hey so ik I haven't been very active recently, and I'm sorry but I've sorta just lost interest for this blog. I don't really have the same passion anymore and the sheer amount of aus is overwhelming and hard to keep track of. I'm not going to delete this blog but just know I probably won't be active anymore, sorry.

a quick disclaimer: most of the character are different species of bats to allow more variation, and I am aware that interspecies breeding can be very dangerous and this is just for the purpose of the au, I don't actually support it

Sandstorm - pallid bat/maybe something else this is a draft

Squirreflight - painted/pallid bat (painted is more pronounced)

Leafpool - painted/pallid bat (pallid is more pronounced)

Crowfeather - silver-haired bat

Tigerstar - Big-eared wooly bat

Goldenflower - formosan golden tube nosed bat

Bramblestar - golden tubed nosed/big eared wooly bat (big eared wooly is more pronounced)

Tawnypelt - golden tubed nosed/big eared wooly bat (mix)

Jayfeather - silver/painted/pallid bat (silver and pallid are more pronounced)

Hollyleaf - silver/painted/pallid bat (silver is more pronounced)

Lionblaze - silver/painted/pallid bat (painted and pallid are more pronounced)

Cloudtail - albino painted bat

Brightheart - ghost/golden tube nosed bat (mix)

Whitewing - albino painted/ghost/golden tube nosed bat (ghost and paintedaree more pronounced)

au where mosspelt (tried) to save feather and stormpaw from tigerstar

interesting idea!!

- Mosspelt interrupts the fight between Blackfoot, Darkstripe, and Stonefur, defending Stonefur and killing Darkstripe

- at this point theyre all able to escape, but this time, Stonefur and Mosspelt are with them

- stonefur has a permanately injured leg and is blind in one eye, causing him to become close with Brightheart while in ThunderClan

- they all go back to RiverClan after the battle, except for Mosspelt, who has become fond of ThunderClan

- They see each other at gathering and its very nice :)))

Sasha meets Goldenflower

this au could go two ways. I actually have two aus that could work for this, here and here, so I’ll do one for each

1. Sasha joins ThunderClan with Hawk and Moth

- They join the clans a but earlier than in canon, before Tawnypaw joins ShadowClan in the Darkest Hour

- Sasha avoids RiverClan because of what happened to tadpole, and ends up being caught with her kits in ThunderClan territory. ThunderClan, of course, takes them in, since they have nowhere else to go

- Sasha joins the nursery not long after Goldenflower’s kits are apprenticed, so Goldenflower offers to help her out. Both of their litters get alog well and so do Sasha and Goldenflower.

- It doesn’t take long for the two to figure that the kits have the same father, since Hawkkit and Bramblepaw look so similar. Goldenflower sympathizes with Sasha and they grow very close.

- Mothkit catches Tawnypaw leaving, but the apprentice makes her promise not to tell anybody. Eventually she cracks under the pressure and reveals it to Firestar

2. You’ll probably need to read the original post for context (it’s not very long) but essentially, Tigerstar becomes leader of ThunderClan and exiles Fireheart and Yellowfang, and Goldenflower escapes with her kits, where they take refuge at the barn

- Sasha has been wandering around with her kits, stumbling upon the barn on a particulary stormy night. Ravenpaw and Barley let her and her kits into the barn, where Fireheart, Yellowfang, Goldenflower, Bramblekit, and Tawnykit have been staying

- Fireheart and Ravenpaw are hesitant about letting them stay, since it’s clear to everyone that Hawk and Moth are related to Tigerstar, but Goldenflower and (surprisingly) Yellowfang vouch for her to stay.

- Goldenflower and Sasha grow close over their time there, and goldenflower accepts Hawk and Moth as both their kits

3. Graystripe never returns to the clans

- Graystripe feels hopeless, thinking that he’ll never return to the clans, and decides he might as well stay.

- He and Millie have three kits, Pepper (Blossomfall), Brownie (Briarlight), and Cream Cheese (Bumblestripe)

- He keeps his warrior name, Graystripe, and refuses to take on a kittypet name

- Eventually he grows restless and decides to leave his twolegs and live as a loner. Millie and Brownie come with him, though Pepper and Cream Cheese stay behind as kittypets.

So what if StarClan chose the protagonists ahead of time?

Whenever the hero is born, everyone can tell, because they have mismatching eyes, while every other cat doesn't. This cat is automatically destined to save the clans from whatever threat they face, and has great things already planned out for them. Nobody questions it, except one cat.

This cat is a background character, constantly ignored, and has no importance to the heros. They have to watch as their friends and family are killed off and mistreated, while the hero always succeeds and lives a long, happy life. They see the nepotism, how only Firestar's family is every special, so they decide to revolt

They kill other cats, they cause disasters, they steal prey and herbs, they do everything they can to cause trouble, but nobody ever notices, because they're a background characters, and the deaths they cause are for other background characters. They're practically invisible

So they kill the hero.

And this messes everything up. StarClan did not expect this. The hero was supposed to live and save the clans. They'd made sure the villain and any other suspicious cat would not kill the hero, but they hadn't accounted for this cat to step up.

rusty, smudge and princess all join the clans au

i just came up with this randomly ngl, but it's an au where rusty, smudge and princess all join the clans!

ideas i have for it:

rusty goes alone at first, but longtail manages to beat him off and drive him off (much like the rustpaw au someone on youtube made, idr who).

he goes back to twolegplace, where princess and smudge comfort him and are like "ok wtf" and go to thunderclan with him.

bluestar sees rusty's determination, and since the fire alone prophecy's different here (something along the lines of "fire will save our clan, but not alone"), she realizes that smudge and princess are probably the cats destined to help rusty, so all of them are accepted into the clan.

smudge is seemingly younger then fire given that he's listed as a kitten in the allegiances in like all of tpb so he's like. five moons old here while princess and rusty are six. so he's a kit and is named spotkit.

rusty's still named firepaw and actually gets a mentor first thing, with it being bluestar.

and princess is named softpaw or something like that. sandpaw and dustpaw tease her for it and she's just like "guys please stop".

she's the mom friend and her mentor's longtail who's just like "bluestar p l e a s e" but she's like "nope".

uh spotkit's mentor is mousefur? maybe darkstripe? i'm not sure honestly.

so yeah. that's what i've come up with. just wanted to share!

For the au where tbc protagonists are switched, would their roles be completely swapped?

Au where the tbc protagonists are switched. Bristlefrost is in SkyClan, Rootspring is in ShadowClan, and Shadowsight is in ThunderClan

yeah! I thought it would be interesting to think about how their different personalities would affect the situation. (spoilers: it fucks everything up)

- Bristlepaw can see ghosts. She’s very close with her family and she got the giant sister genes too. Needless to say, she handles the bullying a lot better than Rootspring

- rootpaw, unlike Shadowsight, didn’t want to be a medicine cat, so he’s a warrior apprentice instead. His mentor is Strikestone

- shadowpaw has no magical powers. He is the medicine apprentice under Jayfeather and Alderheart

- rootpaw gets the visions instead of shadowsight, but being rootpaw, doesn’t tell anyone at all, fucking up ashfur’s plans

- bramblestar gets sick, loses a life, and doesn’t come back. Ashfur wasn’t able to get in because Rootpaw didn’t deliver the visions

- Bristlepaw is walking along one day when she encounters Bramblestar and Ashfur’s ghosts fighting. She tells her dad and they try to perform an exorcism but that just fucks everything up more. 

- they essentially kick all of StarClan out of StarClan (and the dark forest) by accident and now they’re all in the living world
