It wasn't really hard for me to fall asleep. I don't have insomnia as people think. I stay up late because I like the silence. I like the peacefulness of the night. And as much as I hate to admit it, I am unconsciously waiting for someone to save me from this loneliness

I’m gonna wake up day by day, with less and less feelings... One day I won’t be able to notice anything at all.

At this point, I don't think we could go back to when things are cute and beautiful. You would always mess things up. And I can't live my whole life crying, trying to make myself believe that this is the best love can offer me.

How do we get unstuck in the negative
I heard we could write the grateful things we experience everyday. And spread good news. They say misery loves company but to vent every negative thing that happened to you is like spreading the bad vibe.

Do our minds get stuck in the negative?
Once we see the loss frame, it's hard to switch on the gain frame. It's the same as the situation that once we start to see the bad side of a thing or a person, it's harder to get back our initial good impression of them. This is the root of trust issues.

It's funny how people say they miss the place when in fact it's the people they were with in that place that they've been longing to meet again.

I wish, that instead of creating more shortcuts, which destroys mountains and lands with trees on it, the government would solve the traffic by providing a more comfortable, accessible, and organized transportation, such that people would choose to commute rather than use their own cars, so that there will be less load of cars in the road, thus less traffic, and everyone is happy and the world is not so dusty af.
Also, leaders should create necessary employment, and establishment stuffs for their city so that their people would not transport too much.
