Being the first born of the Reed family is quite the title to uphold. Being the first born with them meant that the younger siblings knew their place as soon as possible. Shannon’s way of doing this inducing pain on Mason and Kate. She would smile as she performed this task on them both, and the younger ones did find their place. It was strange for the whole family since their dad was never around and their mom was slightly insane, making Shannon the alpha of the family. But oh did she like it. She used her title to manipulate her younger siblings, though it didn’t phase Mason much, it effected Kate the most. Big sister meant that she would look after the two, make sure that they knew what they were doing… this only applied for most of the things they did. Eventually, she taught the two of them the Reed potions, spells, and curses. These magical things were most famously used in their family and hardly any other witch or warlock knew how to properly use them. Of course, the magical attributes were torture methods.
If you didn’t know Shannon personally, you’d assume she’s friendly and wouldn’t hurt a soul. But looks can be deceiving. She played with the people around her like an instrument and this is exactly what she did when she stalked Kate when she ran away from home. She used the people around them to figure out everything about Kate without actually talking to her. Only because she knew if she talked with Kate face to face someone would get hurt or killed. You could say that Mason and Shannon were stalking their younger sister because they care about her. They want to make sure their family reputation doesn’t die out with a goodie-too-shoes who would rather help out humans and heal almost anything than to be associated with the Reeds. Something more evil grew inside her than seemed to grow too inside of Mason. When they found out that Kate eventually joined a coven, Shannon flipped out. She stormed home and brought Mason with her for backup. Since Shannon isn’t the smartest person, she can’t remember spells as easily as Kate. When they arrived, they saw their mother packing to leave the country. Shannon then killed their mother right then and there. With that spark of evil in her heart, she knew exactly what to do. She dragged their mother through the night to the hospital in which Kate worked and dropped on the doorstep.
After that, Shannon grew a little insane. Making more and more potions that only failed. But somehow, her beauty stayed. There was one spell that did work however that gave her the voice to lure anyone she desired to her. When she would want to test on humans, who she despises so very much, she would sing and lure them to the woods where she would kill or torture them. She’s practically what you see out of every horror film. Somehow, no one expected a thing of her or Mason. Maybe it was their lifetime experience of manipulating people that made it seem that way.

Mason Reed
Shannon’s brother is her strongest and only friend. There isn’t a part of each other that the other doesn’t love, due to their dark nature and enjoyment in death. With Shannon’s Pain Inducement and Mason’s knowledge of curses, when the two plan a kill, there is very little which can stop them.
Kate Reed
There was never a time in which Kate and Shannon saw eye to eye. Ever sice they were little girls, they hated each other, and this feeling hasn’t withered in the slightest as they got older.

It is hard to see her go but Jenny has decided to drop her role here and leave Bindlebrim. After being with us since the very start, our hearts break at the thought of her departure. But due to personal reasons she decided to leave, and we respect her wishes and wish her the very best.

Availability: welp, I’m currently working at my town’s African Hertiage Society as an administrator, and that position is very heavy in community involvement and opening up other avenues I hadn’t heard of, plus its located downtown and with my lovely new library card, I spent most of my summertime reading in the beautiful sun or exploring downtown’s local thrift shops, so out of choice, I minimized my computer time but at the end of the day I still have an addiction to writing, so I might come and go but will try to reply to things every second day or so.

