guys ! i started this page at 204 lb’s. i’m now 196! still high , but i’ve been trying to get out of the 200’s every since i had the baby! here’s me today :)
each day i make a list of the foods / drinks i wanted , but stopped myself from consuming. then i can look back and see all the calories from which i saved myself !
each time i have the desire to eat , i jot down what i’m wanting in my notes app. at the end of the day , i can go back and look at all the canaries i saved myself from.
