If you can't wash it off, paint over it, replace the item, or buff it out, turn a message of hate into one of love! I would never condone someone to do this discreetly and in mere seconds with a quickly concealed permanent marker, for example on a public bench or bus stop. Certainly not anything like whipping out a tat machine and adding to an unconscious white supremacist's existing tattoo. That would be illegal! :) And, dear followers, I would never encourage you to do something that's illegal. So, please only use this when someone has defaced your personal property to avoid breaking the law! Don’t exercise 😄
Don’t track your calories 🐄
Always eat how much low calorie foods as you want because their low in calories💅🏼
Always find excuses when you binge 🐷
Never fast🌝
Always make people believe that you are trying to lose weight 🤟🏼
Always blame your Ed for not Eding 😜
When you binge tell people it’s because it’s your metabolism day and not because you lack self control 🐋
When the scale weight goes up from binging like the FAT FUCK- I mean skinny queen ☺️for a week⬆️ say it’s water weight 😁(nick avocado)
Always put your Ugw in your bio but remember don’t actually achieve it in a month wait 6 years later when you finally learn to put the fork down🤪
Tell people your not in your honeymoon phase that’s why you don’t have self control when In reality your BED EATER DISGUSTED AS A ANOREXI@ 🫵🫵🫵🫵
