to being spoiled for being pregnant. At first I could see him being extremely defensive. “I am Katsuki Bakugou, a pro hero. I don’t need someone else getting me hard candy/ginger ale because the smell of my own agency makes me queasy now.”
Agree that he’d have the easiest time letting reader take care of him and letting him experience pregnancy authentically. But honestly? I could absolutely see this as the time that Denki and Bakugou mend things 100%. Because Denki would have had 2-3 pups at this point. (He and Shinso waste 0 time. They have an oops baby Denki’s first heat they’re together.). Denki would have the unique position of being the only one who gets it entirely. The male pregnant pro hero omega stress. Even reader doesn’t 100% understand all the specifics like Denki would. Denki would be able to push some self care at Bakugou and talk some sense into him about how he has two tons of hormones coursing through his already temperamental system, of course the tiny baby booties are enough to make him tear up right now. It’s natural.
The rest of the pack would also get away with doting just a little once Bakugou makes a little more peace with himself. Cuddle privileges would mostly be reserved for Reader and kiddo 1, though.

Since a Anon already asked how the reader would take care of a sick bakugou, how would bakugou take care of a sick reader?
Soup. So much soup. When Bakugou is nervous, he vents emotion into cooking. Sick reader makes Bakugou nervous. Nervous Bakugou cooks. Sick people need soup. So Bakugou makes soup. Way too much soup. Bathtubs worth of soup.
He’s a bit of a fuss pot. Will peer in the door and watch to make sure you’re still breathing. Doesn’t matter if he can hear your congested snoring from blocks away, he’s still going to check.
He wouldn’t think of “gadgets” himself, but if reader of a packmate suggests something that works for them (personal face steamer, neti pot, heating pad, etc.) he will absolutely get and use that.
Will not give cuddles and kisses. He loves you, but you’re a germ. Face mask and gloves when dealing with you. (Unless you whine and him and ask softly.)

How would bakugou help reader with her ruts after the story(FCLC)? Since I think some things changed.
It’s going to be an awkward process for both Bakugou and Reader, because Reader has been suppressing ruts for years. So, reader doesn’t really know what she needs. And obviously Bakugou doesn’t either. For early rut, Reader is actually more of an “I’m uncomfy and grumpy and really just want to be left alone,” person. But reader also will forget to hydrate and eat enough at this stage. So it takes a while to figure out what works. Bakugou would initially feel very rejected by Reader’s “Leave me the f alone and quit bugging me.” Attitude. It takes them both a couple ruts to realize “Ooooh, that’s a symptom.”
So, it takes some time, but how Bakugou handles ruts for reader if they’re living together for a while-
He makes reader a new freshly scented nest, bullies her to get into it, and then leaves her somewhat alone for the early rut portion. He’ll come in and bully reader into eating and drinking. He learns the signs and timing of reader’s ruts, as does reader. Usually about halfway through day two is when reader will want company and comfort. (Interpret that as you will.) Bakugou will groom reader a lot after this point. He’ll rarely admit it out loud, but he does love caregiving for his alpha.

Any pup headcanons for Like Caramel for Chocolate? (Pretty please!)
I have a few I can share.
Their first would be a little girl who looks (and acts) just like Bakugou. (Mitsuki calls her Grandma’s Revenge.) Not sure if she’d be an alpha or an omega. Unapologetic lover of all things pink. Deku is her favorite hero because “Daaaad, you’re not a hero! You’re Dad! That’s different!”
Not sure of the number/order of the other kids. At very least they would have 1 extremely chill Beta boy. Ridiculously affable even as a child. Looks like a pretty even mix between Reader and Bakugou. If we’re going off the “Bakugou has the second pregnancy”- people will wonder how the hell the one Bakugou birthed managed to be the quiet and mild one.
Beyond that it gets fuzzy. Twins would be fun. Could really see them with a beyond feral omega trans boy who is willing to fight (and bite) people over gender issues. Reader wouldn’t exactly object.
