The Whale vomit !!!! . Why it is too expensive ? I'll tell you.  Whale vomit  is  also called as " ambergris " , "treasure of the sea" and "floating gold  ". Ambergris is a waxy and solid substance formed due to the secretion of bile duct in the intestine of sperm whale. It floats in water. When exposed to the sunlight, air and sea water it hardens, fades to a light grey and yellow in colour. Eventually develops fragrance. And now it has been highly valued by perfume makers as a fixative.

These whales are not normally harmed during the collection of ambergris, The sale of this product is also illegal because it is produced from an endangered species.

BLOG AND TOPICS

When it comes to writing a blog I will always makes sure that everyone who reads the contents in my blog should get a brief idea about what is happening all over the world. Modern technologies, scientifical experiments  are always there in my top list in mind. A person, it may be me or you when starts writing, it should not stop before giving all the possible ideas to our audience.

When i was a science student all of the topics related to our syllabus gave me a small idea to what is it ? and why is that ? A person who does not belong to science stream should know about them. The Genetics, Molecular science, Physics, Chemistry, whatever the topic is always should be learned. Before writing about a topic i had been googled and tried to gather every information as possible.

Most of the people around us now days are lazy. Wasting their valuable time on digital gadgets by playing games and scrolling for nothing . Now they can get these Newses through the same gadgets. DNA - FINGERPRINTING

DNA fingerprinting is also know as DNA profiling is a process of determining an individuals DNA characteristics. This is a forensic technique in criminal investigations, comparing criminal suspect's profiles to DNA to identify the like hood of their involvement in the crime. Also can be used for paternity tests. 99 % of human DNA sequences are the same in every person. Remaining sequences are different . It makes every individual unique.

This is used to distinguish and identify the individuals of a same species by using their DNA samples. These biological samples may be blood, hair, saliva, semen, body tissue cells. The DNA samples are isolated first. Then digested by restriction endonucleases. After this electrophoretic separation of fragments are done. These fragments are transferred into nylon or nitrocellulose membrane. This is followed by probing, hybridization and autoradiography. From this banding pattern is analyzed.

NOCTILUCA SCINTILLANS - SEA SPARKLE

Noctiluca scintillans is a marine dinoflagellate that is responsible for bioluminescence in coastal regions of the world. They are bouyant and balloon shaped single cell. It has an oral pouch, a short flagellum and tentacle.

The scintillating effect of Noctiluca’s bioluminescence, which is most conspicuous at night during a bloom this phenomenon is called “burning of the sea” or “sea sparkle” . Noctiluca reproduce through binary fission (separation of the cell into two bodies) or multiple fission (separation of the cell into more than two bodies). The latter, which involves the cell-division processes of meiosis and mitosis, results in the production of numerous motile swarmers that bud off from the parent cell.

MY PASSION

Since my childhood posing for photos had gave me immense pleasure. Whenever there comes an ooccassion i  had been dressed earlier than everyone to take photos of mine. When i was a child my mother and father had been  also dressed up me and always recreated the characters through me. And they taught me to pose, and clicked  all my photos. Most of  my albums had these pictures. Now too i have an interest in it.

Now things had changed right ? Now we have all the facilities for clicking them our self, all we need is just a mobile phone with a camera. What changed now days is i will do my own make up that they had never applied on me when i was a child to take them. Using my own gadget i can click nowdays wherever i want. Because i carries it always with me. While i am shopping for something for me such as clothes or accessories i will imagine how to arrange them for next my pose. I have been taking selfies of mine for many years since i bought a phone. I have a habbit of taking selfies daily and changing my Dp on Whatsapp on every 10 minutes. Well i had an interest in modelling for adverstisements. But now i am not thinking about it for some times. Posing photos makes me happy always.

LIQUID NITROGEN

Liquid nitrogen is a form of element nitrogen that's cold enough to exist in a liquid state and can be used to many cooling and cryogenic purposes. Because of the severe problems on contact with living tissue, you must wear proper safety gear when handling liquid nitrogen to prevent contact or inhalation of the extremely cold vapour. Cover and insulate skin to avoid exposure. It boils so rapidly, so that the phase transition from liquid to gas can generate a lot of pressure very quickly.

Do not enclose liquid nitrogen in a sealed container, as this may result in it bursting or an explosion. Adding large quantities of nitrogen to the air reduces the relative amount of oxygen, which may result in an asphyxiation risk. Cold nitrogen gas is heavier than air, so the risk is greatest near the ground. Use liquid nitrogen in a well-ventilated area. Liquid nitrogen containers may accumulate oxygen that is condensed from the air. As the nitrogen evaporates, there's a risk of violent oxidation of organic matter.

AC - It's impact on health

Normal body temperature of human is 35 degree celsius. A person can tolerate the ranges of 23-39 degrees easily. A decrease in temperature below that results in a condition called hypothermia where blood circulation and supply becomes irregular. Most of the body parts won't get enough blood. Lower temperature results in the absence of sweating so that the toxins produced in body never goes out. This eventually results in increased blood pressure, skin allergies. Staying for long in  room can trigger dry eyes results in blurred vision, itchy eyes and a burning sensation. 

If you set it to a low temperature, then the chances of the room gets dry are quite high. Along with the room  it sucks out humidity from the body as well. If you don’t hydrate yourself enough, the chances of getting dehydrated are high. Continuous exposure to AC can also trigger a headache in people who suffer from migraine.  Constant exposure to AC can disturb the normal functioning of the nose and throat. It can lead to respiratory blockage and inflammation in the mucous membrane. ACs can also affect that lungs.

Ever wondered how an entire plant is produced under laboratory conditions in a test tube from any of its parts ? Don't think too much . Here is the answer. Because each and every cell in plant are totipotent. That means any single cell is capable of giving rise to any cell type. More precisely totipotency is the ability of a plant to grow an entire plant from an individual cell. It makes the plants different from animals. This is the main principle behind tissue culture.

All the plants can undergo cellular differentiation if we provide appropriate conditions for them in a laboratory. In animals zygote is the only cell that can undergo differentiation and capable of developing into all the specialized cells that make up the adult animal.

STAR SPICE

Star anise is rich in antioxidant and vitamins A and C, that can help in fight against free radicals that are responsible for early ageing and diabetes. The oils such as thymol, terpineol and anethole is used for treating cough and flu. Anise also helps to improve digestion and can reduce nausea. Consuming star anise tea after meals helps to treat bloating, gas and constipation. 

Earliest reasearches about a biologically active compound  Beta caryophyllene shows that it has cholesterol lowering propertiese. And this is present in Star anise also.  I think we can include this spice in our diet and medicines. It will open a new way to herbal Medicines and treatments.

Hyperloop - A peek into next level of transportation

Hyperloop is an ultra high speed transportation system where both people and goods can be transported to mobility hubs of metropolitan cities.  It consists of a sealed and partially evacuated tube though which pressurized vehicle usually known as pod moves and terminal fans also fixed there. Here the pods are floating through the tube by magnetic levitation and propulsion.

 Linear motor fixed in the tube helps in linear contactless movement of pod. Vaccum pumps on the sides of tube can eliminate the air drag. Solar panels are fixed on the top of tubes. These two methods can eliminate the requirement of fuel and current for the working. It is climate neutal over the course of it's life cycle. Researchers are working on this project to launch it in their country.