How did you hear about this roleplay? I’ve heard about it for awhile now, I don’t believe it would be unfair to say that this rpg is one of the most well-known throughout the rp community, if you mention “bindle” most people know what you are referring too, I did hear about this rpg however because of a certain meathead trying endlessly to wrestle me through the door to which i respond with a “theY’RE SO PERFECT I DON’T KNOW HOW TO RP WITH THEM DO YOU WANT ME TO SHRIVEL UP BY LOOKING INTO THE SUN AND DEVELOP AN SELF-ESTEEM COMPLEX HUH DO YOU KATE.”
Why did you choose this character?ugh i wish that I could explain why I choose this character articulately, and why this character struck such a chord in me but sometimes it isn’t that easy and no this is not a cop-out, sometimes you just happen to me flipping through pages of bios and one remains in your mind throughout it all, and you begin to imagine that muse interacting with its character connections, or in her daily routine or her confessing some awful truths or coming to terms with some troubling situations.
They’re just characters who seem to linger with you and Aria is that for me, I think I’m going to enjoy exploring her denial of herself and her true abilities which came through her mother’s own shame of having a daughter who was different and the guilt that followed her all and pushed her into living up to this perfect persona.
Getting away from that negative and toxic atmosphere and stepping into a world that its own kind of snares, darkness and demons to face is an exciting area to explore, its an captivating transition as she goes from never embracing who she truly is to living in a witch dominated sorority. I’m curious to see how she’ll react to Lydia’s agenda and I’m a writer who enjoys to play more on the corrupt side, so she might be a bit favorable too it while having inner turmoil and a haunted conscience wresting through her. She has a stand to take, also I’m going to enjoy exploring her relationship with Brandon and causing a bit of drama there because we’re not the type to forgive or forget—it’s more funner that way, and her relationship on campus and with the supernatural and rest of the house, also i’m huge on pack/family-like dynamics and i imagine those would be prevalent in a greek system. aLSO GETTING TO CREATE METAPHORS AND PROSE AROUND TELEKINESIS’S I AM ALL FOR BYE.

Tires screech against asphalt, high heel pressed against the gad pedal and her hometown fades to nothing but a speck in her rear view mirror, a distant ghost of the merry-go-round that consumed her waking hours, and dipped into her peaceful slumbers too. Suitcases packed in the boot of the car and the she can’t gain enough road between the wretched place and her new beginning.
An autopsy of her previous life would produce nothing but someone else’s choices, the mortician would pick her apart piece by piece with all the finer forensic details and find a silhouette of a witch who couldn’t scratch her way to the surface, he’d say “--in the deceased young women’s hair strands, you can find hints of beauty pageants and high society teas, the way her strawberry curls never deflate is a sure sign of that—and see..see here? not a single callus can be found on her porcelain skin, her stomach lining reveals many radical diets and harsh juice cleanses. A perfect pearly white smile, implicate manicure, flawless skin and no obvious winkles.. did she even live at all? It sickens me to see such a waste of a young life."
Wind whistling through her phoenix locks, fingers loose around the wheel and her rouged lips are tugging into an signature smirk, jade green irises are watching as road signs and an yellow painted line become swallowed whole by her automotive, and inside her rib cage an beating instrument follows an siren call, neon blurring lights and her elbow is resting on the car doors window frame, her finger tips dancing and slender ivory digits lifting rhythmically as if she’s orchestrating as an puppeteer, on the tree line that sits in wait on the road side are fallen autumn leaves that arise with the movement of her own, rising and dipping as an echo of her motions, an illusion closely resembling the mechanics of piano keys being played by an invisible musician.

Recently I made the decision to quit the roleplaying world. It wasn't easy and I'm sure as hell gonna miss it, but unfortunately reality is calling me. I know I've only just been added as admin and to be frank I haven't been the best I can be in that role. In the end, this isn't my roleplay the way that previous ones have been and that has affected my ability to be truly integral to the admin team. Leaving my role as admin wasn't a hard decision for me; it's a new thing that I wasn't overly attached to. But there are two thing that make this incredibly hard. One is leaving all you wonderful people, the other is Violet. It pains me to say it but she isn't my character, despite all of the love and dedication I have for her, and I can only hope that the muse I have for her I can have again for someone who is actually mine. I'll wrap this up before I get too emotional about leaving her behind, but I would like to thank you all (past and present members included) for giving me a truly incredible experience here. Please know that you are all insanely talented and have given me the inspiration to make writing more than just a hobby. I have loved every minute. Kate.
