This guy deserves his own post. I’ve been a huge fan of Jorge Gutierrez since college. I always knew I was going to work with El Super Macho @mexopolis one day, and he came in and killed it! So much talent in one dude, it’s not fair! I can’t wait to see all the cool stuff that comes next from him @netflix. Lucha Fever!! The last @thecasagrandes episode until our Series Premiere in October! As the Storyboard supervisor/ Director, I like to do Pre-Lims to help the board artist out with character and BG design. You can see from the final animation how things change, for the better, along the way. I loved designing the luchadoras and all the little Easter eggs in this eps. La Tigresa is based off of @nickanimation El Tigre. The Final boss is my personal favorite, based off of the Aztec Rain God, Tlaloc, but her name is Tla-Loka.
